Wanted a pecan pie bliZzard ! Store was completely closed up and no answer on phone at 7:20 pm.

Establishment was dirty. Workers were rude and unprofessional. Music blaring as order was being taken. Food items served 10 minutes apart. Extremely poor service and attitudes. Bathrooms closed. Food was good.

Awsome variety of icecream creations. Never a long line and the person that waited on us is named Hershel providing great customer service. He put chairs outside for us to sit and eat our icecream because eating inside wasnt allowed because of covid 19. Every time we get great customer service.

I know lots of things are messed up right now but if you have posted hours and cant put up a sign if there is an emergency or issue a 1 start review is in order.Was in the area and thought that a vanilla cone would be nice while we walked. It was noon so figured no issue. Door was locked so looked at the hours then checked the time. 11:57 am with a posted opening of 11:00 am.... Look in the windows and it looked like they are getting ready to strip the place soon.Maybe it was a fluke maybe its the virus. Dont know but if you cant say Had an emergency or closed for a wedding or something else it shows you dont really care. We went down the street for a shake instead.

Has places to sit and enjoy your ice cream. A Quiet and calm retreat.

Place was horrible. The staff could care less about you or their jobs. I watched the cashier roll their eyes in the faces of customers while placing their order. No please or thanks. Customers seem to be an inconvenience to employees.

It served its purpose of providing ice cream, but I feel like it was far from clean, and I think there was only one person working, and they spent most of the time on the back out of sight. It was kinda weird.

We shut this place down! We was having so much fun enjoying the ice cream and food we forgot what time it closed the girl let us stay a extra 30mins until she came and told us so nicely she technically closed at 530 but it was 6 when she came over to tell us we had ball and the waitress/cashier was amazing!! Cant wait to go back

Very friendly service.... They were out of chocolate ice cream and thats all I eat, so I was disappointed, but the guy who worked there tried very hard to make it up to me!!! He was manning the whole store alone and he just did a great job all around.

This location was out of Vanilla ice cream, was in need of repairs and only had one employee working. The employee on staff was great, but was in need of another employee to assist as there were several people waiting to be helped in line due to lack of help..

Love this DQ and go whenever I can (I love in Philly). Located one block from Independence Hall and lots of other historic sites. Owner is friendly and very appreciative of his customers.

The soft serve sundae was expensive for the portion you get. And the choc sauce was too sweet. McDonalds hot fudge sundae is so much better.

Stopped in late for desert and found the place empty. One employee who could not have been nicer or more patient with us. Served us our deserts, special orders included, very promptly. Would recommend for a quick, delicious ice-cream desert!

Been coming here for quite a while, my daughter AND her mother absolutely LOVE Blizzards! Came here most recently for a FREE small Blizzard for signing up with the app and even though it wasnt working properly, he saw the coupon and gave me my FREE Blizzard anyway!Always clean, gets a little crowded later in the day with high school kids but its not like Ive ever had a problem with that. They just come for ice cream.

Awesome! I highly recommend the 5 dollar lunch where you get a chili cheese dog, chips, drink and a sundae.

-Out of vanilla soft serve...at a Dairy Queen. How is that possible?-Did not have the new Blizzard of the Month ingredients yet. Its Dec 15th.Close for the season Dairy Queen or fire whoever is running this location. We only tried going here because Ritas is closed.

Wanted banana split, no bananas, no wet walnuts, no vanilla syrup. Dairy queen is just good for milkshakes and ice cream cones and cakea

The best Julius around good job. Im from SFO and I have yet to find a Julius drink this good with there consistency.most of the drinks we find are really foamy and not flavorful. Will be back ever year to get one.

I ordered a Heath Bar Blizzard and they put chocolate sauce in it. I wanted VANILLA ICE CREAM. They cant listen to directions. Ruined my day.

Priced way too high. Only one person working which equated to slow service. Minimal seating. If youre downtown you can find much better for the same or lower prices

Not my favorite DQ. They dont have the full menu and the staff is usually only 2 people at a time so be prepared to wait a little longer. Its a smaller front but the customer service is good and the place is clean.

Google maps said it was closed but found one young guy running the whole place at 8pm. He was incredible. Super service with a non stop line of people. 08/09/2017

Bravo to the one guy hustling as much as possible but one person working at lunch time is whack. Clearly no way to keep up with the orders.

Only one employee taking orders, managing the register, assembling ice cream, preparing food, doing it ALL. Long wait time and no seating.

Bad experience. she upgraded 2 of my 4 orders to large but served all 4 same small. food didnt come out as good as my home DQ store. bathroom is locked and you have to ask for the key to use. not recommended.

Good location close the liberty bell. Limited menu. We had a confusion of an overcharged order, however the manager came out and resolved it. Overall, food and service are OK.

Limited number of menu items. Service was slow on the day that we visited. The food tasted good.

Horrible service. The cashier was rude n snatched the money outta my hand. Didnt even try to figure out what I wanted. My blizzard wasnt even a blizzard n they never put the cool whip on top. Tried to order another Turkey blt n they had none let it was all frozen in the back . Very horrible service. The Turkey blt I was able to get was very delicious though .

The owner is very nice and works hard. Especially in this summer, expect very long lines, and sometimes running out of things. Good prices for the area.

NO COMPETITION SO WE CAN CHARGE WHAT EVER WE WANT. ...per the DQ management at this location. ... We purchased two large vanilla cones, one artic freeze and one large strawberry shake from this Dairy Queen. It cost us $24. Talk about price gouging. If you go to any McDonalds in the USA the price of a hamburger is the same at all locations. I thought Dairy Queen functioned under the same philosophy.

Didnt eat any food just had ice cream which of course was really good...staff was very pleasant and worked quickly to keep the line moving which was long for a bit... eating area was small but clean...and the bathroom was also clean

Not a problem with the food. Just the service! They are always short staffed! Its the only dairy queen around! I waited 15-20 minutes for my small order.
