A few weeks ago I bought a beautiful fridge from B&B. Rhonda the owners daughter helped me. But this wasnt my first trip. What I like about this place is that everyone Ive ever dealt with has been honest and helpful. I like the fact that because they deal with all ages and types of appliances, they know everything about them from the inside out. Whats going to last and what that appliance can do for me. Yes, you give up the ambience of the big stores but I saved nearly $1,000 on my fridge. Also Ive had delivery guys where it took two of them probably a half an hour, 45 minutes to get a fridge or something in my house. Their one guy Travis was amazing! By himself- no big deal. He disassembled put it back together beautifully! His work was excellent and probably off the truck and everything done in less than 15 minutes. Theyre worth the shopping trip.

We love our new refrigerator from B&B. Great service and selection. They made sure we got it delivered quickly after telling them ours broke down.

I recently purchased a dishwasher from B & B Appliances. They removed the old dishwasher & installed the new dishwasher. Unfortunately, during the process, a piece of my flooring was damaged, torn, & removed. I was unaware of this until I returned home and saw the piece missing under/in front of dishwasher. I contacted B & B Appliances right away, & was trying to work with Kyle in the Service Department. Kyle first said the floor was already like that, then said it was damaged from previous water, & said their removal and installation could not have caused that. He said dishwashers do not have a leg in the middle that could cause that damage. When I sent him pics of bottom of my old dishwasher brand with a leg in the middle, he then said because of previous damage dishwasher must have snagged flooring on the way out. He offered no solutions for repair, discount, apology…anything. If the installer had even kept the piece of flooring it could have been patched much easier. He also took up to 5 days to respond. I also had concerns as to whether installed correctly because when I asked him about the hose not being looped under the sink he said it was not required in newer dishwashers but after reading the manual it says it is required for proper drainage. I do not recommend B & B Appliances.

I needed a new refrigerator and James O was very patient with my measuring, frequent visits to the store and always smiling. The Kenny came to put in the refrigerator and he too was polite, offering to help with water spillage and smiling. WOW, it makes a person feel good. thanks 7/2021

I don’t know what else to say, amazing customer service, does a great job of doing follow ups with customers. This company is amazing, Jesse is the best! Bought 3 appliances new. Went back since we bought a used fridge 7 years ago and still works. No problems. 2 of the 3 have not been used yet so i cant comment on them. Prices are a little high but they will work with you as much as they can. Its privately owned so i like to shop there.

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of buying a used refrigerator from this company. We had a great experience with the sales people involved and were thrilled with the fridge. Unfortunately it wasn’t getting quite as cold as I desired so I contacted the store.They had a repairman out within a day who diagnosed the problem and placed an order for the correct part. In the meantime he was able to up the functionality of the existing part which made the fridge more than cold enough. When the part arrived within a short time a separate repairman responded and did the work in a very timely fashion.Ultimately the fridge was restored to a working order far beyond my expectations. The salesman and repairmen were all exceptional both in customer service and effectiveness. We’ve been frequenting this store for over twenty years and have never had a bad experience. Excellent business!!!

I would leave 0 stars if I could! These guys are shysters!! I paid for a washer/dryer and when it was delivered, it was broken! They said the soonest they could do anything was Monday! So, I asked for compensation for the inconvenience they imposed on me. They LAUGHED at me and said : “Things happen”….so, no care or concern for the customer….why should they now that they have their money!! RUN RUN RUN….to Lowe’s or Home Depot….the REAL appliance PROFESSIONALS!!!!!!

James was awesome! He found the exact appliance I had ordered from another store that would have been delivered in a month, and James got it for me the same day I walked in B & B Appliances, and delivered it three days later! It was an out-of-box new unit, but there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. Thank you, James, for all the help!

