We had such a great time! Even though, due to Covid19, a large amount of their attractions were temporarily closed, it was still a wonderful time! Definitely a five star rating once they are able to reopen everything again! 💜🐒🐅🐗🐆🦓🦏🦒🦛🦃🦘🦅🦚💙

Nice items available however, may I suggest getting some/more stuffed animals with the Zoos name embroidered on it. It make a much nicer souvenir. And I dont think people would mind paying a FEW more dollars(considering amount already being charged)for their childrens memory holder that will stand out from their other toys,

I was looking for a specific item and the people who worked there went out of their way to help me. The zoo is one if my favorite places on the planet and the people who work there are awesome.

Easy access and a vast selection of zoo memorabilia available for purchase. Also happy that safety measures were in place.

Employees were very polite and helpful. Young man at customer service was also very helpful and polite. We are from San Antonio Tx. and we enjoyed your zoo very much.

There was not much there for being in July and the employees were rude as hell

The zoo is very clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are ok.

You should sell cold water. There should be some sort of beverages available for sale for guests as they enter leave. Everything was closed.

Zoo shop was good for souvenirs, over priced as expected. Make sure you get a zoo membership so you get 10% off

My wife and I took our son her for his birthday. He’s two. The person in the gift shop the day I’m posting this around 11 am was wonderful. (Cashier 30132 from our receipt) Super helpful and professional. They helped our so. Find a toy frog that made his whole day

Beautiful place to go with family and friends.

I absolutely love the Philadelphia zoo, but,the parking is horrible, from the second parking lot an extremely long walk to the zoo, especially for senior citizens, wont be back for a long time

I didnt get nothing to buy because I it was so high. The prices were so high that I just wanted a ice cream cup.

Staff are very friendly but it was a surprisingly sparse selection!

We support the zoo as much as we can. Always a great time with the family.

The place, like most gift shops, is expensive and filled with children that want more. Its a lot of toys to have to do with the park which was nice when picking peacocks out for your nephew. Its a good spot to end your good day at the zoo. If you promise your kid a toy if he stays quiet for the show than you might end up spending a fortune.

Nice place. Lots of stuffed animals and shirts of all kinds. A little on the high side for prices. But we still managed to find a couple things to take home.

Only problem with this place was trying to make my 3 yr realize he couldnt take everything home with him. He had a great day n this was the perfect way to end.

Ah, we usually always get something small, at the very least. We love to support the park as well as the various conservation efforts and organizations that work with the Zoo.
