I am beyond dissatisfied with editable arrangements Center city! I ordered and 89$ bouquet and treats for an employees birthday and it did not get delivered. Nor have I received my money back! I do NOT recommend!Thank you for your response I would like you to know the issue STILL has NOT been resolved and I have been on hold for 25 minutes with your store! I will never order from you again! I would appreciate a refund and an apology
I have never ordered from a place that literally makes an order EXACTLY Like their photos and Omg dont get me started on how delicious it was. My only complaint is that I told them to call me in the instructions, upon arriving and the driver did the opposite of what I requested. The order I made for my daughter was left on the front steps in hot and humid weather where anyone could have grabbed it and took off or it could have went bad. Im wheelchair bound due to double leg amputations so obviously I couldnt go get it and I received no text stating it arrived either so it sat out there quite sometime before my daughter arrived and said MOM THERES AN ORDER THAT SAYS EDIBLE ON IT OUT FRONT! So I quickly told her to grab it and bring inside. Who leaves FRUIT outside in hot weather and thinks thats ok? So truthfully I should take 2 stars for that but since It was all so delicious even tho it melted some, I give them 4. Tell your employees that we pay for a service that should be at the very least done according to customers requests. I live downstairs so how would I have ever known it was here if my daughter hadnt arrived when she did? That part was very shameful on your end.

Delivery women was awful. She dropped my wifes fruit basket in the street and didnt even say anything. She just handed it to my wife like nothing and tried to hurry up and pickup the fruit that fell in the street. Tried doing something nice for my wife while Im overseas in Iraq and this is what happens. Ill never get a delivery from this location again. Pickups only.
Received only part of our order but was missing the biggest item - the bouquet of fruit. Called the store right away and sat on hold for 20 minutes due to high call volume only to then be disconnected. Called back & spoke to someone who said theyd call the driver and tell him to come back out. 2 hours later I follow up and am told the driver came back & dropped it off - yet that never happened. I asked for a supervisor and was told no one was there to talk to. Time and again I have ordered from various Edible Arrangement locations and this has happened repeatedly. Not only does your service suck, but so does your customer service. Will not be using again.
My fiancé surprised me with a arrangement for 3/26. And the arrangement looked fine but Saturday morning i tasted the pineapple and strawberries and they tasted funny. I didn’t throw it out because my trash doesn’t go out til Sunday. Sunday morning when i went to trash it it was mold on the pineapple and strawberries which explains why it tasted funny. The fruit was going bad. My advice is if you order from here make sure you check the fruit soon as you receive it.
My wife ordered fruits of basket from this place for her mom’s bday on 11/17/2020, and arrived on the next day around 8:00 pm. The fruits from the basket looks saggy and starts watering. This place only 15 mins away from my in laws house... what a terrible service.... Who knows how long that basket its been in the truck 😡 😡 .
I purchased a GET WELL SMILE edible arrangement for a neighbor who just got out of the Hospital from having a stroke. I got a delivery confirmation and had no delivery dropped off. Tried to call store..CLOSED until Monday.. I had it delivered to me because I wasnt sure if he was able to come down the stairs while his wife runs errands from time to time..100.00 total with 10.00 same day delivery fee all for NOTHING!...VERY DISSAPOINTED.! I would never advise anyone to order on a SUNDAY or do Delivery.. Id rather pick up and Deliver myself. Maybe just go with a different company all together.
They are scammers!! I placed an order today for delivery to my aunt’s house. I paid $40 extra for flowers. They call me hours later telling me that it is sold out. Ok. Then continue to say, “oh I’ll need your card information to refund you the $40” uh... I think not. I said it wouldn’t be refunded automatically back into my account? No. I went to the location after work. They ask me for my card information AGAIN, meanwhile it’s a whole card machine right there where I can insert my card. That’s how any other normal store would do it right? Nope, not them. Then I said give me cash then. They wouldn’t do that. We went back & forth just for them to tell me that it’ll be an automatic refund of my $40 once delivery is made. Sooo... what did y’all need my card information again for??

Placed an order for my daughters birthday and it wasnt delivered, I called and they said it would be delivered the following day by noon. It was not delivered and noone reached out to let me know. I called 3 times and no answer. They do not deserve any stars.

