5411s are great sneakers

My fiancé was trying to buy me some new vans but they kept trying to sell him men size shoes. He said he needed either a women’s 9 or boys 7.5 but they insisted the men’s 9 (women’s 10.5) was the same size. The tag in the shoes and shoe’s box clearly shows the size (men’s 8 and women’s 10.5) but sales person was trying to get my fiancé to buy the wrong pair of shoes. This was the second attempt with a different sales person. Won’t be returning.

The customer service was on point and the selection was much better than the two competitors next door this time. Ill be back to get more things later on.

I will never again shop there! They r rude like I understand that I lost receipt but doesn’t mean I can’t exchange like this is so dumb! And if I want to exchange I can only exchange in size like really! I’m so disappointed cuz I always shop there!

The place was clean and fully stock with hundreds of pairs of sneakers of every make and style . The staff was friendly and courteous walk out with brand new pair of sneakers.

Horrible experience bunch of teenagers working here kid told me to swipe my card 3 times. He frauded my bank account out of $190 after the first swipe went through successfully. I showed them and they said nothing they can do it happens a lot I then went to ask why is the store open for business if it keeps messing up ? Got no response the. I went to ask for a full refund on the current merchandise and the manager told me NO. I called the cops but was only told on the proper way to handle it though court. Meanwhile the kid stole money out of my account and it seems as if they don’t really care just anything for a sale. Highly recommended don’t shop at this Footaction I would say go to Kicks USA, Modells or Footlocker better sales and way more professional.
