Highly recommend the AT&T Store on Capitol Drive in Pewaukee. I worked with Zak; he provided OUTSTANDING service!! I ordered a new phone through him last week. Received it and Zak activated my phone and transferred all of the data. Appreciate the help!!
I am an older senior who is not the best with computers and the internet. I went to the Oconomowoc, WI. cell phone store on 10/2/2021 to replace the phone on my account. A kind and patient young man named Nick came to my aid and had in completed in 10 minutes. Six gold stars for him !!

I went to this store today to upgrade my phone to the 12 Pro Max. Myles was amazing at helping me out and he was so kind and patient. I don’t remember the other 2 workers names but they both were extremely nice and helpful as well. If I wasn’t moving out of state, I would definitely go back to this store. They were just so chill and easy to get along with! Thank you guys!

Zak was able to help my Great Aunt cancel one of her accounts that she was told (by another ATT employee) was canceled 6 months ago. It took less than 10 minutes to cancel the service and get refunded with his help after dealing with this issue for over a month.
The young woman at this location (I believe her name tag read Abby) was an absolute delight. I showed up about an hour before close and she was extremely helpful and handle everything with great care and a great attitude. Highly recommend her if you see her in the store.
Ryan was very helpful and quick. We had to set up 2 new phones (Different brands. From a Samsung to an iphone) and transfer things over. He was very helpful with all the questions we had. And very patient. He also was very helpful with setting the phones up.I usually come in to pay the bill for our phones and many workers seem to be in a rush or rude. But Ryan was very understanding and patient. :)
Was helped immediately. The employees knew their stuff, didnt pressure me into anything I didnt need, I was in and out in half an hour with a brand new phone.

I received incredible service from Ryan & Katie today. They helped restore my Visual Voicemail(Im a business owner, so needed) and they removed a bad app that was harming my phone. Kindness, professionalism and great customer service is what you get at this location!!

Chris D. Was a phenomenal person to represent the store. He went over all of the plan details in pricing in a detailed way, and explained to me all of the options that were on the table without pressuring me to feel a certain way. On top of that he was able to explain some laws active in Wisconsin that were contrary to what the Sprint salespeople were telling me. I would highly reccomend coming to this location if you would like an honest opinion. I was able to save money and get a better, newer phone for less than what sprint was charging me for lower quality options.

I wish I could rate this store higher, they are great! My wife and I have been in a couple of times over the past month to buy phones and then for some technical assistance. Both times Chris and Mike were working and were awesome to deal with. Very personal, professional, and funny. Highly recommend this location!
Chris is great. Multi tasked very well with multiple customers in the store. Good customer service is not easy to come by these days, but we found it at the Pewaukee AT&T store!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE- Chris and Mike do not know how to interact with customers when a mistake has been made on their end. Instead of resolving the issue they refuse to communicate. I called the Brookfield store and they informed me the Pewaukee location is NOT a corporate location. They told me the manager of the store is required to provide the district manager’s phone number. The manager, Mike, refused and told me the district manager only had a personal number...mind blowing. If you want to save time and effort go to a corporate location. It will save you time and money and most importantly AT&T can help resolve any issues more easily.
I’ve been to this location multiple times for various issues and have had the best experience at this store. Dave is super funny and personable. Grant has always had the quick fixes I need for everything from billing issues to screeen protectors to new phone advice.
Chris helped us get our new device and upgraded while saving us money on our monthly bill. Customer service at its finest.

Im very disgusted with the service that this store. My dad went to have his home phone number switched to a cellphone, ordered a cellphone and before getting it they started to disconnect his phone. Then tell him someone jumped it started disconnecting it and they fix it,but itll take 3 or more days but hes able to get texts on his cellphone but cant get phone calls in. That lasted for one day and went the hole weekend (on fathers day weekend) not being able to get texts or phone calls in. Not knowing if the hospital is calling if there is any changes with his appointments. This sounds like a company that doesnt care about their customers.
BUYER BEWARE this is not an AT&T corporate location. This location should be shutdown.1. I tried calling during store hrs. No one answered the phone .2. I left 3 messages and no one returned my call.3. If you have a problem ask for the district managers number they will not give it to you.
Visited the Pewaukee store to upgrade my phone, adjust my plan and I was thrilled with the great customer service. Mike was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. I would use their service again and...recommend them to a friend.

