They have the feed I need at a reasonable price. Theyre always friendly. Its fun to browse through the Western wear.

After searching three days for a hat, I finally had to go to Phoenix City Alabama to find what I needed. This place is AMAZING! They were about to close, but still welcomed us in. Everything from clothing to apparel, work boots, some of the most gorgeous saddles, trinkets, and also feed and seed! Prices are great and offer military discount 👌Had the pleasure of meeting the owners...two of the most enjoyable, down home people Ive ever met! I think we could have talked to them all day!Check them out...you wont be disappointed!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Called and asked if they had leather saddle bags. They had one pair left. The lady i talked to held them until i drove all the way from hogansville. She actually told me to drive carefully due to weather being nasty. She made a 12 year old girl very happy. Will definitely be doing more business with them in the future.

A very nice woman (Megan -hope i spelled that correctly) answered the phone and they were probably closed or about too. She took the time to answer all my questions. Made sure the items were in stock. Gave me the prices and was as nice as a person could be. Tractor supply is a joke compared to this place. Unfortunately she had the next day off so i didnt get to thank her in person. Just that kind of service made me a future customer. Thanks for being a nice person. This place has an AMAZING boot selection, and their customer service is phenomenal. This is my new go-to for boots. The staff really took time to make sure I was purchasing the right boot (I think she probably had me try on at least 20 pairs before she let me decide!). I later had a warranty issue with my Ariats purchased from them, and they handled the claim so quickly and flawlessly. I highly recommend this place!

The staff here is very friendly, professional, & helpful! The prices are reasonable and there is a good selection to choose from. There are also clearance racks in the back with all dress sizes from children to plus size. I purchased my first pair of cowgirl boots here and the lady working was so helpful and patient!Please stop by here and check their household items as well!

Very pleasant atmosphere. I called and asked about a product being in stock and they checked and told me it was. Got to the store and the guy helped me even further. He walked around explaining other products that were useful and we talked about our pets. Every time I asked about something he had an answer and also confirmed what he said by asking another associate for verification. I will continue to go there for this particular product and others just because of the outstanding customer service, professionalism, and pleasant attitudes.

Needed a new pair of boots. Mine were just wore out. The customer service and help finding the right pair for me was spot on. They give a Military Discount which was nice. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because the selection was small. But what they do have, the price is right. Highly recommend this store to anyone.

I have Been buying from the Senn family since a year or two after they opened up for business. Its a rare opportunity to find retail stores that get to know the family of thier customers and ask about them at every visit.At 65 its hard to find clothes that fit without ordering them, but Phenix Serum keeps my sizes in stock at reasonable prices.
