I love this place so much.. they have everything you looking for, great selections of wigs. Not to mention the workers great customer service. Its a good place to shop you should check it out

Felt like I was entering the waiting room to a prison the way they look at you... I get it. People steal... but you cant make it uncomfortable for those who want to support you and NOT steal!!! The selections used to be better with the crochet braiding hair too.... hope this is just a slow period.

Nice set up. A lot to choose from. My problem is the customer service. The store owner is an asian man that sits in his chair and never greets any of the customers. He has his nephew or his son working in the store who is just as unfriendly as he is. They have a few black female workers in the store who are a little more friendlier than the owner but the customer service could be better. People want to feel welcomed when they come to the store. Especially a store where they could be spending hundreds of dollars on hair and other beauty products.

The is very patient and attentive. They make sure you get your moneys worth and not poor quality products.

I like going here for my hair care needs, the store is always well stocked, their prices are affordable and the store has a variety of different products and an endless hair selection. They have really nice costume jewelry in their display cases, the ladies that work there are knowledgeable and helpful whenever I have questions.

I love this hair store!! Ive been to many beauty supply stores in Philadelphia, but this hair store has the most competitive price. The store is VERY large and clean with a wide variety of hair extensions, wigs, and jewelry. The staff are very friendly too. Two thumbs up.

Well stocked.. one drop shop for hair, make-up and accessories..my one complaint i have was coming back 2 weeks later and the 2 toned color hair i purchased previously was gone..

They have the amazing prices and best selections of hair extensions, wigs, and any other beauty supply you can think of such as jewelry, polish, accessories, and etc. They are the only one carrying the professional hair care brands I want in the area. Awesome customer service. I would strongly recommend this hair store if you are living in Southwest Philly.

Im from North Philly, but have lived and shopped in hair stores in north philly, south philly, west philly, southwest philly and cedar brook & this location has the best customer service!!! Also a nice size store, they may not have everything but the prices of whats there is good!

They used to have good wigs not no more. And they r kinda high. But the jewellery is great.

A business where its customers spend their hard-earned money in should at least have a restroom for its valued customers right? Not. I guess we are only expected to buy their products, but then go across the street to the dunkin donuts to relieve ourselves. This is and should be unacceptable. Im disgusted.

Rude Not helpful & a waste of time!!! If you want quality service go somewhere else... The ladies that work there act like your bothering them if you ask for help or a question about products... My response was, Really isnt this your Job??!! Left will never go back, Its too many other hair supply stores in the area to deal with all that bs!!

Ive been here 2x and will not come back..HERE IS WHY:To start, that Brazilian bundle hair at the counter on display ISNT REAL!*REAL BRAZILIAN* should be washable, reusable after 1st install, and soft without split ends. Before I washed it, I noticed ALOT of little fly away hairs and split ends. I cut the ends as best as I could bc if I did the best... I wouldve had 12inch bundles when I initially bought 18inches. I washed the bundles BEFORE my install, and it lost the soft texture! It felt like yaki and became extremely tangled, so U know it was shedding. Those bundles didnt even last 2 months and all through those tough 2 months, I couldnt control how frizzy it was. I had to carry a brush constantly bc of it tangling.•Also, the bundles are way too expensive compared to other stores.. and thats not including tax. The wigs that are synthetic are priced as if they are human hair wigs.•All the hair that is packaged (faux twist, yaki, human blend, human hair, etc.) sold is a ripoff! The packaging makes it look full but when opened, its not worth the amount youd pay.•The owners follow u around and look at you like youre going to steal... the whole time youre in the store! WHO CAN SHOP LIKE THAT?!**Honestly youd be better off coming here for everything BUT hair 😒Im not writing this long review out of spite.. but to WARN my culture of sisters to stop promoting and making these scamming businesses richer, bc they pray on our foolishness!

Everything you need for hair & beauty in one store

Today I went to purchase some products and synthetic bulk hair for treebraids that Im getting redone on January 2nd. This being the first time I had been to the store, it wasnt sure what to expect. I must say I was first off extremely happy that this store was locating in a shopping complex because Im a terrible parallel parker, lol! Second, the size of the place was impressive. There was more hair and products than Id seen in one place in a very long time.In my experience, most hair stores are laid out in a similar format so I wandered over to where I suspected the bulk hair would be and found the brand I was looking for. The issue was they didnt have the color I needed. So, I went back to the front and ask the guy who was near the door if they had any additional colors and he said no but they had other brands, and proceeded to call one of the young ladies who helps customers.The young lady was very polite and asked me what I needed, I explained to her what I wanted (synthetic bulk hair) and she led me immediately to it. Once I confirmed that what she was showing me was exactly what I needed, she asked if I needed anything else. I told her no, so she went about helping other customers.I found exactly what I needed and the prices were comparable to what I pay when I order that type of hair online.Once I gathered up everything I needed, I proceeded to the checkout and there I saw they also carried Jamaican Black Castor Oil (JBCO) and I was super excited! They even have the Lavender kind which I love. So I purchased that as well.The cashier was polite as I checked out and so was the guy at the door.I had a great experience for my first time being at this store and will likely do so again if I cant order a product online beforehand.
