Theyve changed it up a bit. Nice selection, lots of mattresses and some different couches. They are definitely on sales patrol, a but too much when someone is just browsing.

We came here to search for a dishwasher. We were very happy with the different options, and Candace and “D” were such a huge help. They were always available to answer our million questions as we had no clue exactly what we wanted, and they had a lot of knowledge to help us make the best decision. We walked out with the perfect dishwasher at the perfect price! We will definitely be returning soon enough to purchase a new stove as well. Highly recommend!

Purchased a new freezer still in the box, new Samsung washer and dryer. Freezer had some factory problem and not the stores fault. I called the store back and they replaced with no questions asked. I’ll shop here again. Customer service and quick action to fix my problem is what most merchants are missing, not this one! Happy customer.

Got a cheap box spring prices are super fair and the employees are super cool! Definitely recommend to visit American Freight if you need anything from their inventory. Check online to see exactly what they have. And dont forget to bring rope to tie down your purchases. They even offer shipping if you are not down to haul the stuff you buy. My wife and I went in to see about a replacement freezer from Sears. We were greeted by Davon who was very helpful and professional. He went out of his way to get the answers we had regarding the freezer. We walked out purchasing the freezer and were very pleased with the whole experience. Went in for couches, as soon as I walk in an older lady gives attitude. I go to ask her a question and she gives me even more attitude so I left out and decided to go to another location. Poor customer service skills. Thankfully the other location was more respectful and able to help.

Went looking for a fridge with French doors and dual ice maker. Staff was very little help and nothing but badly dented and/or scratched products. Nothing like new. Pretty dumpy place!!

Poor stock. We were ready to buy a mattress, but nothing other than one single floor model was available. No discount on the floor model either. I can park my $700 into a mattress anywhere.

I applied for credit 3xs my credit score highly affected. I bought a fridge and they sold it to someone else. They had me pay when I asked them to cancel the charge they left me on hold for half an hour. Didn’t even call back till 2 hours later explaining how they don’t have enough time to be calling. They said they totally understand but I’m out of a fridge and out of $300 and highly affected on my credit report. I’m making a complaint with the better business bureau. I drove in a storm to buy the fridge. They say they can’t deliver it the day I was promised and instead sell it to someone else. Then they still call me to schedule the delivery after the my called to inform me that they sold it. The manager ceasar said he’d call back but never did. I was hung up on when I said I wanted my money back and compensation for inconvenience. Very unprofessional and definitely only out for their personal gain. I will be calling an attorney and the better business bureau.

They were social distancing, wearing masks and had sanitizer everywhere. The prices were the best in Phoenix. They loaded up the truck and I was in and out within 30 mins. Jessica and Brooks were so patient and helpful, they helped me find a fridge when I was under the stress of saving food. This is a very friendly place with great prices. I bought a 5 year warantee, its worth it. This is the second time I have bought here. Further, they had no available delivery people to help me for 5 days, but knowing my situation, they called and got the fridge delivered in only 3 days. Shawn and Shawn (delivery men) were real professionals. It was a pleasure having them in my home and they also went out of their way to lend me a hand. A great team for our community here in Phoenix. Came in to check out the new American Freight store. I was pleasantly surprised by all the furniture they had and the prices. I just moved into a new place and needed a couch, mattress, and a fridge. i ended up buying all these items from Charles and my delivery was easy and smooth with the fridge hookup. will be visiting again to get a new dishwasher!

No one answers the phone here. I have been trying to call this location for a couple days now and it either just continues to ring or the phone just has a busy tone. Even checked with another location to make sure I had the correct number. Would not recommend this location.

Im not really sure I could have had a worse experience than I had. If I could give negative stars, I would. We bought a refrigerator, it was supposed to be delivered on Saturday. They called and said the delivery truck broke down and we need to deliver it on Sunday. Probably should have been our first sign. The delivery drivers didnt seem to have any idea how to load or unload a refrigerator,. My husband literally had to measure the doorway opening for them. Then the refrigerator doesnt work. I spent two hours on the phone with Sears customer service, which is clearly outsourced. Finally got a tech out, who told me it would be 2 weeks to get the parts in because it was one of three major components. So its very clear that they do not test their products before they sell them to their customers. Then I went to the store to see what could be done, and my answer didnt get much better. I received a full refund, but it doesnt do me much good on the fact that Im now out of refrigerator and had to throw away an entire fridge and freezers worth of good food. Terrible across the board

Marcus was very honest and helpful when we were looking for a couch! He was not pushy and listened to exactly what we wanted. I definitely recommend stopping in and seeing him if you’re in need of some furniture :)

Dont bother with this place. Walked in, waited over 30 minutes for help - went up to the front desk, the manager said be right with you - waited and waited, then she went to help someone else who just walked in. I needed to buy a dishwasher today but Ill just take my business elsewhere. All the associates walked by me and were not helping anyone either. Terrible customer service, not worth the frustration. To boot - the appliances had TWO prices listed as the final sale price, what is up with that? Some where off by pennies and others were off by $75? Something sounds really fishy about that.