If I could give 0 stars I would. We have tried using this company for the last 5 years and working with them though all the poor experiences. We understand that they do not make washer/dryer combos... However, they sell, install and service equipment. After a terrible 1st washer/dryer unit that did not even last 13 months... They told us that the Speed Queen unit would be more appropriate for our needs. We lasted 1.5 years and started having issues with they dyer. They sent out a tech who was useless.. After over a week of waiting he came up with nothing... Meanwhile the dryer is still grinding... Now fast forward to two months later... They dryer is not drying... So I call to have someone back out because the original service issue was dismissed.... THEY SAY THEY HAVE NO ONE TO HELP ME FOR OVER A WEEK..... You would think from a customer service point of view they would have a different solution... Especially with the amount of money we have spent there over the last 3 years. I hope who ever uses them has no issues with their equipment because you will not receive the help you deserve.

LOVE THIS PLACE !! We recently made a purchase of a GE single door (top and bottom) refrigerator for mom. We needed something quickly due to her current freezer was a icy war one inside. Sister recd this referral from someone who works at Lowes (oops). I immediately went in and I was greeted by Rhonda. They have a sea of refrigerators mainly reconditioned and some new ones as well. They carry well known brands and thats what we were looking at. Rhonda was awesome! She is very knowledgeable and was very helpful in us getting the perfect refrigerator for mom. And best of all No ONE there is pushy or a sale. The next day I brought my sister with me and we made a purchase. We bought a white reconditioned GE refrigerator; mom loves it mostly because she does not hear the growling of the old refrigerator. Rhonda was nice enough to retouch the fridge before delivery. Fridge was delivered in 2 days to moms place. The delivery price was very reasonable 45 dollars and can you believe this .....they hauled away the old fridge for FREE !!! Dont waste your time in going to any other appliance store /outlet. THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!! We will be returning to buy a full set for a kitchen remodel including: dishwasher, fridge and stove. This review is for the $2000. Speed Queen washer and dryer I bought a year ago. The washing machine is absolutely worthless. Every cycle is like a gentle hand wash cycle. The clothes never get clean and I am a female senior that is not working a job that may actually get my clothes dirty. I bought new clothes this weekend to take on vacation. I washed them to remove the stiffness and added Downey. Huge mistake, I started washing this load of clothes at 3pm and I am still washing these clothes to try to get the Downey out at 9 pm. I.can not afford to wash every load 5 times. Still not clean, will try soaking all night. I have the older model Speed Queens at my other home and they actually wash the clothes. I really went out of my way to buy Speed Queen because I was so happy with the older models. NEW is definitely not improved. I don’t think it is too much to ask that a washing machine is capable of dispensing softener and not staining your clothes when using two rinse cycles. DO NOT BUY SPEEDQUEEN.

We bought a stove from Spencers and the delivered us the wrong one. Had them pick it back up and they said it would be 3 months before we could get the right one.I called B and B and they had one in stock and did a rush to get it to us.Rusty not only delivered it but he got it all set up and leveled for us. He went out of his way to explain stuff to us and cleaned the sticky gunk off for us. Rusty was amazing!!! We will only go to B and B from here on out.

Terrible customer service, horrible delivery, install not even completed. 9/10 maintenance workers & technicians do not recommend this company. I don’t always install appliances, but when I do I don’t use b&b. If you order from them, you’re gonna have a bad time. Getting appliances from them is like getting food poisoning from a restaurant that was overly hyped up and just ends up being a disappointment. If you want to be let down b&b is the place to be. Kyle is the best! I had a problem with my Whirlpool refrigerator that never made any ice. I called whirlpool because it was under warranty. However, they were rude and very unhelpful. I told Kyle about the situation and he called his manager and whirlpool for my behalf. Whirlpool was still unhelpful but Kyle still took care of the issue. You can really trust that B & B appliances take care of their customers!! and want you to be satisfied with the appliances you buy.

