Not very helpful to me as I asked to check something on my vehicle they said we are a commercial auto parts store. Not long ago they would check ur engine warning light but not now, good bye advanced Auto will use a Mom & Pop auto store from now on!!

Guy working the desk seemed to not want to be there. Didnt have the parts we need, even though he thought he had one of the parts. I get that sometimes stores lack certain items, but everything I needed was available at the AutoZone across the street and the people were more friendly. I give 5 stars to businesses that meet my needs the first time, and this time Advanced Auto did not.

I originally went to the store directly and bought mid level rear brake pads. On the drive back I heard some metal on metal rubbing so I thought new rotors was a good idea too. Lo and behold I used their online ordering system to do that and found that they heavily discount online orders (25%) at least the first time. I ordered new rotors and upgraded the brake pads to their top tier and returned my mid tier pads bought earlier the same day. Well the online ordering system is close but not accurate and when I picked them up at the store I asked if the parts would fit my car and they didnt. The manager canceled my original purchase and canceled my incorrect online parts order and got me the parts I needed at his max discount (20%) which was close enough to the online offer. They also have a cash back system for use at their stores. The only drawbacks in the transaction were that the store didnt have the rotors in stock but will have them tomorrow morning and that store managers cant match online discounts..

Great store. I have a 64 mustang and they are the only store that has parts for it, but in general the prices are cheaper and the staff is nicer and more helpful than Auto Zone across the street.
