Why can I never ask questions about hair care products inside the hair stores in Philadelphia? My suggestions is, the Business Owner need to collaborate with all workers (even those working under the table) & have them research hair care products ( the pros & the cons & be able to articulate what the product can do to womens hair shaft).

Service was ok ..not as good as when I used the come here. I did not see the owner who would also me his customers feel welcome ..or the young lady who used to wait on me. The new sales girl was very abrupt .trying to rush me. I was also disappointed that they no longer sell clip on hoops this was the only local store I could find them and I would buy like 5 pairs at a time.

Every time I come in someone always says hello to me. The girls dont look at you mean, they are all so sweet and helpful. The male manager will always ask did I find everything that I needed as well. Even though the place is small, going to the back where they have the wigs is nice also. Everyone does not feel comfortable putting wig pieces on in front of an audience so I appreciate the location on where they have their supply of wigs. I also like how they reposition and care for the hair pieces after a customer wants to view them. I hate with a passion how most stores I know dont keep their wigs presentable!!!!! That is a must for me to buy something because it helps me create a visual to see if I even want to bother with buying anything. 💇
