Soooo good! And very friendly. Everything is hand made and made from real ingredients and Mohammad was so kind. He talked about gelato and sorbet like it was his true passion. It’s also a huge plus that he is open late.

This place was very good. We came here on Easter Sunday because not many rolled ice cream places were open so it was already a plus that they were open. The ice cream one was better than the next. The only thing that could be better is the amount of toppings you can add including how many were put on the ice cream (only got three blueberries)as well as maybe adding a few more choices. But overall, great experience and ice cream was bomb.

Amazing… I recommend the gelato side. I asked for a mint chocolate chip and they ran out of it. So the guy ended up mixing gelato mint w chocolate and it was 🔥🔥🔥 try it guys !!!

I went with pumpkin cheesecake ice cream... then you choose up to three toppings...I chose Graham cracker, whipped cream and marshmallow(unknown to me at the time this meant a toasted marshmallow on top)...then you pick a drizzle and I went with condensed milk. It was so good. And watching him cut into actual cheesecake and use a scoop of real pumpkin to make my ice cream was amazing. not only will kids and adults alike enjoy watching it be made but they are also open late for a sweet treat after some cocktails if you so choose. I recommend this place and will return for more.

First time seeing this thing! Really cool (no pun intended). Very tasty. We got the strawberry shortcake, with Pocky, whipped cream and strawberries.

Best Ice cream

My hubs decided to get some Frozen Ice Cream Roll. I wasnt going to get anything since I had just eaten a gigantic slice of pizza from Lorenzos & didnt want to have that overly full feeling. But, after seeing how they made the rolled ice cream I decided to try one & Im glad I did. It was delicious, fresh & you dont get that full feeling like you do after eating ice cream. Its very light. My hubs & I will definitely be back. Service was excellent, prices are reasonable.

Nice place to think about business. The staff was very welcoming and sociable. It has a cool interior. Atmosphere is similar to a cafe in San Jose I loved.

Never had rolled ice cream, Ice Max is delicious and they have a ton of choices and combinations. I went with a safe choice of mango ice cream rolls with chocolate chips and chocolate sauce. Funky atmosphere was a little strange with no one else in the dont but me. Can see this being fun for groups or when its crowded. Preparation is kind of theatrical.

Pricey but quality

Ice Max was not open until 2AM like they said on their website and on the door of their store. Me and my girlfriend spent $8 on an Uber there at around 12:50AM after a night out to get ice cream and they were closed. I wish I could give a 0 out of 5 stars for wasting our time and our money by falsely advertising their hours.

It was my first ever I really enjoyed it. Its amazing how they make it in front of you. Forsure a 5 star will definitely be going back for more!

5 little skinny rolls didnt fill up the cup on top of the ice cream being thick like Oreo cream. plus they are stingy with their toppings. For $7 you really should be able to get all the toppings you want

I have always had a great experience here. You can watch them prepare your ice cream and they are very clean. Sometimes it gets crowded as it is a small shop and they have great ice cream.

This place is just great. Had to bring the whole family to try it. Service is quick, keep in mind that everything is being made in front of you so there is still a wait. Ice cream just melts in your mouth and everything is fresh.

Good spot.. but the guy working there never change gloves.. I was there and 3 costumer order and pay and he did not change gloves. Touch the money, the towel he clean, the casher.. and give u your ice cream with the same nasty gloves..

Ive been here twice and each time the experience was amazing. The place is very clean, the artwork on the walls is very colorful and the actual desert is amazing.

Got the Thai Sensation with mochi, whipped cream, and strawberries on a mildly cold Sunday evening. It was okay. Cup that it came in is a bit too big for the ice cream, or there wasnt enough ice cream, because I had some space left in there. Lychee was kind of chunky in the ice cream and not finely minced enough for a creamy texture. Can only pick three toppings and a drizzle. Since the awe of seeing Thai rolled ice cream has worn off since the summer, Ive had better in Chinatown.

Clean small spot for great rolled ice cream. The low lighting and brick interior makes it very hipster friendly. The menu is nothing amazing but that doesnt mean it isnt delicious. The Hulk (Matcha & Strawberries) is surprisingly refreshing and the Panda Panda (Oreo) is simple but tasty. Plus your add-ons makes the eating experience genuinely yours. They create the rolls right in front of you so millennials rejoice! you can record and upload to your favorite social media outlet.

Yes, I know that I use the word hype a lot but honestly thats probably the best way to describe most of these things. Im no better than anyone else because I obviously give in to every single hype out there and this was one of them. The best part of this whole experience is watching them make it. Its so mesmerizing, I feel like I can watch it for hours. As far as the ice cream itself, its ok. Honestly, once the rolls all fuse together (which eventually they do) it tastes like any other ice cream. I wish they would incorporate different sizes, because the standard size is kind of expensive ($7) and has WAY too much ice cream to eat in one sitting, especially if you just want to try it. Definitely worth a try though so that you can at least check it off your list and say that you had it!
