Good place to shop my only problem is they cut the cheese to thin. It’s cut so thin when you go to get one peace of cheese for your sandwich or anything it going to break up r You are going to grab two or three at one time stuck together

Expect everything you ever would at any other ShopRite except this location is actually kept pretty clean & organized for the most part compared to the few next closest ShopRites

Shout out the the black woman in customer service always polite and friendly. her service was exceptional give her a raise before I offer her a job!!!! well done!!!

This is a relatively new ShopRite they have everything but cigarettes and alcoholic beverages . Lines are not too long and next you know you are out and about . There prepared foods section is really good too from fresh sushi to burgers . This location is also very clean which is a plus . Hope you enjoy shopping here as much as I do .

Cause the staff are always nice and it is not that far from where i live.

This store is great. People here are awesome, I am comparing them to other stores that I know are horrible to there customers, dogs are treated better but its not the end of the world. Other stores value there customers and treat them with respect no matter what. Shame on the knorr st and levick st stores.

This Shoprite is very neat, organized and clean. The cashier, Paul, was very nice and helpful. Locations is excellent. I did a few things in the same area. Prices are fair.

I went to ShopRite last SaturdayI was in a self-checkout when I fell The cashier did not do a thing . I very nice customer help me up and ask 3x are you alright she had seen the fall asked if I was ok. The cashier was like a statue. But for a price check he came right over. I asked him did you see me fall. No answer. I came I called to speak to a supervisor Shannon very professional. I have not made it back to do the incident report. But I will go tomorrow. Im in pain and maybe you can talk to employees at least help them up

Best Shoprite Ive been to. So clean and such nice staff.

Helpful and friendly staff, clean floors and neatly stocked shelves and wide isles. I never seen the store overcrowded which is a plus and every time I was there they had staff in the parking lot that check to see if you need help loading groceries or to take your cart as you finish putting stuff in your vehicle. Alot of specialty counters for different hot foods and Awsome Bakery. Give this hidden gem a try.

Great store with all the groceries and household necessities that I need! The store is very clean and organized. Its also well staffed with minimal waits for checking out. Staff is helpful if you cant find an item, theyll even check for an item in their stock area for you! They have all kinds of different food selections for any event or holiday!I highly suggest using the ShopRite app! Your ShopRite Price Plus Card is stored within the app. You can create your shipping list before going to the store, which is helpful and saves me money as I can see whats on sale or find the best priced item. Its also helpful if you need to find an item as it tells you what isle its in! You can also scan items to check a price or add to your list!I use the Shop Rite card as well as the app for additional savings and digital coupons! Definitely my favorite grocery store!

It is beautiful! A very large and clean store with an eat in area and various types of food. The pharmacy is amazing which is why I traveled there.

Fairly clean and and a plethora of products. Prices were reasonable (except the $40 I paid for 16oz crabmeat 😪) All in all a good experience.

Always have to check my receipt before leaving. The biggest problem is customer service when you have a complaint about over charging. Item was on sale but never showed up on the receipt. You are asked to take the item back. I personally had words with 2 employees several times. Manager was nice but what goes on behind closed doors is not my cup of tea. So I only go there for few items. I love shopping at shoprite. I use the shoprite in Ewing where they dont question you about being charge over the price. They just give you the difference without the item.

This is one of my favorite ShopRite in the Northeast. They have such a variety to choose from. Very clean and well organized. Fresh produce. Prices are good. Customer service is great!

So I was kicked out of my pharmacy after several years of going for my medication. Then I went to this ShopRite and got the best service. When I explained the situation to the pharmacist, I was told that will never happen here.Thanks ShopRite

Its okay. Produce is okay. Sometimes they dont have great options. Sometimes the produce is moldy. Once I went in and every pint of grape tomatoes has fuzzy mold on them. I originally had this as a 4 star rating but then I also ended up buying moldy mushrooms as well. I couldnt tell in the store but when I opened them they were bad. They must not be keeping track of how long the produce is on the shelves.Meat is just eh. But the prices are good. Lines are usually not too long. Its clean and they have a lot of stock in the non produce sections

The bakery is horrible compared to others shop rites. There always out of everything, they say the bread is frozen, not a variety store for sure!. Very few people go out of their way to help you. Pet food is never refilled. When the store first open it was really good!

