Ok.. so I’m originally from Camden, NJ where the people in the beauty supply stores like to follow you around, rush you, and treat you like your money isn’t green like everyone else’s. The language barrier can make shopping a little difficult as well.However, when I came here, number one, they had a beautiful young black lady working the register and she was totally knowledgeable about all things black hair. She helped me locate some wigs I had been looking for online. Number 2, the selection of products was insane! They literally have everything in this store! It was literally like Beauty supply Heaven! I don’t frequent Philly too often, but I may have to make that trip again very soon.

The owner was and is RUDE, I tried to return a hair wand, owner told me he couldnt accept it, because it isnt in Original package. The issue he had was it wasnt taped and closed correctly!!! He started speaking in his language, I asked what he was saying, He said GET out MY store!!!! I said YOU have NO idea who you are Talking to BUT you getting ready to find out!

Was rude over the phone claimed to be “ to busy” to look for a product I was asking for and told me to come into the store. My whole thing is why would I want to shop with people who have bad customer service?

This is my ONLY go to beauty supply store, simply because they’re the BEST. They have a great variety of products; and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

I’m writing this review as someone who comes to this beauty supply store occasionally. Each encounter I have had has been unprofessional and lacking in good quality customer service. The staff are defensive and speak with aggressive tones. The supervisor or manager does not have the patience to help you with questions throughout the purchase and is frequently looking to see who may be stealing in the store. Very sad experiences.
