Great clothes

Always there for some pretty dope events. They need a better system for storing their magazines. I always find some pretty limited magazines there that are 1 of 1 and marked up or damaged. A bigger rack for the bigger books and mags would be great.

I had a decent experience in the store on a release I got the wrong size for on Nike. They had a few left, a size up that worked for me. I did comment on their IG, no response and for a unisex shoe they did not list them correctly online. Glad I was able to go in store, based on the reviews I would never purchase from this business online. Also take in consideration their policy on special release: no exchanges, returns or refunds.

The shoes I ordered arrived damaged. I wrote them to return them, and they initially said no problem. When I then followed up for directions on how to proceed with the return, they ghosted me, and didnt respond to 5 emails. They then provided false information to my cc company when I disputed the charge.

I ordered a pair of Puma reform Clyde sneakers Size 10 (style#372337_01) UBIQ sent me a pair of Puma reform Clyde court basketball shoes size 9 (style#192892_01) but the box I received belonged to the the shoe I originally ordered. The customer service is no good I have not received a response via email via phone call, Instagram or Twitter In regards to my issue.

I went there to buy a pair of sneakers and on the door it says youre not allowed to try sneakers on, my size is ten-and-a-half, some brands the sneaks will fit with a 10 and a half naturally wide if not I have to wear 11 so with that said if I cant try a pair of sneakers on how do I know theyre going to fit!!!!! Ill take my business elsewhere. And also too many bad reviews for this place.

Ordered shoes from them. Called and emailed them multiple times to cancel the order and never received an answer. I was shipped the shoes nonetheless a full week after I initially made contact about canceling the order. Reached out to try and return the shoes, again received no assistance or information from them about the process. I will not buy from them again and will recommend to others on social media, word of mouth, etc. that people do not buy from them or their DC store.

UBIQ is a solid shop for the city. The space is nice and tend to have some more rare shoes on the shelves. Their in-store staff is, for the most part, helpful and great. But, their social media manager is quite full of himself and a turn off for the brand. They also have a long standing rep by locals of backdooring their exclusive releases.

If you need sneakers or shoes this is the place to go they have a Lotta stuff in stock from different vendors. This store is three levels and it has merchandise on all floors sales people are very happy to assist you in whatever your needs are big open space to walk around and leisurely find what you need

Every limited release there are people that don’t pick up their shoes I was told by customer service it was next day first come first serve for them shoes I waited from 2 AM until 5 PM closing almost and I watch them sell the shoes to their friends and would not sell me one pair. I have a video where I’m asking the purchase shoes for my brother in the hospital who is not doing well with stage four cancer and they told me no I cannot purchase them and sold them to customers that they already know. I have this on video after they knew I weighed in at this point the whole day before about 18 hours I waited and then that day I waited about six hours. Crazy that I seen it with my own eyes and have it on video

Designer-end of main stream shoe labels. High-end cost representative of the high-end quality and reputation of both the designer and product. True respect if the craft of fashion. Staff sometimes seems distracted but tested all customers respectfully and equally.

Staff was relaxed and helpful. Clothes selection are relevant and affordable for people who wanna look sharp with a little money to spend. Had a pretty good conversation about art with the dude that helped me with my shoe fitting.

Ubiq gave out over 40 tickets for the Nike Dunk Plum release to people in line at about 8:30am. They opened the door at 10am to start calling people in numerical order. Why did you hand out over 40 tickets and made everyone wait when you only have 12 pairs in stock? The staff here absolutely backdoor tons of pairs during exclusive releases. Very disappointed in the service

What ever happened to customer service?! This place is a JOKE!!! Sometimes it smells like dog piss in the back and upstairs. Employees curse around customers. Not sure if this is the norm with the younger generation!!!! Needless to say I expect a lot more dignity to come from a store which carries higher end quality items. Not professionalism at all... They claimed they could order a pair of shoes for me which they didnt have in my size. However, this wasnt done. I even talked to the assistant Mgr on duty and all she said was sorry. Better off ordering on-line!!!!

I purchased a brand new sweatshirt and it arrived on time. Unfortunately, the sweatshirt has the tags missing and nowhere to be found. The smell of the fabric seems like it was used then returned. The customer service does not work. I will never ever buy again from this company. Purchase at your own risk or best stay away from this business.

These clowns are TRASH, my son bought a pair of shoes and they sent two different sizes in the box. (1) 8.5 and (1) 10.5 We have called multiple times and emailed multiple time to have them just send the other shoe and we wouldnt trip, even put them on IG blast with no luck.A super shady move by these douche bags, But a great lesson for my 15 year old too read reviews.....From now on were keeping our money local and if this store ever comes to our woods, we will defiantly tell our store every time.Buy at your own risk and good luck with these clucks!

Just like how they handle social media, especially on their twitter page, they had side comments about my shoes.I guess that is how these market work? I dont know. I didnt have a friendly experience at the store. also, they seem to bring several customers to the back... is that allowed?Anyways, never going to the store again.

