Never had these cookies but I had to try it, the double chocolate mint cookies with a side of cookies and cream ice cream & cookie dough topping. Made my own sandwich was perfect. Nice warm cookies definitely a nice snack to watch a movie/show them fall right out lol. A must TRY!!!!

Obviously the cookies there are amazing… but the woman who helped us out was SO FREAKING RUDE. I literally didn’t know if I wanted to get mad or laugh. Just awful and had such a bad attitude. At one point my mom wanted something and this lady screamed, WE DON’T have that!!!!” I couldn’t believe it. She had white and black hair with chains all over her face. Overall awful which is such a shame because their cookies are great.

I got one of each flavor of cookies from this insomnia. Very good but as I was chewing my chocolate chunk cookie there was a weird feeling in my mouth. I’m not sure what the foreign object is in my food but I’ll never return. Disgusting!!!

Rude, rude, rude, rude … that’s how the person treated me while trying to order cookies. Tried to greet and ask her twice how she was doing and was blanked, let alone acted like I was being obnoxious by asking what cookies were available after she told me the ones I wanted weren’t. I don’t need or care for sunshine beaming from an individual, but I do care to be treated like a fellow human being. It was not rushed, and there was no one else inside. Bad customer service. Save your money for elsewhere.

The salted caramel cookies were absolutely amazing. Other cookies are really good, but none compare to the salted caramel ones.

Shop was not ready to open until 20 minutes after start of operating hours. Then when open, did not have half of the different cookies that I wanted.

God AWFUL customer service. I stood at the register while 3 people were behind the counter. Not one person addressed me after minutes of standing. Once someone finally addressed me, he said no words and just stared at me. It took 10 minutes for them to fill my order as they moved at the pace of a turtle. Extremely rude and awful experience. They all had their masks under their nose or not on at all. Please save yourself from this location.

Always great options to choose from. If they dont have your desired cookie, theyll make fresh ones on the spot or give you a different one free of charge. Top notch customer service as always

I ordered a box of 6 cookies online almost with a single specialty cookie. When I arrived at this location, I called to let them know I was there since there was a long line at 10pm. They came out with my items very quickly.The cookies were good. The only one that I would not recommend is the cinnamon whiskey cookie. I like cinnamon anything but this one I couldn’t stomach.Price for the specialty cookie is a little high. I got the Salted Carmel cookie just to try it but I wouldn’t buy another just based on price to what you get.To store: I would limit the amount of people in the store. When I said it was busy, there was a large group of about 10 people in there along with the team members. Given the square footage of the store, there really should have been allowed 2-3 guests at a time, not 10

Insomnia Cookies is AWESOME!!! I will preface by saying it is a little pricey for what it is, but the cookies are delicious! The mint chocolate cookie ice cream sandwich is one of the best things Ive ever eaten. They have really good variety and are perfect for you if you have a sweet tooth. Perfect for catering to if you want to order a bus-load of cookies! Another a aw some thing is that theyre open until 3am, perfect for a late night sweet tooth snack!

I love insomnia cookies for their taste and quality of the cookies; but, I can only give this location’s business two stars. I’ve ordered from this location three times for delivery and they’ve messed it up each time. It’s actually quite unbelievable as when I used to order from a different location I never had an issue. Twice I’ve received incorrect cookies (such as giving us chocolate chunk instead of double chocolate chunk which is just careless). We also once ordered our cookies with ice cream. We waited over an hour for our delivery. It finally arrived; however, no ice cream. We call (which takes forever by the way because of being on hold for 15-20 minutes), and they tell us someone will be back within the hour with our ice cream. We wait the hour. At this point it’s time for bed and this entire ordeal is spanning the course of three hours which is absurd. I could’ve just went out and bought ice cream myself. We never received our ice cream. Called back. Wait on hold AGAIN. Tell them we want a refund because the ice cream never came. And guess what? We never were refunded for the ice cream. I didn’t even bother calling. I’m leaving this review instead. Very delicious cookies, but just know getting what you asked for probably won’t happen so hopefully you’re not picky.

Ordered a couple days ago. Cookies were delivered completely hard and inedible. Called insomnia who said they would bring me a new one. I asked them if they knew my address and they said they have my order on file...30 min later they call me saying they thought i was someone else and that it would take even longer to get my order. i just ended up getting a refund. why are the cookies hard? clearly not made very well

I was standing in line waiting to go in and both people at the register had their mask not covering their nose. Then one of them kept rubbing her nose more than one and touching the boxes to pass them over to the next one who was dispensing cookies without gloves on or the mask over her face the right way. I left after watching this happen with horror. Thats so super gross. Train your people better!

Omg! A must stop if in philly! You choose your cookie and ice cream and they make you a sandwich. When I ordered the cookies, chocolate deluxe, were taken out a warmer and ice cream,vanilla, was placed on it. It was amazing, but huge and definitely shareable! My husband got a white macadamia nut cookie and cookie dough ice cream. He was very happy as well. My only complaint is the cashier made our sandwiches, using utensils, but no gloves when hand was in ice cream... If not I would have given 5 stars...

