Jazzy was downright fantastic to work with. She jumped through multiple hoops to ensure that I had the help and support I needed, even after the phone was setup answering questions and helping with post-setup configuration. Shes kind and entertaining with great stories to tell. She juggled multiple people in and out with ease and was great with everyone. Working with her was the best experience Ive had at a Verizon store, if not the best among any stores Ive ever been in!
I just finished reading some reviews and they are all positive. That alone is concerning however, not sure what happened I dropped off my phone and now customer service is saying they have no record. Not sure why he did not enter it into the system but I will give him 24 hours to do so. I am really tired of waiting on the phone for customer service always 60 minutes or more and then when they do answer they hang up. SMH, this is NOT GOOD customer service and now this. Come on Verizon....do your part.

Jasmine was extremely helpful in the process of getting a new phone and transferring everything from the old to the new. I witnessed her assist multiple customers and their phone issues at the same time as my upgrade and handle things smoothly. As she went through the paperwork with me she even suggested a few options that could potentially save me some money on my phone plan. Couldnt ask for a more engaged or helpful person! Reco is a very nice young man. He is very patient and is new in this position and still learning, so be patient and I felt that technical service was not making it as easy for himas they could have. However, he never became frustrated.I know that this doesn’t matter to some, but I am always impressed with a young person who is dressed appropriately for their position, clean, and is polite and is anxious to learn, making sure everything goes well during his time with his customer and wants to learn and be successful.Good Luck Reco.

Listen to all the negative reviews. WORST service EVER! Took our phones and never registered them, the manager is a scam artist. Literally they stole our perfect old phones and we never got our money for them as promised. He had said, we didn’t have to do anything and when confronted after weeks of them not answering our concerns he claimed it was our fault. Was never given paper work and promised the pre paid cards in the mail. Nothing that they may say to this review would be correct. Go to a different store trust me. Also, I have never written a review on the internet before. This literally was the WORST experience ever!! May contact the BBB, but really just want to forget about this. Just go somewhere else.

They helped me lower my bill when all I asked was a question about the data throttling of an old plan! Elana helped me out, no questions asked. Not only upgraded my plan, but as I mentioned, she helped me save a few bucks! Very pleased with my new phone.Had it for now two weeks, and it works fantastic for my needs. Corissa was very helpful and knowledgeable on the products I had so many questions on. Will be returning for accessories for my phone very soon.5 ⭐️
EDIT: I bought two phones in April with the BOGO special and it is now September and they have overcharged me 6 months now. Every time I call Verizon they say theyll make a ticket and it will resolve itself and refund me. It has been 6 months. I was told I would be paying $185 a month and my bill has been over $280. I am out of options as I have literally called and live chatted with Verizon so many times. Apparently if you bait and switch there are no consequences and the customer is the one that suffers. This is extremely unfortunate.Alexander was the best. He worked hard to fix a very difficult issue and stayed well after close to help. Glad we made the switch!

Absolutely horrible customer service!!!! Stopped at the store in the middle of a Friday afternoon (7/28/17) and there were no other customers in the store. There were 2 employees - one at the desk and another sitting in a chair playing on her phone. I asked the guy behind the desk my question regarding my cloud back-up on my iPhone and he didnt know the answer. He said he would ask his manager. He proceeds to ask the girl sitting in the chair, the one still on her phone - aka the manager -and she doesnt stand up, barely looks away from her phone, doesnt acknowledge me as a customer - and says she doesnt know. Great customer service! I explained to the first employee what I thought was going on and what I suspected would be the fix and he told me to just try it, he wasnt going to be responsible for selecting any setting on my phone. Needless to say I was right and my phone is fine. I told them both thanks for the help and walked out. Never ever will I go there again. I actually felt a little bad for the guy at the desk because hes certainly not learning anything from his manager. I usually go to the Menomonee Falls store - where their customer service is beyond top-notch - but this location was on my way to work. From now on I will always make the trip to the Falls store for any future needs!

I went to the Verizon store at 1463 Capitol Dr, Pewaukee, WI 53072 and had an absolutely horrible experience to the point Im debating switching carriers. I went in with questions regarding my account and was met with immediate criticism for not having my license with my. The store owner/manager went on a rant about how I need my license to drive a car and if I get pulled over, which I dont get why thats even relevant. Then she went on talk about how she cant even help me because my account changes happened at a different Verizon location, which shouldnt matter. She continually blamed one of the users on my account saying its there fault for your account being messed up. She did nothing to try and assist, or be even remotely understanding with my concerns. She told me I need to drive to Oak Creek, WI which is an hour from where I live to get my Verizon account questions answered. This was the worst customer service experience Ive ever had and I will never refer anyone to that location again.
AWFUL service. They treat you like an idiot. Not everyone knows every single little thing about mobile phones. Every question was answered in a condescending way. Additionally, we tried to visit the store one day but the doors were locked, all the lights were on but not a soul in sight. Brought this up to an employee and was told, Thats impossible, that would never have happened, youre mistaken, etc. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

This place is horrible. We bought our phones from there, prepaid everything. My wife goes in to pick them up, and they try to tell her theres a $100 per phone set up fee. After she comes home with both phones and tells me about it, I go back. I asked for a full refund on everything, as we had already prepaid. Their response was, we told you about this setup fee when you bought the phones. Basically it was $100 per phone for a setup fee, super expensive screen protector, and wireless charger that we didnt even want or ask for. This place is a joke, wouldnt give me my money back. Just go to the real Verizon store.

Absolutely horrible experience. The manager way oversold me on his BS, promised things that were completely false, led me to believe it would cost much less than reality. I will never, ever go here again and would try and convince everyone to do likewise.I tried contacting A Wireless support and they said they would look into it. Never heard back. Extremely disappointed.
Very helpful and friendly staff since the store got new management! Unfortunately the store had bad leadership before, but it has definitely redeemed itself!

DO NOT go to this location. The manager David airapetyan is a scam artist. He will rip you off. I used to work there and Ive seen how he messes up peoples accounts.
Stopped in on a Sunday almost an hour after they opened to get a new device and update mine. There was one customer in the store and it was clear they werent ready to be open as the associate was still setting out the sample devices. Anyway, after waiting about 10 minutes I was told it would be another 20 minutes until I could be helped (unless I had a quick question). I decided to take my business somewhere else.
