I have celiac disease and it can be hard to find places to eat let alone people who are willing to be helpful. We love going to the twisty treat every year and this year I almost skipped it because I’m newly diagnosed but was so happy when the lady brought out the ice cream mix and read the ingredients to me to make sure there was no gluten in it! There were a few questionable thing like natural flavor that can sometimes hide gluten but I took a risk and tried it anyway and I am so happy I did! Happy to report I had no issues and will be coming back. Thank you so much!!

My first visit, confusing experience. Their order and pick up is a bit odd. I decided to only order for my grand. They were pleased. Will try on a slower night.

The service was very good and prompt. The cashier was very nice. This was my first time here! I love the old fashioned style of how it looks! It transforms maybe back to the 50s and 60s. I am not sure how old it is. It is still around! Wow. That says a lot. I had a sundae and it was very good. I will be returning .

I will have to say that this is the best soft serve place in all of Mayfair and is probably the only place left around. Keep in mind however, they are a seasonal establishment that is cash only so leave your cards at home.

Great ice cream and cute building. Myself as a kid and now my son always loved going to the “big ice cream cone”. I just wish they would get with the program and start accepting cards because I rarely carry cash. It’s so inconvenient. They would get much more business from me and my family if they did accept cards.

This was where I worked my first real job so Ill always have a fondness for this place. I just got a small root beer and vanilla gelato and it was huge! Definitely worth what was paid. Quick and friendly service. My only gripe is that their parking lot is way too small but there is still parking surrounding the place

Always a great go-to place for hard and soft ice cream. I can only give 4 stars, because they dont carry my favorite flavor, Vanilla Peanut Butter. ☹

Stopped in for ice cream and although we were the first and only 2 people there the girl disappeared after handing us our order. I was going to ask for a lid to my ice cream to finish at ho.e as it was melting g too quickly due to the heat but after dtandi g there gor about 5 minutes waiting and knocking on the window I left.

Nice place to go with a family. Theres a table to sit at enough space for a small crowd. You may have to wait a few minutes if its busy but never anything too long.

I don’t know guys. Yesterday around 6:30 pm I got the sugar free cherry, vanilla gelato and it made me extremely sick. I have Very bad stomach cramps and have been going to the bathroom all night. Thank God I have day of today. So be careful what you purchase there at twister treats. I will not go back there again . My wife had to take day off she also is 🤕 sick. She had the sugar free cherry water ice . Somethings not right!!!!!!!

Get fried oreos & waffles & ice cream!! You can legit toast eggos and use crescent rolls in an air fryer for the oreos! Simple!! Just an idea 😂👍😍🥳

Love this place. They use Turkey Hill Ice Cream, good quality.