Really awful experience trying to get cookies delivered from this location. Waited two hours for delivery and had to eventually cancel the order. Called after about an hour of waiting, since the app still showed “baking”. The woman I spoke with said the driver just picked up my order and I would receive it soon. Waited about another hour, called up and spoke to a guy who said that the driver then just picked up my order and that I would receive it in a bit. Obviously, the first person I spoke with lied. By that time I wasn’t even interested in the cookies anymore, and was completely fed up. Ended up cancelling the order. Definitely will not try ordering from this location again.

HORRIBLE customer service. Walked in with a mask on and was told to wait outside- okay fine (only four people allowed in store while your sign states 10 allowed). Then a couple minutes later a whole family came inside with NO mask on. The woman had the audacity to tell us to go outside while we had masks on and didn’t bother saying anything to the family and mind you there were a lot more than four people when we left. Rules should apply to everyone. Very rude and she even messed up our order and stated the deals so fast we couldn’t even understand her. A personality goes a long way and you should treat all your customers the same. You need to change your employees! The cookies were alright, kinda burnt this time around. Disappointed. :/

First of all - the cookies were top notch, and so was the icing. I got to bigwich cookies and loved them. This is definitely a go-to pick me up place if youre looking for fresh, warm cookies. I would love to give a five star. I went on a Sunday afternoon, was the only customer inside (very small interior btw, maybe order online instead). The lady behind the counter, although very sweet and nice, was packing up another order and didnt really talk to me at first. Totally fine... I understand she was the only one at the counter. When I finally tried to order though, they were out of the first two cookies I asked for. Kind of a bummer for a cookie place with not a ton of options. I would recommend coming here though, and maybe online ordering and pick up would be a better experience!

I probably caught them on a bad day. I asked for warm cookies they were hard like a rock and cracked open. The manager was salty. Hopeful for better customer service. :)

Friendly and swift service. Got a cookiewich which was a bit on the high price side but worth the cost. The ice cream was good and the cookies, as always, were warm and melty. Since the store was small, when a lot of people decide to come in at once it gets cramped quickly but no complaint other than that.

Didn’t seem welcoming or even like they wanted us as customers.

The cookies are great (yet slightly expensive) but this is definitely the worse location Ive ever been to. Service is extremely slow with only one person serving (with an attitude) and a handful of workers just chatting in the back. We had to wait outside for 15 minutes smelling stinky trash and sewage (see pic). After the line, they were out of the peanut butter and chocolate cookie.

Ordered cookies for ASAP delivery and they still weren’t delivered after an hour- so called, and after 10minutes on hold, was told they were on the way. Still didn’t arrive after 2 hours so called to cancel and get a refund, which was essentially refused unless we ignored the delivery once they came (pretty rude to their drivers). Absolutely awful customer service- will definitely hesitate from ordering from here again.

Have them fresh and you will not like any other cookies. Best are white chocolate Macadamia and chocolate cookie.... And I started loving them. And my love gave these for me with love.

I had some cookies today and I could not sleep as my mind kept thinking about the taste. My wife got 3 cookies as I didn’t wanted to eat any. After I tasted one, I ate all of it. Now my wife doesn’t let me sleep. I got insomnia. I am not going back to this place ( with my wife). I will go alone.

Average ice cream. Definitely not worth the price they charge for it. The location is absolutely tiny. It was difficult to get inside with a stroller to place an order. Also, random people kept popping in every now and then asking us to buy them something too while the staff did nothing about it. Overall, would definitely not recommend.

Service was slow. They charge about $1.79 per cookie for a cookie that is medium sized at best. Buying just 5 cookies will run you over $8. The cookies were okay, but not worth $1.79 each.Best advice is go to Acme and buy a whole bag of their store baked cookies for $5.00. Want truly great cookies, go to Famous 4th Street.Anyone who says these are the best cookies theyve ever had is fake or on drugs. I had wanted to try them, so I bought some. Afterwards, I regretted buying such over priced cookies.

We have been here twice...the first time our cookies were cold and the service was rude....the second time the cookies were hot and gooey if not under done! but they were not the cookies that we had ordered! Cannot recommend due to lack of care and consistency.

Cookies are delicious and soft. Taking some stars off as only got 3 out of the 8 cookies ordered the first time- however they were very polite about correcting the mistake and quickly rectified it by re delivering the full order. Great place for late night snack

An irresistible dessert place on the east coast with its origins in university of pennsylvania. They have amazing cookies, brownies, ice cream and combos. A must try. for anyone. No can eat just once. This is my favorite late night dessert place.

One of the things my boyfriend & I look forward to during these tough times are Insomnia Cookies. We were very disappointed when we opened the box to see the cookies broken & displaced. We frequent this location & sad that we have gotten such horrible service. It’s Mother’s Day weekend. What if we were sending these to a loved one as a gift? Very upset.

If youre reading this review you must have some type of addiction to cookies. If you dont have an addiction to cookies dont go here. Because whats going to happen is your going to see the place and how small it is. Then, youre going to walk into the place and get smacked in the face with Heavenly seductively sweet cookie smell . then finally youre going to buy the whole store. On a personal note I find it very cool but very creepy that the only beverages that they offer is water and milk no Pepsi. No Coke. Milk! Pure unadulterated chocolate / strawberry / regular whole milk. This place is awesome. Its the weed heads dream. And I dont even smoke.

Never know what to choose and constantly changing favorites. These cookies are pricey but you wont regret the extra bucks!!! Delivered to me at home still warm... Imagine that!!
