The staff were helpful and concise, and I got everything done that I needed. There were some confusing signs that almost caused me not to complete my tasks

The customer service was great! Above what i always get or expect. Im sorry I didnt remember the persons name. But was a pleasant surprise compared to the routine of bad attitudes you can find.

Nice place for students to do student stuff

From the UPS store to Starbucks, the student center got every Temple student covered for his/her basic needs. The great thing about it is you dont need to show an ID to get in, as this is the place you come to get your student ID in the first place. All the societies live here and when they have events, its most likely hosted in rooms 200B which is quite daunting to find from the entrance because there are no useful directions to get from point A to point B here. Arrive early if youre a freshman otherwise youd be struggling to locate where youd want to go like a fish out of water. You can get passport size photos for cheap here too on the second floor, cash or diamond dollars only, but there are two pnc ATMs here that got you covered. Speaking of covered, the wellness center on the second floor sells items such as condoms (all textures, thickness and flavors), dental drams etc for the extremely cheap price of 10 cents per condom to nail down the spread of STDs on campus. The Caveat being you need your Temple ID and theres a 50 condom limit per month in case you wanted to start a side hustle.

Ups store good service

Was dropping a package off to the UPS store. Of course there wasnt ANY parking nearby. I guess Temple Police dont want anybody parking around the area. As they think only STUDENTS, go to The UPS store!! well WRONG--O!!

Great place for Temple University students! But I dont think this center should be open to the general public as that poses a security risk to students. I would feel safer having my child hang out there if it were not open to the public.

Very nice open, clean and security at the door. There is a Help desk, staffed with helpful student staff, who knows the building and campus very well.The idea of the modern gathering for place todays modern student. Multiple floors, high ceiling in the entry level.Temple is really making an effort to make sure that its not overlooked in the Philadelphia College landscape.

It was a very nice place to hold my companys training. The size was perfect. The only downside was there was no street parking.

I go only to take care of business that all. But it only open when the students are up there.

Your order is different each time you come there. There is no consistency in making the drink or the prices. They make your drink whichever way they feel like it and eye every ingredient. And if they’re in a bad mood, they will charge you an extra two quarters for fun. Worst service and people ever. Only reason people go here is for convenience but not even that will make me want to return.

I was here for an event. The building seemed clean and well maintained. There were spaces for different purposes for the students. As a visitor, one thing I would have liked was slightly better/newer looking signage. Parking was convenient when I was there and close to the sub as well

Favorite place to sit between classes for early morning. After 10:30 though the comfy chairs get pretty packed. And ladies, it even has a Starbucks for you!

Very informative. I stopped to use the atm and was very impressed with the kindness of the information desk female. The atmosphere was definitely easy felt and I would feel safe using the atm again.

Well equipped with a lot to do for students. Movie theater speakers could use some work but for 2 bucks a ticket, Im not going to complain much. Great game room, always busy on weekends so its obviously popular.

Its Temples student center it has been refreshed recently and looks great there is chik-fil-a inside which is the best.

Everytime I enter there, as a Temple Student, is a new opportunity to run into something thatll make my day. Plus, the services offered there are always courteous and helpful.

All of the staff here were very nice and accommodating to our questions. This is a nice place to start asking questions if youre a new transfer student

Ups sucks there

It was very lively and diverse, there was a variety of snacks and beverages, people were friendly for the most part,and it was very secure.

Good thing it’s wide in food choices and stuff to do, like visit the student store or setup a booth. but it gets crowded so be aware

Love going to the Student Center! So much to do for students: various food options, movie theater, games like ping pong and pool

Chick Fila. Taco place. I had an excellent burger at Burger Fi. A bit pricey but very tasty.

Some of the best things here are pool and ping pong but most importantly its cheap!

As usual for Temple University, state of the art facility with infrastructure that was well funded.

My brothers graduation ceremony was held here... place was nice and sacluded but very comftable security was very helpful

Great place for students!!! It is one of the top favorite place for the temple students. You can find different types of food corner in one place + starbucks coffee. There is a shop for Temple university product. You can also find UPS store, bank, PNC atm booth and so on.

The place is great but the support from the University to the student is very poor.

Lots of space for events in here, as well as an impressive new food court. If you like the illusion of going out to eat on your meal plan, this is the place. Chic fil a is the reason I take a star off, that chain is run by fundie nutjobs.

I received a parking ticket for an event I attended here. We were told to park in this lot by HGSC staff and not told that we would receive a ticket or needed to pay. Several vendors and guest were angry. I also watched a rude young man tell everyone they had to get out of the venue. Bad experience all around.

Theres a lot going on here. Bookstore, disfunctional food court, mini movie theatre, disfunctional student org and admin offices. And an overpriced Starbucks in case you prefer to eradicate your money as fast as possible.

Building layout is confusing and a bit ugly, but serves its purpose, I guess. Often pretty crowded.

We saw your email response on Facebook to how your director for student center operations spoke to a young lady and her guest that clearly were inconvenienced by your staff for her event on multiple levels. We are writing this review as a reminder to you that Customer Service Matters and we are very disappointed that Temple University is allowing you to act in this manner.
