Excellent customer service and support. Excellent help finding correct psrts.

I ordered a part through them they tell me it would be in the next day I go up to pick up the part they tell me that the part hasnt come in that it would be in the next day after it was supposed to have been in it is very unorganized with employees

I broke down on my way from Tennessee to Connecticut 8pm Friday night in the pouring rain ( shredded belt in a diesel van, 2 bad idler pulleys), parked in their lot, bought some tools and parts, had to sleep in my truck, got other things in the morning and made my repairs after the rain let up, they were very accomadating and helpful, they even asked how my dog was doing. Great staff, great experience.

I live in pa but i was in pburg and needed oil. i didnt know there was an autozone there but i saw it driving past and stopped. i had just gotten a new snowblower and needed special oil for it. i looked at the oil and couldnt figure it out. i went to the counter and asked a young man working there. he brought me to the oil and showed me all the different ones. i couldnt believe how much he knew about oil. i needed straight oil. he told me the differences between multi viscosity and straight and what would best suit my application. im 60 years old and have been driving since im 18 and i never knew the things he taught me. what a helpful guy too. that is really rare to find. im used to like the last time i went to the big box home store and went in the tool department and asked where the angle grinder blades were. there was a girl that looked like she was in high school working the tool department that asked me, whats an angle grinder? thats what ive become used to these days. this was such a refrshing change. it was like a blast from the past. from now on ill cross the river and go to pburg auto zone

Picked up a side mirror after an accident. It was 5 bucks or around 6 to 7 after taxes. Also bought the ice stuff for your windshield wiper fluid. Helps out with 🧊 and can make it easier to clean your windows when its 🥶. You still need an ice scraper if your windows are frozen and use the defroster but you know, just look it up. I have used it before but I dont use it often as I travel for work. Dont take my word for it but look it up, you can rest assure you will find goid information. I think it was called de ice or de icer or something like that. Anyways they have lots of great stuff. If you need your car checked for the battery or alternator, they cant go into your car due to covid. Best wishes and God bless. The service was fantastic and staff was friendly.

I like clean and organized places and this auto zone is right up my alley. The parking lot is bright and clean and so is the interior. Well stocked and organized isles with many options.

I used to always go to this store because the people working there were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. While they are still pleasant, I think the level of help offered has gone drastically downward. Still the best parts store in the area, though.

Guy thought I was an idiot when I told him I want the A/C recharge with hose and he kept asking me if I wanted a hose and I kept saying yes. I asked for it. Obviously I wanted it.

Helpful staff. Got in and out in no time. And I was treated like a customer, no talking down to me because I am a woman in an auto store. That matters!

Wasn’t very pleased with the service. I’ve been in plenty of auto zones but this one I got a vibe of I’m to lazy to help you. I’ve been to the one in raritan and bound brook plenty of times and they give you more of a welcoming vibe and were always willing to help whenever it was needed. This one I wasn’t to pleased with the service the staff provided defiantly was not very helpful and will not be returning.

I waited in line with three workers just standing there. One was with a customer. Then when the guy weighed on me he said what do you want. Very poor customer service. Then when paying one of them was hovering over me like I was going to steal something. Not a fan of this place at all.

The guys here were very helpful. I was actually stranded for some time on I78 due to my lug nuts shearing off at the heads and I needed new lugs for my wheel to mount. They had them in stock after another autozone manager at a different location told me that they didnt carry my cars lugs in any locations. Well those guys suck. But these guys are on point. Also they were conveniently placed next to a gas station that had a bathroom and some good drinks. After being stuck on 78 for 2 hours I needed that gas station just as much as the lugs.

The manager is so unprofessional, he argued with me when I tried to return a radiator. He didnt believe I bought from there, then wanted to know where I work so he can get me fired from my job! I wish I could give them a no star rating, a big fat zero!

I would rather go to napa for expensive well made parts that are made to last no auto zone or advanced. They always mess your order up.

I bought light bulbs for my wifes 2010 Toyota from Auto Zone in early February. I always buy the better version of parts for my vehicles. To my surprise, one of the bulbs I bought blew out.I removed it an brought it back to the store to exchange it with no water damage or finger prints on the bulb.I was told that there was no sign of damage or faulty installation yet I had to buy a brand new bulb anyway.I am not very happy and I would not recommend Auto Zone for headlamps.

The Phillipsburg AutoZone is the best around. they always have the best inventory of parts. the staff is very knowledgable and helpful. I called two places looking for a gas cap. neither had it in stock. Amazon had the part but would take a week to get. AutoZone had the item in stock so less than twenty minites later my issue was solved.