Love me some shoprite always have a sale and what I need and want.

It was Okay. The Employees (I could find) were very Polite. But I couldnt find Soda & Red Bull. The Coca cola was Sold out and I looked everywhere for the Redbull & It was Locked up behind the counter. ( I said that as a Joke while I was there... & It happened to be True). I couldnt find anything. I was starting to Think, I went there for Nothing. So I wont be going back.

They need to have more registers open but other then that very clean and roomy store to shop at.

I went in there a couple months ago, had to return so I waited in the lottery line ( i wasent paying attention) multiple people went in front of me to the return line while I waited okay I was told what it was. I went in there yesterday WAITED at the RETURN line and the girl who was at the lottery line took another women who also was returning knowing dam well I was waiting. I don’t know if it was discrimination or what they need to get their “customer service” more organized.

No line to enter. Everything was in stock. They had a great amount of stuff for us last minute valentines shoppers. Not a lot of people inside. Checkout very short lines and nice customer service. Will definitely go back again :)

It was a pleasant day shopping not that crowed and I got help with my coupons at the service desk, people were helpful and nice. The only problem I had was with the Lipton Ice Tea they only had Sweet Southern Tea.

Me personally as an assistant manager at Saladworks looking for new job I personally think the Steph could be a lot more friendly at that shop right I go to ShopRite staff members members dont want to help any customers in fact I was a customer at one point in time where I asked for help and all they did was pass it along the line to the next person and I believe if a customer needs help and you cannot help the person because you cant find the item they should be shown where customer service is so they can get the service because they are a value customer

I went today because my veggies went bad. Customer service would not allow me to exchange it, because it was passed a week that i purchased. Walked out dissatisfied. Went back in and spoke to the manager he authorized the cashier to give me a $5 credit slip.

I applied here about 3 yrs ago. they wanted me to do something else and I wound up telling them good luck. sad that go social media route. I resell items for profit. sell the sizzle not the steak.

Fairly new construction, over price, good selection, ample parking, loyalty program, seafood bakery, delicious, lottery. I go here for a few items not a whole shopping trip because the prices are very high here and items are subject to the beverage tax so I normally shop outside of the city limits.

I dont know how anyone would give this place more than 1 star, I shop there only because its across the street. The employees are rude, they wear earbuds for music, so you really have to shout, not all of them, but quite a few. I have also heard music blaring from an employees phone, I couldnt even hear mine ringing. The worst thing about this place is the shelves are empty alot of the time and they stock during the day, which makes it hard to get to things you need, thats if theyre even out yet, which most of the time theyre not. This place has potential, but apparently needs a new manager to take care of business.

I had an emergency and needed to get back home quickly! On my way there I called for the Isle numbers of the 2 items that I was in search of! The young man who answered the phone was so helpful and patient! Richard the security guard couldnt have been more helpful to me as I unfortunately needed him when I got there! Without hesitation he was there in an instant ! I wasnt expecting to get three cases of water, being in a hurry no basket or cart, Jethro got a cart for me, loaded the water and wheeled my order to the register (helping quite a few customers as I passed) all with a smile! The young lady who checked me out and the front end supervisor were not only sweet but thoughtful enough to ask about my emergency.. I wish I knew her name and I WILL edit this review if I find the receipt in my car! I actually passed my own shop rite to come here and WOW Im glad that I did.. it was minutes from closing time too; the dedication of the employees at this particular location did not go unnoticed and I hope its recognized . Theyre all an asset to your company and Angels of mine in the very unexpected situation I was presented with at that moment. Thanks to you all

Im giving 3 stars because my shopping experiences are usually pretty good however I recently got a birthday cake from here ordered a few days in advance but they didnt make it until I went there to pick it up and I asked for the cake to be all chocolate cake but got half vanilla half chocolate it was a nice cake but it was rushed, I had to wait over 20 minutes while they made it.
