I usually have to travel 20 miles to get the items I went here for. I was pleased when I was able to find it.

If I could give it zero stars I would. I got wax kit and the wax off did not take the extra wax off. It was a long process trying to get if off. Never again! Also the wax didn’t even do its job and remove unwanted hair. Such a waste. Please be advised never shop here for waxing products.

I was running out of hair while doing my hair so I went here to purchase the same brand and texture I was using. They had 1 off brand pack and 2 packs of the hair I wanted together. When I got home I noticed the texture and curl pattern was off like they had taken the off brand version and placed it in the packs. Ended up going to another store the next day. So annoyed.

The worse hair store in the north east philly. Customer service is horrible, they over charge me and than would not give me my money because I didnt take a receipt.

Soo,me and the wife decided to die on here what were going to do it homemade. so we brought all the necessary equipment and chemicals; now this establishment is pretty loaded with everything to do with hair. I would recommend I know exactly what youre looking for before you start buying.Otherwise its a pretty thorough hair supply store with employees who actually know what to do n where to locate what your looking for. When my attended this to die my hair n her hair she asked specifically for exactly what was needed to perform the process and procedures. This is the route Im suggesting you as the reader to take.

Owner watches you like a hawk while you shop! Zooms the camera in on people to watch them closely! P.s check any product you buy because the mice and bugs love to crawl and run around ☺️

I purchased a Wig from this store and the material was Extremely Enlarged I returned The item for exchange,, The owner was quite rude and He would not take the wig back it had not been worn and I showed him how it was not possible to make this wig fit a regular person head so it was basically for Someone that had a Gigantic Head He is very unprofessional,, And Wig was $80
