Ive been dealing with McDonald Uniforms for a while. Through the years while managing different ambulance companies, I always looked for a better product and pricing. We tried different suppliers and always ended up working with McDonald Uniforms. Today, when I operate my own service, I use them as my primary uniforms supplier: reasonable pricing, excellent customer service, and their biggest seller is the same day service. I can send an employee during their shift instead of them struggling to get to the place on their time off.

I cant speak highly enough of the owner and this business. Ive personally used these guys for years and never had a problem occur. Theyve always went above and beyond making sure I got what I need.

Some people complain about pricing although you might pay a little bit more, quality product and impeccable service is what keeps our company coming back! Where else could you go try on a pair of pants and have them hemmed while you wait? Where else can you go to get a patch sewn on while you wait? Nowhere! Not happy! They didnt have a shirt to fit me so they tailored a larger one, didnt tell me the shirt would cost more because of the size. They had a special going on, shirt, $19.99 pant $49. Shouldnt matter the size, its a special. They also charged me to taper each pant leg which i thought was obserd!!! They literally ripped me off. I asked about how i was charged and why for every little thing, the girl gave me some bulljivin excuse..

I had a very unpleasant experience, the manager was scolding an employee belittling the women in front of the clients she should have showed her the way she wanted it done instead of scolding her in front of clients.she was very nasty I feel bad for the employees there.
