Absolutely delicious! Weve been twice in the last five days. I just tried the Bangkok flavor and it was amazing. It tasted just like delicious creamy Tai tea. This place has great portion sizes and you get to add three additional toppings. I saw someone order a cheesecake flavor and the staff actually used a whole slice of cheesecake and mixed it into the ice cream base. Best rolled ice cream I have ever had.

An awesome little place with tons of choices for rolled ice cream. If you havent had rolled ice cream this is a great place to start. They have so many flavors and toppings and you can watch them make the ice cream on front of you. Everyone was friendly and the prices and service were great. Was able to get in and out quick

Delicious experience. I tried the s’more rolled ice cream and it was very yummy. You can your own pick topping for them to craft your desired treat. Little cramped inside for larger groups but they had a clean location and bathroom available to customers.

This place is amazing. 💯 I tried the nutella-banana flavored ice cream (Chunky Monkey) and I definitely would recommend. 🤤 They have a very big variety of flavors to choose from and also 3 toppings per icey. The portions are good and also the staff was very nice and polite. Would highlight that they use real nutella, not something fake chocolate cream and use generous amount of it compared to different locations. 🍨

They have amazing toppings for their ice creams. You get up to 3 free toppings. They also have stools and high tables you can sit on which I think is pretty cool.

Nice atmosphere - clean, modern, nice lighting. Good tasting product. Quantity is small, for the price; youre definitely paying for the novelty of flat, rolled ice cream (it is neat to watch them make it).But otherwise, yeah, pretty neat place. I wouldnt make it a habitual place to visit at the prices they charge, but surely worth checking out if you think youd be interested.

This was my first experience with rolled ice cream and it was delicious and Im very glad I decided to try. The service was pretty quick. Prices were very reasonable and the ice cream was amazing.

This was our first time coming here. We were greeted with a smile by the woman behind the counter. She was very nice and waited while we figured out what to order. We ordered the Bangkok with Thai tea and Pocky sticks and the Cookies and Cream with Oreos and whipped cream. This was the absolute best. I would highly recommend coming here.We will definitely be back.

Love this place. I would guess its more the show of them creating your dessert than the action dessert itself…lol. It is a great place to grab a quick dessert to walk off after a big meal in China Town. I would go with the Oreo and cream… Always go for oreo….. lol…Don’t neglect getting any of the toppings that are offered

This was my first time trying a rolled ice cream. I was a little hesitant at first because $7 seemed like a steep price. They have a myriad of options and I decided to play it safe (in my opinion) and went with the Nutella banana ice cream with blueberry, banana and Walnut toppings. You get 3 free toppings.There is another seating both at table and at window counters. This place does have a $10 credit min.

This is the best frozen dessert place weve tried! The staff is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They are willing to take my unconventional flavor requests and have a Vegan non-dairy options for those of us who like/ need that. My family and I have tried all different flavor options each are amazing!

Very bad experience. Terrible cooking. The lady who cooked our ice cream on the board made it overdone and it was very ugly looking. We have been coming to this place for over four years. This time the ice cream is so flaky and broken into tiny crumbs. When bite into it, the texture was so bad that it affected the flavor. We went back to explain the situation and the customer service was outrageous. They said Bye before we done talking. We felt very disappointed. May not come back again. It maybe possible that they changed owner. We may never know why such big difference.

Thai ice cream is always good and this place puts it together very nicely. Not really a long wait either. $7 is a great price compared to some of the places Ive been to in NYC. Ill definitely come here again.

When it comes to ice cream, rolled is absolutely the best. I especially like it because it doesnt melt as fast as soft serve, so I can enjoy it longer. Frozen is a great rolled (the fried subtitle is misleading) ice cream place in Chinatown that offers a variety of flavor and topic selections. Even when busy, they operate quickly and serve generously. My favorite flavor is jasmine tea — its hydrating, not too sweet and very refreshing. As for toppings, you get three for free but can add more for additional price. In my opinion, the best toppings are fruits, nuts, cookies and mochi. I would advise against liquid toppings (chocolate/caramel syrups and such) because the ice cream is so cold that they harden quickly (unless you like your liquid toppings crunchy). The seating is sparse, so if its very busy, you may end up standing. But overall, this place serves delicious dessert thats worth the price!

The best ice cream Ive had in a while. Choose one ice cream base with 3 toppings for 7 bucks. Got the Avocuddle and they actually blended a fresh piece of avocado into the ice cream - very refreshing choice.

The matcha ice cream with mochi was amazing, my sister loved it here. They play K-pop so that was a nice surprise for both of us!

The ice cream was great and the portions were very large. Especially compared to rolling cow. We paid less money and got a bigger portion. Our order was ready quite promptly and there was a great selection.

This place is delicious! They make and freeze your ice cream while you wait and its fun to watch. They make it in interesting flavors, some common and some not (strawberry shortcake, thai tea, avocodo, smores) and then roll it into five neat little rolls that you can add toppings to as you like. Very flavorful and its great to know there isnt a bunch of chemicals in it.

This place rules. We walked here for a weeknight date night and did not regret it. Im def bringing the homies here. I got the green tea ice cream with strawberries, whipped cream, and walnuts and it blew me away. Serving sizes are massive so brace yourself.

Site said they open at noon. My friend and I got there shortly after noon. Door was unlocked and sign was outside. We went in and we were told they werent open yet. I asked how much longer. The woman have a deep sigh, rolled her eyes, and said, Fifteen minutes. I might back to see if service was better a different day, but it wouldnt be my preference.It was good, but ICE*NY is better, the staff there is nicer, and their selection is much more interesting than Frozrens. We went here because ICE*NY is closed on Tuesday.

Creamy, delicious taste. The serving size is enough to fill you up, bit pricey but worth the money if you want a freshly prepared delicious dessert. Have tried various flavors but my favorite is Berry Land.
