So far so good! We took our car to get new tires. The lady at the front was very helpful and friendly. Prices are reasonable too. I will post an update once we get our car back, hopefully tonight.

Although I had no appointment, my car was promptly inspected and issues diagnosed. Everything was clearly explained to me and the work was completed on time and on budget. The staff was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Pleasure dealing with competent people.

The manager out did herself. Exceptional customer service. Young but very knowledgeable. Hats off to this young lady.

Jessica (Phillipsburg store) was a tremendous help. I needed new tires and she discussed my options and was very knowledgeable and guided me throughout the process. We set up a appointment and the service was great. Very happy with my experience.

I got a flat tire on my way home and pulled in at 4:30 in a panic. They were closing at 6 and were super busy and squeezed me in as I was leaving for vacation the next day. Jessica was so sweet and helpful and they were able to get me out of there in just over an hour. The service was excellent and they were very helpful. I would highly recommend!

(For alignment)I had an appointment for 10 am I arrive 9:30amI was told to drop off the car they didnt have time do it it would be done by 2pm, I got there 2pm they didnt even touch my car.I say you guys could call me at least I had a very sarcastic answer like they didnt care at all . After that they told me the car would be done by the end of the day .I ask what time that is ?They told we close 6pm so before 6pm.I left again .At 4:30 pm I was told to come get the car the alignment cant be done . Your car is too off .It need a mechanic to alignment the rack and pinion.I when there got my car did the best I could in the floor in front my house ( I am not a mechanic but its not a big deal)Bottom line very irresponsible.I lost all day with them .I recommend people look for a place more serious about what they are doing .I ll never try Mavis again .

My wife had a flat tire and drove in hoping to drop the car off and have the tire repaired in the morning, instead, at 30 minutes before closing time, one of their employees graciously accepted the challenge of changing her tire before they closed. He managed to change the tire with time to spare, and with bad weather expected tomorrow, this was a lifesaver. Would absolutely recommend!

Decent price and done quickly once the tire got to the shop. Took awhile to get the tire but I’m giving them a break since it was during hurricane Ida and their warehouse got flooded

I made an appt at the beginning of the week. Arrived here Sat morning for the guy behind the counter to tell me the tires I ordered werent there. I asked why not. He said warehouse doesnt have enough drivers. They never came. I said someone should have called me. Why didnt anyone called me, before I came here. He said we are shorted staff and its not his problem! He said I could drop my jeep off for the day and my tires might come in. But then maybe they might not. Not even a simple apology. All he kept saying was its not my fault and we are short staffed. He could have offered an appt tomorrow, something. But nope nothing. He did offer me more expensive tires tires though. Very disappointed and terrible customer service! You now have lost another customer. Im sure you dont care.

Lex and I forgot the other woman name but they were phenomenal and very helpful as well as the Tech working. I came in to put new tires and wheels and tire on but the lugs didnt come with my order like they were supposed to. but they still helped me trade TPMS, between the 2, mount and balance the tires everything but slap them on. they were super helpful and one the lugs come in the mail. Ill be headed back for an alignment!

Amazing tire place with knowledgeable and accommodating staff. They get straight to the point. We ended up there due to a nightmarish situation with shady rental car company called Drivo. Jennifer was very kind and quick on her feet. I was very impressed by her calm professionalism. They let us know the exact situation which helped us navigate the chaos of the day.

As always the crew over at Mavis in Phillipsburg was outstanding. They have been taking care of my vehicles since 2008 and I wouldnt go anywhere else. Jess helped me out today and got me in and out faster than expected.

Trust is an important thing when it comes to your vehicle. Ive been going to Mavis for years since it started as STS. The staff has always been accommodating, great service, and they have never recommended having something done that wasnt necessary at the time just to make an extra buck. Yesterday worked with 2 gals yesterday and they couldnt be nicer. They squeezed me in for an oil change even though I came close to closing time. I will continue to use my Pburg Mavis, as Im still a happy customer.

Great place to purchase tires and replace brakes. Danny always tries to service my car as soon as he can and always gives me the best price in tires. They dont try to push fixes that are unnecessary and have even price matched services and tires for me several times.

Fantastic. Got a nail in my tire driving through NJ on my way to TN. Scheduled an appointment here the following morning and these guys had my tire fixed ready to roll in about 30mins. It only cost me $27. I was expecting to pay a lot more.

Went in last week my brakes were making noise. They took me right away. They were helping me pick out tires which I need for inspection. I will definitely come back to get tires. They did brakes in a timely basis and I was ecstatic. These guys were great. Highly recommended. Why would I go anywhere else

I scheduled my appointment the day before to save time and waited for a long time before getting car in garage. A delivery truck blocked the garage for about 20 minutes to offload tires. When I approached the manager he said as soon as the delivery is done Ill be next in. Customers should come first. The truck could have moved before blocking the entire bay. The manager was nice but the situation should have been handled better.

Mavis really saved me a ton of $$$ on repairs. My car broke down and had to be towed. Mavis not only quoted me $100s cheaper by the time I received my car back fixed I now had a few extra things done that were a thrown in bonus.Tyler is the jack of all trades. He does it all. Really good personality, patient, and just overall a good dude. Another nice staff member James should also be recognized. Working on car repair after Covid 19 with reopening and all that entails my experience was a good one.I REALLY REALLY more now than ever needed a quick cost friendly fix. Mavis delivered.