Got a great deal on a fridge but the only gripes I had about this store is how dimly lit the store was and a lot of the items had a lot of damage. But you can find a diamond in the rough like I did!

The outlet is a great place to go for large item purchases. The prices are truly unbeatable. The workers ate extremely helpful and try their best to give you the best possible prices and services.

They sell defective items here! These are defective appliances that they lie and tell you they are new with scratches/dings. The ice maker on the fridge I bought NEVER worked from day one. Thank goodness I bought the warranty. After the repairman came out 3 times they agreed to replace it because it couldnt be fixed. I came back in for the warranty replacement and 3 weeks later I am still waiting. I have called the store numerous times and the manager Ramon wont return my calls regarding my order status. This whole ordeal has been a big waste of my time and money. Save yourself the trouble and go someplace like Home Depot or order new directly from Sears. And not to mention their prices are ridiculous and you dont save any money anyway.

Still been trying to get them to cancel the contract and refund the cost I was charged on the fridge I bought. They sold It to someone else, and are still charging me and telling me they dont do any refunds. That all sales are final. This is very unprofessional and fraudulent to deny my refund when they sold my merchandise. I keep calling daily, and leave messages, but there as still been no resolution.

Finding myself in the position of having to replace my old, worn out washer and dryer, and wanting to purchase something new, the last few days have been frustrating trying to bring myself up to speed on the new technology available today. On the advice of a friend, I stopped by Sears Outlet in Phoenix this afternoon and am so glad I did! I was fortunate to be assisted by Jamie, who was happy to answer all of my questions and steered me to the best washer and dryer for my needs. Jamie is a very friendly, eager, helpful and knowledgeable woman and I cant say enough about how much she helped me to find what I needed. Give her a raise!!!

It was not a good fit for me. The products they had were not appropriate for my needs. It seems that the store is focus more towards rental equipment and very high prices for the product they offer.

I came to this store to purchase a refrigerator. I called the store, and they said it was in stock, after getting here they told me the fridge was not in stock, and some times they just leave things on the site, because they assume you will purchase something else. I asked why it was available to purchase on the website, and he said that once they have your money it is up to you to get it back... save your time and don’t come here.

If I could give negative stars I would. DO NOT BUY AN APPLIANCE FROM SEARS ON-LINE. I purchased a Microwave Over-The-Range that requires installation. On Monday 2/4, I purchased the microwave on-line and the installation. The confirmation indicated they would contact me by 9:00pm the next day (2/5). That did not happen. On 2/6, I called Sears 800 number on the confirmation to try and schedule the installation. I spoke to 5 service agents in On-Line Customer Care, Installation Department and Home Services Department. No one had information on the purchase or tried to assist me. They just said it was not their department and transferred me to the next person. Finally after 45 minutes on the phone, an agent said she had the install scheduled with an outside service for Tuesday 2/12. I had to wait another week to get a microwave installed. Only because I asked, she gave me the name and phone number of the installation company. I called them on 2/6 to see if I could get the timing for the installation set-up. They did not answer so I left a message.I tried to call again but they were closed and it went to a voice mail. I called this morning (Monday 2/11) to set-up the time and the service did not have a record of any Sears installations for Tuesday 2/12. I called Sears and they kept saying that the service company had the wrong phone number for me which makes absolutely no difference in the scheduling of the service. I spoke to the supervisor Belle in Home Services and she refused to do anything to get the microwave installed on Tuesday as previously promised to me. She kept saying she would give the information to the service provider. I did not purchase the service with them. I am being billed $125+ by Sears. They handled the arrangements and have billed me for the service. I had rearranged my work schedule to get the time off. Sears confirmed the delivery a week ago and never followed up with the service provider or myself for this delivery. DO NOT PURCHASE SERVICING THRU SEARS!!

Words cant say how much I enjoyed visiting this Sears Outlet for the first time. The staff was friendly and the store was well lit. Great prices too! Who cares if it has some scratches and dents? The savings is huge and well worth it. I will definitely be back and tell all my friends and coworkers to buy here for all their appliance needs.

I went in here the other day to buy a KitchenAid dishwasher that retailed for about $1200. If you shopped around online, you can find one for $800, plus shipping, etc.They had the dishwasher with a small ding in the bottom right corner. Youd never notice it. I was able to get it for $500 out-the-door, tax everything.I want to especially mention our salesperson Juan, who was also a supervisor. I cant say enough good things about this guy. When we were looking at dishwashers, he helped us inspect them as if he were buying it himself. (A lot of the appliances here are refurbished or scratch and dent stuff.)This guy went out of his way for us. Just great service from Juan. Cant say enough good things. I hope management realizes what an asset he is. Great job! Thanks for everything.