I wanted to leave a review for my experience with this AT&T and noticed an incorrect review. Having been there that afternoon, I can tell you that the employee was doing his absolute best at helping everyone. He was nothing but kind and courteous and in helping me figure out my problem. I had no issue waiting the hour it took for him to finish with his previous customer. I have no problem recommending this store for anyone who wants a kind, knowledgeable, and professional atmosphere.
This place is a joke, you can tell its not part of the actual AT&T stores but has to be an independent location because no one works there! I called 10 min after they opened and no one answered. So I called 10 min later and finally got someone, all I needed to know was how to get a SIM card. He told me I had to come into the store. So I left work right away and drove the 15 min down the road. I thought I could be in and out but there were 2 people waiting and 1 person being helped. After 20 min of me waiting the woman in front of me finally left upset and irritated. The next customer in line had been there a while so I asked him how long he had been waiting and he said 30 min! There was only 1 employee in the store and the customer he was helping didnt know what she wanted to do with her sons phone so we stood there waiting for her to decide! This entire time he should have opened the other terminal so that while she was deciding what to do he could help the rest of us and get us on our way. But no, he took EXTREMELY good care of that customer, holding her hand the entire step of her decision while making the rest of us wait. Waiting isnt even the worst part- I get that, but to wait AN HOUR! Thats absurd, if I didnt need this SIM card for work I would have left long before that. The way he handled the first customer was much too slow, there was a significant amount of downtime in which he stood there waiting for her to make a decision when he could have told her, while you figure this out Im just going to get the next customer going. There was nothing efficient about his process.The man in front of me had asked for a manager only to be told the manager doesnt come in until 6pm- so your telling me you run a business all day without a manger that can access parts of your system that this employee cant- he even told the man to go to another store that might have a manager. I am not impressed with this store location at all and with many hopes I wont have to return.Please staff your stores better to take care of customers.

Entrance is hidden under a huge restaurant sign but otherwise service is good and fast. Better than Verizon and T-Mobile

This store is a couple blocks from my house. The entry is stupidly hard to find and poorly marked, its on the opposite side of the building from the AT&T signage, immediately adjacent to Dickeys BBQ entry. Maybe you can get some ribs with your plan?I walked in, two guys working, zero customers. The space is far too big for the contents, making it feel unfinished. The guy who helped me knew less about current plans and promotions than I did, and its his job! Then, he whipped out his phone and started texting someone before I even left the counter. Clearly he didnt want to be there. This store needs better management. Go to the West Allis store for premium service.

Waste of time and no one wanted to help with the issue I had they kept passing blame to user error. This store is useless and Im deff thinking the company as a whole is a garbage. Dont waste ur time with this store and I would go with a better company I think its time to look at sprint or another one at least it would be better customer service.
Please dont shop here if you value employees being treated fairly. I know someone who worked here for a few months and they promised him commission on every item sold. 4 months later and they hadnt acknowledged he had done the training just so they could pay him 11/hr to sell for them. THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life! Went in at 4:30 pm to upgrade my iPhone and spend $800 on a new one and was told by the very rude unprofessional gentleman working that because he was helping another client switch from Verizon to AT&T he would not be able to help me, and I would need to come back tomorrow. I then asked him how long it would take to finish up with the client in front of us and he said 1 1/2 to 2 hours! I then told him fine, Ill wait and he proceeded to tell me no I will not wait, and he was going to call the police to have me, my husband, 10 year old son, and father in law physically removed from the store! I couldnt even believe what I was hearing! I work in customer service management and this person is absolutely not in the right field! You NEVER turn away a paying customer EVER! I dont care how long it takes. Im here ready to spend $800 at your store and this is how Im treated?! I then decide to call the store today and talk to the manager. I end up speaking with a guy named Zach who claimed to be the store manager. He did not seem to care about my complaints and basically called me a liar saying he cannot see that person doing that and also saying Ill just have to talk to him to see what the hell happened. Is this how a manager talks to a customer??? I believe I am owed an apology by this employee and will do my best to spread the word about this store, its employees and its manager. I have already contacted AT&Ts corporate office, customer service department, and special services department. I have also contacted the president of Spring Wireless and will continue going up the ladder until something is done, and an apology is given. The customer is the most important to your business! If you have no customers, you do not have anything. I have everything with AT&T, cell phones, cable, and internet and now I am looking to change carriers all because one employee representing this company decided to lose his cool and treat me like trash. I would definitely NEVER shop here again and I would also recommend anyone else to shop elsewhere as well.
My favorite phone store! Professional, friendly, and helpful! Used to live nearby. Now I travel 25 minutes but its worth it!

Terrible experience at this store. I needed a new SIM card, but there was only one person working during peek afternoon/evening hours. No one greeted us as we came in. After 20 minutes of standing around without anyone even acknowledging me, I walked out, which was the first time the agent said a word to me: Have a nice day. I will not be returning to this store for any reason.
