This was SUCH a cool process to watch -- Ive never seen anything like it. The ice cream was delicious and it was well-priced for the portion size you received. Highly recommend mango-pineapple topped with banana!

I love this place. They give good amount, around 5-6 rolls of ice cream. Makes them infront of you. I ordered cookie on roll, s’mores and sunny miami. Sunny miami was mango and pineapple. Is wasnt as good as the others. U wont be able to taste any pineapple or mango. Very light.

Really great place to stop for some unique ice cream. Prices weren’t too bad and you definitely get quite a bit. The flavor was good, but prefer my ice cream to be richer in flavor. Service was quick and very friendly. Would come here again when I’m back in town.

We have been to multiple rolled ice cream places and this has been the best one so far. Now this is my favorite rolled ice cream spot to go to. The workers are nice and polite. Theres so many flavors and toppings to choose from. Parking on South Street is always difficult but Rolled Ice Cream is worth the wait, and the walk. I will return for more!

First time ever having rolled ice cream, this place has a great menu and fun atmosphere, it was really fun watching how its prepared and the flavor is amazing, I had the cheese and a friend has the smores, they actually used a whole piece of cheese cake to make it!

We showed up here late on Christmas eve looking for something sweet. My first time having rolled ice cream. It was so fascinating to watch the ingredients being diced up and mixed with the cream over the frozen skillet. Spread into a large circle then scraped up in strips it rolled up like cinnamon and placed by a group into a cup. A decent amount of product. You also basically pay for the experience too. On the walls hung cute posters of the different menu items.

My son likes the rolled ice cream with raspberry and oreos, and my daughter likes it with strawbererry and banana.Two toppings are included in the seven dollar a cup of rolled ice cream, and you may add the toppings as according to your taste and add a little more money on it.I consider the Frozen rolled ice cream is inexpensive.and, it was so yummy, it took my kids so fast to finish their ice cream. First time trying rolled iced cream and sadly the flavor and topping combo I chose was subpar! The mint flavor tasted a bit off, not minty enough like regular iced cream, and the blueberries did not help. The way they arranged the ice cream is cute- but the flavor did not match its appearance. Hopefully the next visit will be much better!

I love the atmosphere, selections and FROZEN ICE CREAM! I ordered the Berry Land Ice cream with pocky, strawberry and m&m toppings. So delicious! My friends ordered bubble tea and frozen ice cream too and they all have the same first impression. I will be coming back to this location for my next visit to Philadelphia.

This was delicious! I had the lime pie with whipped cream, rainbow sprinkles, and animal crackers. The key lime was so nice and refreshing. Not over powering. My friend got the thai tea. So good. Again super refreshing. Would def come back again. Great end to out South Street adventure today.

Awesome selection of ice cream, and I was amazed that they used real ingredients. They crush actual strawberries, put an actual slice of cheesecake on the pan, and cut up the ingredients with actual cream into 5ish rolls. Wasinteresting to watch and tasted great. I definitely recommend it.

Rolled ice cream appears to be the sweet new trend these days! The first time I had ever tried it was at a shop in the Rittenhouse area that shall remain nameless and while it was good, Frozen was WAY better. When you arrive, you are immediately welcomed by the staff and encouraged to pick a flavor. Their selections are numbered and listed on an overhead board and they also have a menu on the counter with pictures of each selection. I’ll admit, it took me a while to settle on a flavor, but I went with the Cookie on Call (cookies and cream) topped with chocolate chips, Oreos, and whipped cream. It was so rich and creamy that I’m glad to say I found my new favorite sweet spot on South Street! They have a second location in Chinatown as well.

What a wonderful, and beautiful ice cream shop.Other then the wonderful treats, I found it very calming to sit in here and talk with a friend over a delicious cup of apple cider. The large windowed walls where you can watch Brooklyn life go by outside was a comforting way to spend a rainy afternoon.

After a concert we passed by here on the way to the parking garage and luckily they were still open! the bathrooms were very clean and the staff were friendly. we got vanilla and nutella and strawberries and it was awesome!the tea is meh, but i’m not a tea drinker anyway.

Fantastic flavors. As fresh made as one can get and made right in front of you. It is like a little show and dessert in one. Theres twenty four ice cream flavors to choose from and about thirty toppings. My ONLY negative thought is on the serving vessel. They roll the ice cream into five rolls and put them standing up in a small cup where they fit just so. Then the toppings go on top. By the time youre halfway down through the ice cream all the toppings are gone. If the rolls were served laying down in a container and the toppings put on top of them, the would be a better ice cream to toppings ratio.

Everything was really good until my sister found a baby black bug in her Sunny Miami which freaked us all out. Thats disappointing after paying $35 with tip for 4 cups of oce cream.

I would give them full marks on the technique to make you your icecream. Great to watch on how they start with cream and make the rolls of icecream.The flavours and the taste are not special, you can get similar in other traditional stores. The price is high. And just to see them roll it not really worth the money

Theres a couple rolled ice cream places in Chinatown and South Street, and I think theyre all pretty comparable. That being said, thats not a bad thing because theyre all great, including this place! Frozen Rolled Ice Cream has many different choices for their rolled ice cream combinations, and the prices are comparable to all the other rolled ice cream shops Ive been to in the area (around $7, give or take a little). The shop is also set up so you can easily watch them make the desserts which is really cool.

Best rolled Icecream I have ever had! This was the first place I went to when I arrived to Philadelphia! I thought it was going to be terrible because the neighborhood it is in! I bought my daughter here for some rolled ice cream and was so amazed I bought the rest of my family the next day. I had the Matcha love it is so delicious and creamy my new favorite flavor! The other members of the family tried the Banana with Nutella and Mixed Berry all wonderful. We also had hot teas witch were great. Service was perfect. We will be back!
