I have been with this company since they were located in the Cheltenham Mall early 2000s. My wife and I love this place its owners and employees are very professional and assist with picking frames that look good on you no matter the cost. No pressure or promotional behavior of certain expensive frames or lenses inflating your bill. Thats EXCELLENCE!!! I went to my eye glass vision center, a well known chain, to get the frames to my eye glasses straightened after falling asleep in them. I have spent thousands of dollars over the years and have my entire family getting their eye exams and glasses. They would not fix my frames, even after telling them that they will not be liable if the frame broke. They were very dismissive and walked away leaving me standing there. I looked across the street and took my chances at Omega Optical. First time visit and the owner was very professional, courteous and helpful. I observed how he gave excellent service to the gentleman ahead of me and I was quite impressed. Needless to say, my glasses was fixed without any problems and free of charge. Omega Optical is where I will be giving my familys business to from now on. Thank you Omega Optical for welcoming me into your servicing family for my eye glass needs.You are truly a class act.

Great staff, very nice people. Easy to work with, they can also do lenses if you bring your own frames as well. I was looking for a specific pair of glasses which they didnt have in stock, but they were able to help me find them and provide a quick turnaround for the glasses and prescription sunglasses.
