Ms. Jackey their sales rep was very professional and courteous at all times. I had a few minor concerns regarding the delivery and setup of the furniture I ordered. Their delivery team addressed and corrected those issues in a timely manner.

Its your typical Rent-A-Center. It was nice cleaning in order. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and informative.

Submitted an application online, they called me to go into the store and see the merchandise, I go in selected a recliner sofa, it was late so they told me it would be delivered the following day. They call me today to tell me they needed to verify everything before delivering (what is the purpose of filling out an application online and them calling you to tell you to go in, if this doesn’t accelerate the whole process?) so no delivery the same day, they are charging double of what the items cost at the Ashely online store and they treat you like they are doing you a huge favor. What a joke of a store.

They are nice people they treat you with respect but they lie I rented a 65inch tv then the guy told me if you dont like the TVs function call us and we can exchange it for one you like so I did not like the way it looked called them if I could swap for another one and told them I dont mind paying a little more they said no could not change to another one but I told them the person who works here said I could so gave me the same bullcrap the lie not good for business lieing to people and I was going to be late on a payment man they said you cant kept calling my phone for payment man I dont mind paying the late charge but y are this people like this.
