I’ve had my bundles for two years, I had my friend make the bundles into a wig, here’s a two year update: needless to say, it’s pricy but this hair is worth it .

Awesome customer service. The young lady there was knowledgeable and very professional. COVID-19 really gives me anxiety and I usually don’t feel comfortable in stores, she made me feel comfortable and safe. My friend made a purchase but I will be soon when i remove my braids.

A friend of mine that runs her own salon recommended this store to me and I drove 1 hr and 1/2 to come here. IT WAS SO WORTH IT! 😁 The cashier was SO nice and she helped me get the perfect hair extensions for an awesome price! Love this place! I will DEFINITELY be coming back! Thank you, 5 stars! 👍🏾✨

I order hair in the past but because of the pandemic I order the pure bundle online. The hair quality is not the same dont order online

Jackie and Jenia are kind, professional and really want you to be satisfied with your purchase. That means everything to me. Visited this store for a purchase a few months ago so this review is long overdue. I purchased the bounce blow out and I must say that I was absolutely impressed. The hair is was gorgeous! I purchased to make my own Chaka Iconic inspired wig. The hair was flawless. No tangles, no shedding, no odor. The customer service from the staff was a 10 plus, They were knowledgeable about their hair and products. They also provide a no rush atmosphere. It took a while for me to decide on what I was going to purchase but, these girls were so patient. I encourage any of my mature 50 plus friends to seek this particular store out as they are excellent with accommodating a mature demographic. Will going back for additional purchases. I love the girls who work there, because of their warm welcoming spirit. However, Ive had two different professional stylist and a friend telling me the quality isnt worth the money. They pointed me to a different store with way better quality and a cheaper price. Please save your money. Not worth it at all

So far so good. The store is beautiful and the receptionist makes purchasing items seemless.

Called the day before to get some information. She was so helpful and gave me all the information needed. Went in the next day, she remembered me calling and a little about me and what I was looking for. Didnt try to sell me a more expensive hair and gave me all the benefits. A little pricey but loving it so far! So much better than store hair! Definitely worth it.

I was really scared to buy hair from them but Im soooooooo happy I did. I bought their sea collection and Ive hair it in for about two weeks now and I absolutely love it. It doesnt tangle or shed. I dont sleep with a scarf on very night and still it remains the same and can hold a curl!!!! I love the hair and I can not wit to buy more

Too expensive for the type of quality This hair is dry & it does a lot of shedding.. I will not be purchasing this hair anymore from this location or any of their other locations.. I had hair that cost much less with much better quality.

Love that there is a brick and mortar store for hair. I go in there to ask questions and to actually touch and feel the hair. Always a pleasure to the eye and the staff never makes you feel that your questions are stupid. Parking is horrible but hey its South Street.