Every time for the limited shoes, people who wait in line won’t get the shoes they want. People who came late will get their shoes first. The night before the shoes drop, I called them and they told me it’s first come first serve. However, the next day, the people who get the shoes are always those jump the queue. Waited in queue for three hours and the people who didn’t even wait got into the shop and get their shoes even though it’s first come first serve. Will never come for the shoes at this place any more.

This store always has the hottest shoes and limited releases. They let a few in at a time to make sure it doesnt get crazy.

My experience here was very good for my first time like the setup of the store everything is neat and clean and the employees are very friendly and helpful and they have my shoe size.

Found them on instagram. Ordered exactly what I was looking for and had no issues at all. My sneakers arrived early which made me even more excited!

Always seems to have the new Nike releases. Nice selection of men’s and women’s sneakers. The clothing and accessories are mostly menswear but there’s a small women’s sportswear and streetwear section.

Bought two pairs of over dyed black pants from here and I love them. Bought a shirt as well and Im impressed overall.

The last two times I visited UBIQ, a very rude short female employee has been a bother. The next time I get bothered by her, I will immediately report her to her manager. I am fuming that I was in such a good mood both times I visited the store resulting in me not reporting her. I am irritated that my first review would be inspired by her horrible attitude.Absolutely unacceptable service.

I returned item on April 4, 2017 and they never reply till April 19, 2017 which is today.I emailed them regarding refund for my return more than 3 times but they never answer.I think they have time to post pictures on Instagram everyday but no more for customer service.I would like to give zero star out of five. Please be aware if you have any plan to shop from this store.

Horrible experience. Ordered a pair of shoes and could not have them delivered due to the order being denied. Worst experience I have ever had with a company. They were not helpful at all when the problem could have been taken care of. Would recommend using other people for your services. I would rate it lower if google would allow me.

Ordered sneakers online on December 16th, the money was taken from my account. I waited for days for them to arrive. I called them and emailed them, they never responded. Then on Christmas Eve morning they refunded me my money, without notifying me that the sneakers were sold out. Terrible experience!!! Be aware.

Ordered online during their 40% off sale after Christmas. I placed my order at about 1 am just an hour into the sale.I was very excited to get a good deal on a pair of shoes I had wanted for months. On the site there was almost a full size run listed. However 5 days after I placed my order I received an email saying that my order was canceled because there was no size 11.5 in stock and by that time the remainder of the sizes had sold out. Had I found out sooner I could have ordered an 11 or a 12. When I emailed their customer service I got no response and when I called the number there was no answer, 3 times. This business clearly does not care about their customers. Absolutely garbage customer service, I will never attempt to order from here again. I would advise everyone else to do the same. They will cancel your order if you get too good of a deal.

Completely appalled with not only their bad business tactics, but their customer service representatives are just as bad. I attempted to file a return for an item via phone call. I was informed from a CSR that my return information would be sent via email within 2-3 minutes. After 40 minutes of waiting, I went ahead and filed a ticket via their site to hopefully get a quicker response. Ask and you shall receive. Online Representative informed me my order was a special release item, in which they cannot be returned. Not only can I not check online since they removed the listing, but there is no record of said remark in my order confirmation email. Good job on losing a loyal customer of many years who defending your company about backdooring during releases.

Selection is anywhere from meh-pretty damn good, depending on when you go. Staff are terrible at their jobs tho. Very rude and unattentive, not knowledgeable, more likely to be huddling around each others phones than doing any actual work.

What kind of company has a customer service line that no one answers?! As a retail business owner myself I am utterly shocked at how unprofessionally run this company is. I have been trying to get a hold of ANYONE for 2 full days now to stop them from shipping a fraudulent purchase made on their website with my stolen cc info. Can not get a hold of ANYONE. Tried calling both stores and (when they finally got around to answering the phone) told me there is no way to get in touch with their corporate office. I would not trust this company with my money. Super shady and unprofessional....

Dont 100% trust them. I ordered a pair of shoes from them and after waiting two weeks for it to come i decided to give them a call. When I called the supposed customer service line I waited to 15 mins and no one could even answer my call at 12pm on a Wednesday. Finally after calling back 7 more times i was rudely told that they would refund my money in five business days. So seven days later I check my bank account statements and see another $104.99 was taken out of my account. They of course not being professional could not answer the phone at 12pm on a Monday when i call about concerns to my account. If You want unprofessional staff. Shady business transactions this store is the place for you.

Love the selection and variety of product and have been purchasing from them for some time now. Only negative comment would be their customer service. I ordered 2 products online and received one initially. I attempted to contact them by phone but could not get through and so I emailed them. Although the 2nd product came days later I did not receive any initial or follow up response from them on my concern. I also had purchased a product and saw that it went on sale days after my purchase and reached out to them to see if I could obtain a store credit of the difference. Again, unable to get through over the phone and they have not responded to my email. While this does not completely deter me from shopping on the site, I will more than likely look somewhere else first.

My return policy is about to expire and Ive been calling there store, calling customer service, emailing them and nobody seems to simply help me out on how I cant ship the shoes back to change the size I ordered a 6.0 need a 4.5. I live far away from this store Im not about to make a whole trip to there store just to exchange sizes.