Update 11/01/2020 Ive still not received my full refund of $120.00 dollars for merchandise I never received!!! This Sears Outlet are crooks... Im a hard-working single mother I can not afford too just throw away money.

Great service and people, but the damaged refrigerator was not discounted enough. We bought new at Lowes for $30 more.

Don’t waste your time here. The sales rep was too busy watching his boxing match on the computer. When asking him about where we can find vacuum filters, his reply was “we don’t have them. Go look it up.” Can’t believe Sears would even allow people like him to work in such a position.

We were shopping on Memorial Day, and I have to give it to the sales people! There was only 2 of them, trying to take care of 30 people. All 5 stars goes to them. We ended up purchasing fridge, delivery was fast, convenient and on time. I am very happy with overall experience. Brian took great care of us, explained everything, answered all the questions and went trough all the charges twice just to make sure we are all on the same page. The store is convenient, but I find it silly that people expect brand new shiny appliances for fraction of the price and complain about dents. Overall I am very happy with our experience

Bought a really nice Samsung Fridge. We brought it out, plugged it in, and it wasnt working. We brought it back to Sears, and they agreed to take it back for a store credit or a refund which was fair because we were outside their 30 day return period.They are working to get us a replacement fridge.

Gotta be patient when appliance shopping. Listen carefully to the Rep. Can get good bargains here, but be willing to compromise, esp on cosmetic issues. Delivery and haul away for old appliance. Pretty good if you do homework first. Rep applied some non advertised discounts at checkout. Very satisfied and will return for the next appliance that needs replacing. Dont go if you have a model home mentality.

Purchased a Kenmore dryer, got it home and led lights on the front panel were inop. It happens this is an outlet store with used appliances and you sometimes get a lemon. After having issues with Sears warranty and tech repair departments over the phone the District Manager Steven McCandless made it right and was even willing to upgrade me too a better dryer. I appreciate the customer service and thank him for going above and beyond. If you purchase an appliance here and have issues with it just call the store or Steven and not the Sears warranty departments.

Went to buy and I had a bad time, I lost all day, I asked a worker who tended for the prices of the sofas and they did not have anything in stock, I asked the manager, with a very bad attitude, she is lesbian I think that or its a man I dont know, how important it is to waste time, if these people dont want to work and want to earn easy money it is very bad for the company and it discredits this great company, for now I wont stand for a long time shop at a peoria store.

I would give zero if it was an option. Was lied to by the sales rep. Was told the warranty would cover the dents. So we purchased the fridge with warranty knowing we were going to call to get it fixed. Well we turned on the fridge and put it at the reccomened setting and it froze everything. Had a tech come out and said they would fix the freezing problem. But not the dents. Even though the rep said it would be covered. Dont buy from this place its a rip off. Never want to deal with sears again.

Buyer beware!!!! We purchased a washer earlier this year from this store. Salesperson wasnt pushy, let us look without hassling and told us we could lease the machine and at the end of our payments we would own it. Well that was a lie! We finished our payments and got an email saying we can keep leasing or we can pay another 200 to own it! I flipped out! This was not how the store explained it to us! I managed to negotiate with the company to pay off the washer but I am leaving this review because I am sure we cant be the only people (from their reaction) who have been misled into agreeing into this agreement just to make a sale. Be honest with people so they can make informed decisions. A company that doesnt respect their customers hard work and the money theyre spending, doesnt deserve their business! The leasing company they push is whynotleaseit and the store never told us it wasnt part of Sears and they work independently. I guess the saying is true, when it seems too easy or too good to be true, it is! Theyre getting one star because at least the machine friggin works!

This is the worst experience I ever had with any company I purchased a fridge online and received an email, two days past I called the store to inquire if I can pick it up. The associate told me there is a note there that the item was not in stock and the order is supposed to be canceled. Wow! No follow up email, no call, no refund. The guy canceled the order on the phone with me, I have not experienced customer this bad, now almost 2 weeks later still no refund. Stay away from this company.

I bought a Sear Branded vacuum cleaner, which is broken, but SEARS doesn’t repair the stuff they sell. So, how messed up is that? Next time I won’t by a Sears product, it’s better to buy a NAME Brand, probably last longer without repair too. Very Dissatisfied Customer. No wonder Sears is going out of Business.

This isnt a huge Sears Outlet but they do have a good variety of appliances, and furniture. Some of their washers and dryers are around the same price as you would get at Home Depot. Their mattresses are the cheapest around