Got my valentines gift early strawberries where fresh and chocolate.Only con is that they didnt have there door open when it was suppose to be open and was standing outside in the freezing cold for a good 5 minutes
My sister placed a order for $155 at 12th in chestnut location for an achievement at work that I was honored and the entire order was wrong and she ordered roses they sent flowers that smells like a Furnivall home. Very disappointed after trying to contact the store where the order was placed no one never answered.
Just dont know how this location is open and on top of that the manager is straight up rude and does not care about customer service at all. I placed a order to be delivered and not only it didnt get delivered but the store never contacted me at all. upon talking with my relative, the delivery driver never left a note nor came at the physical location at all to do the delivery. bunch of liars who dont want to do their job. I dont know who the manager of this location is since they never called me but a really bad leader and also a bad team looks like. Gisele or however its spelled was the one answer my call and when i tried to speak to manager, she put me on hold and i could hear their conversation. so really bad experience and i dont think i will order anything again from this location. bunch of lousy people and also the manager who i think deserves to get fired. if you really cared customer service, you would have called me and let me know why delivery was not made. but avoiding to speak to customer speaks of your character. the corporate just issued me refund. just plain simple. all in all bad experience and the reviews of this location are for real. they are that bad and when those come from locals, thats embarrassing for the store itself.
I processed an order online to be delivered. I received an email stating it was going out for delivery. End of the day comes and I contact the office that should have received it. They did not receive the delivery. I contacted this location b/c they are the closest to the address. Called, on hold 10 min. Called back, young man picks up, states that it was delivered @1pm. I stated that was false. Then he says, Im looking at a different order after confirming my order number. Then puts me on hold, picks phone up, then hangs up. Called back 6x, either no answer or pick up and hang up. This is very frustrating.

What a JOKE OF A PLACE! Was on hold for 10 solid minutes upon calling them some kid answers and talks with such slurred words I couldn’t even understand him, then puts me on hold again! I hung up and spent 100$ SOMEWHERE ELSE that actually has CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I was near the West Philadelphia store and unfortunately they did not have what I needed(no problem) Elese at the WP store, called and placed my order at this 12th St. store and my order was ready by the time that I arrived!! I also requested no honeydew or melon on the arrangement and I got exactly what I wanted! Even a birthday balloon i requested last minute, for my arrangement! They definitely helped me and I’m very grateful for Markee and his friendly and phenomenal service! The rest of the employees at that location were very friendly as well! It’s very refreshing as a consumer to be greeted with a genuine smile and a hello! Thank you! 🙌🏽
This is the worse customer service Ive experienced in such a long time. I ordered my best friend an edible arrangement for Valentines Day and she never received her order as promised. I tried to call the store all day and the line was busy. I do not recommend this place at all. Not to mention its a business that it was supposed to be delivered to. What a huge disappointment.
Ordered a Sympathy arrangement on Friday was supposed to be delivered on Sat, today is Monday and it still has not been delivered. I called this morning and asked to speak to the Manager and the staff told me the Manager was gone for the day. I asked her if she could call the store manager and ask her to give me a call today and if she couldnt call me back today please call me back to let me know . Nothing ...Now I am calling and I keep getting a recording that tells you to hold for a representative and no one answers the phone. The worst customer service and delivery ever...Never again

Great on time delivery of chocolate covered strawberries. Not only was the food delicious, but when I called with a question about my order, the person who answered (I believe his name was Jamal) was very professional and courteous. Overall a great experience, delivery and product.

They made good on their lack of delivery yesterday (Valentines day) and apologized with an early delivery today. Their parent company should do a better job of knowing how many orders to send them, especially for a holiday.
I was a little hesitant to order based on the bad reviews here but decided that they had to be the exceptions rather than the norm. EVERYONE has bad days now & then. I tend to avoid holiday rushes where staffs are stretched to the limit, and that helps quite a bit. My biggest concern is ordering fruit that is out of season. Figured I would gamble on sending the Swizzle Strawberries & Chocolate Dipped Mixed Fruit Bundle to a workplace. When I expressed my concern to the recipient, and asked for an honest opinion, here were her exact words, The quality was perfect…really! You made my year! And that was good enough for me.
They didn’t deliver the dozen strawberries to my friend on her birthday, they didn’t call her to try to reach her, they didn’t provide me a status and they have yet to confirm they will be providing me a refund. Never again.
Terrible customer service. I waited for about 15 minutes for the woman to say they dont have any of the chocolate dipped cones. Didnt offer any other alternative. I will make sure no one I k ow goes there. While waiting she was really rude to a woman ordering a delivery. If you go there you are only bothering the staff.

They never delivered the fruit that I Oder, I told them at what time the birthday girl was going to be there and they decided to go after close time not once but twice and then I called them and they said it will be out on the first run but its a new year and my friend never got her fruits but they charged my card $54.00 . To think they at 12 at and we work at city hall thats so close and yet they never delivered it. Never again.

Unprofessional at its worse...i specially told the young women around 11am that i wanted my arrangement to come before 4pm i left work at 4:15 pm still didnt receive it i called Numerous times i was on hold for about 12 minutes i had to get in a uber and check to see what was going on the young lady there told me their delivery truck broke down so i asked her why was i notified she said they dont call and tell customers that.
Thank you for working with me on changing the day of delivery to my husband for Fathers Day. You all made it happen a day early and WE were All Smiles.
THE WORST didnt deliver when needed, I gave specific times they went after the time.The whole weekend goes by and I called early Monday morning and they gave me an all day delivery time, instead of making it a priority due to it not delivered when it was the day needed.I had to wait all day no discounts offered or apologies..NEVER AGAIN!!!!
