Friendly staff and great coffee. The cold brew is amazing

My favorite place in campus! However, its always busy and hard to get work done! I go there to relax and enjoy the coffee!

Rachel and Christina were great and so kind! excellent customer service and they made my day!

$10 for cold brew and toast. Long wait. Got my toast order wrong, then handed me the container with cream cheese on the side which got on my new sweater :( didn’t even order cream cheese

Most of the people working here are really good at their job and do their best to help customers out. I have experienced one particular employee who has seemed unecessarily rude about the drinks I order (like judging?) Weird.Another thing is how inconsistently Im charged for the drinks I get (maybe it is the fact i get it in my own mug?)Overall pretty nice experience though and they play really good musicBonus points because they have oat milk now 😄

Saxbys is pretty consistent. I get either a chai latte or mocha latte. They have AMAZING pastries. I let someone borrow my physics notes and she bought me one from here and now I’ve been buying them. Also the breakfast burrito makes my soup happy. I’ve had a few times where they’ve forgotten my order or they’ve made a mistake. Sometimes the chai latte can be mostly foam and no liquid butttttt overall it’s pretty good.

It was a pleasant experience. I enjoyed the mix of modern interior design and old brick walls. The employees seemed friendly and efficient. No complaints here.

Quaint always busy, usually line out the door. Personally I think it over priced a muffin is 3 dollars but it’s a good pick me up while at school.

I always have a great experience here! The service is friendly and fast. Recently I got a drink that I was not a fan of (Not the workers fault) and not only did the staff replace it for another drink, but they also gave me a free drink card for next time! I definitely did not expect that.On top of the great service, the atmosphere is great for studying and small group meetups. The music is pleasant and not overpowering. The only downside is that seating is a bit crowded and is often full.

I like that the friendly baristas remember my routine order. Also at this Temple University campus location they are always fully staffed during busy rush periods and the team work is impressive. I think that is their competitive edge!

Great coffee with a good variety of drinks. Friendly and very quick service, despite large crowds. Nice atmosphere with good music. Sitting area is often packed during classes, do not expect to find a seat.

The coffee is good,from what i hear...the service and attitude is not for.... how can I say ..um..if your not white or an A.A. thats boujie then this place is not for u...its a stuck up coffee shop for college kids and their rich families.. Sorry but not sorry

Great place, snacks and Coffee are excelent. Tho the place is extremely small and it can get very uncomfortable.

I go in all the time before and between classes. They have fast service. Even when the line is to the door I have never spent more than 10 minutes in here. It gets really hot when its crowded. Ive never had an issue with my drinks. Definitely better than the Starbucks on campus.

Lovely employees. Terrible coffee. Weak and flavorless. I ordered a cold brew, that tasted like water. I had them add a shot of espresso and it didnt help.

Met my girlfriend here. Good coffee, fast wifi. Do yourself a favor and write some good software here.

I ordered an iced coffee and it was very water downed. Definitely was not worth the prize, the sizes run pretty small.

This place is terrible. Honestly just go to Dunkin Donuts. This place is overpriced, they take a good 10 minutes to get you your order in the morning when there is literally only 5 people in the coffee house. Their iced coffee is also overrated and they wont give you mocha swirl pumps even if you ask for it. They also burn the bagels every single time, they also do not know how to apply cream cheese. Their bagels are also really hard because they burn them every single time. 10 minutes after I began eating my food I started to feel sick, and I had food poisoning the rest of the day.

I really like the iced chai here. All the baristas are super nice to me. I can get a lot of work done here. On a busy campus but I’ve always been able to find a seat. Oh and the mural in here is really beautiful! Good for selfies :-) they have been open during loud construction/ renovations for a long time and I went anyway. tables and chairs outside were added recently, that’s nice.

When I was here the baked goods were poorly stocked.

Very rude staff of three girls working tonight around 7:30 on March 6 2017. I waited patiently for someone to take my order, but none of them did until a man came and was welcomed by one of the girls. However they had failed to welcome me as a customer as well. To top it off, I ordered first and they took other orders and forgot to give me my order until I asked about it. Both the man, and a girl after me had received their more complex order compared to my order of just 2 small coffees that eventually took 30 seconds to make and hand. Staff needs to be evaluated because I felt a sense of racism during my visit to the cafe.I go to school here, and I wont be going back to saxbys again.

The employees did not take my order until after I stood right in front of them and ordered. They pretended they did not see me to then tell me that they ran out of what I ordered (a smoothie). The guy asked his employee if they had any left and he said yes and then he asked his other coworker, obviously looking for a no. Terrible service. Bad liars.

Recently renovated interior. Still the same great place.

Couldnt find location @ 20th Walnut so I came here. Way to hot in here!!!! Why are windows open with the air on? Feels like sitting in hell! Poor workers must be miserable & hot all day!

One of the most relaxing places on campus.

Its comparable to Starbucks in terms of quality and offerings. The staff are usually very pleasant.
