We purchased 2 new phones direct from T-Mobile and were told that any T-Mobile store would set them up for us and transfer the data from our old Sprint phones. We had a 1pm appointment and when we showed up, the 2 young girls working at this location rudely told us they couldnt help us because we were Sprint customers and besides, their computer network was down, when in actuality I believe it was because they work on commission. We were told to go to another location. The whole T-Mobile experience has been a hassle and I now which we would have taken this opportunity to switch carriers.

Pretty slimey service all around. Informed that I had to get a 5g phone because all 4g phones would not work by the end of the year (2021). False.

I have visited this store 3 times in the last 3 weeks, and each time I have had a horrible experience. Last week I arrived at the store at 1:00pm to connect 3 new phones and I informed the employee I need to be out by 3:20pm to pick up my daughters from school at 3:30pm, I did not get out of there until 5pm, I had to make arrangements for someone else to pick up my kids . During my 4 hours at the store, 3 disgruntled customers walked in. Today topped off everything, Vince a rude, arrogant (T-mobile employee) every time I have gone into the store is hiding out in the backroom and when he comes out to the floor he has an attitude with his fellow employees and customers, today he decided to get an attitude with me, so I provided him my perspective and experiences every time I have come into the store. His response to me was thats not what our google reviews say. So this is for Vince I hope your store manager see this, as I already filed a formal complaint with corporate. On a positive note Marcos McCluskey (new employee) only 3 days on the job had amazing customer service skills.

Been going into this T-Mobile for the past couple of years, I delt with Larry today.He’s awesome! Showed me how to use my new iPhone 12, and also they got this pretty cool phone sanitizer.Thank you!

Awesome staff

Went to this T-Mobile and it was the absolute worst experience I have ever had. One employee was sitting on the floor looked like she was sleeping. Then it took several minutes for me to finally get help. They had no idea what they were doing. Needless to say I left unsatisfied and went elsewhere. Employees need more training. Also an employee should not be asleep on the job totally unacceptable.

Went to switch to T-Mobile from US.Cellular and the customer service amazing and fast Tuy was the guy that set my service up he is awesome!

Went on a trip to Brookfield from Racine and on my way back home i spotted this T-Mobile store walked in and got greeted by Tuy he is awesome he tried his best to help my dad and brother to add lines to my account and switch from Verizon once my account gets activated Ill take a trip Friday down to you guys add the lines with Tuy his customer service is amazing!

It would sure be nice if the people at the store knew what they were doing. I just called the 800 number to activate since these people have no idea what they are doing. Plus it was free activation so I think anyone who reads this should just call the T-Mobile 800 number. They are more intelligent and don’t charge to activate

Those guys ROCK!!! no matter what problem I have, they ALWAYS seem to have a solution. Highly recommend going here over other places.

Horrible customer service either some of them are not trained to do the job or they just suck! Go to the store on sunset, they know what they are doing.

I love the long waits and wrong information here. I’m so glad there better stores in the area. Not to mention high pressure from these guys. I’d rather just buy online

Friendly and helpful staff. The pricing on plans are very good, and there are no contracts. All plans allow for international calling (though calls are 20 cents a minute) and free texting and 2g data abroad, which is great if you travel a lot, like I do. Honestly, I dont see why anyone uses other companies.

Every time I come in theres only one person working so I usually have nothing less than a half-hour wait before I can get any service. To have anything done I would recommend that you set aside at least an hour so you can get anything done.

Q was amazing and provided great customer service. The T-Mobile representative on the phone however was unknowledgeable and confusing. This made transfering phone lines difficult for everyone involved. Even through all of this Q remained calm and ensured everything that needed to be done was done. Service provided by Q in the store, 5 stars. Service provided by the T-Mobile rep over the phone, less than 1 star.

Anyone who shops here (which I don’t recommend) do not give them your social. The people at this store tried really hard to get me to write down my social security number and said they could not continue unless I did. Obviously I left and went to my normal store. There is something not right here.