I am quite impressed with Rhondas ability to go the extra mile to send me photos of appliances before purchasing. Shes highly efficient at responding to all forms of communication. Ill ALWAYS be going straight to her for all of my appliance needs which is honestly quite often, because at first I was working with Kyle, but my request for photos prior to completing a purchase seemed to be too much, Kyles response to my request was that all current/future order will be done through Rhonda, not taking into account the future business I would be doing with B&B.Wish Rhonda worked on commissions so she could get an extra bonus for every one of my future purchases because shes gone ABOVE & BEYOND to make sure I am happy with the appliances before purchasing. Rhonda has truly been a fantastic contact and I look forward to working with her.

I have used B & B many times for my house and rental properties. This last time has me perplexed. I called for service on my Samsung Washer and was told it would take 4 weeks. I used another vendor who did not do an adequate job repairing it so I called and spoke to Christina. She advised they don’t work on Samsung, even though they came to my house 2 months ago to repair the Samsung Dryer! They even came with parts to repair it and yet they don’t work on Samsung? Christina was rude and very condescending with regard to this potential appointment. I won’t look to B&B Appliances for repairs or new equipment ever again. Very disappointing!

Variety of options and brands at a phenomenal price! And to top it off their customer service is amazing, James answered all my questions thoroughly and ensured I was well taken care of. I stopped by after being told I would have to wait 15-30 days for a dishwasher and stove at Lowe’s and Home Depot. I stopped by to B&B’s and they had everything I needed in stock and ready to be delivered in less than 4 days!! Another great reason to support local businesses, I would 10/10 recommend going here.

I’m currently still waiting for the part to fix my dishwasher. It was looked at in December and now it’s the end of March. When I call them to get an update they are completely UNABLE to give me a time frame. So I guess we just sit here and wait more months while washing dishes by hand. Horrible company.

I called B & B Appliances looking for a used electric range. I had sold my home and 3 days before the walk through the oven door fell off. My home warranty wouldn’t cover the repair. They said it wasn’t normal wear and tear but that someone must have jumped up and down on the open oven door. Preposterous! I’m a senior citizen. I looked online at Home Depot and Lowe’s and couldn’t find any that could be delivered in time. I googled used appliances and B & B Appliances came up. I called and spoke with James . He was very helpful and when I went to the store he took care of me personally. He had a beautiful used range at a great price and made sure delivery would happen prior to my closing. I would definitely shop there again and have recommended them to my friends.

Very easy to do business with. Bought a out of box new GE washer from Eric on a Friday installed and ready to go by Joe by early Monday afternoon. Both sales and installation very knowledgeable and friendly. I bought online sight unseen didnt want to hassle with the big box stores, their prices competitive and they offer new and reconditioned appliances.

Refrigerator had issues with the water line. I had to call a plumber. The water line had to be connected to the valve first then the fridge since the line connection wouldn’t turn (fixed end). That was an inconvenience since the B&B installer said I needed to buy new adapters and other pieces and gave me the sizes and after a Saturday full of multiple trips to hardware store and trial/error nothing worked.Washer started with lots of clicking with lid lock around the 4th or 5th load. Looked up the issue and found it sometimes works itself out. After 2ish weeks it persisted and recently had an error and locked the lid.Service is included so I called and the scheduler said it was fairly booked and had to wait until following week.Service was scheduled for today (6/2) and after rearranging my schedule I am told he never scheduled me. Disappointing and now waiting until Friday.I recommend getting the name of who you spoke with and calling a few times leading up to that appt just so you don’t slip through the cracks.

Always helpful in helping diagnose an appliance problem without the heavy sales pressure. If/when the time comes to buy an appliance, this is where Ill go. They do the right thing for the customer, even if the sale is next week or next year.

LOVE this place!! They were my go-to appliance shop when I was managing aoartment complexes (2006-2009). Hell, a USED dryer I bought my grandmother, in 2009, still runs flawlessly. James, my salesman, got me a next-day delivery, when my fridge died on me. If you give B&B less than a 5-star rating, youre an a-hole, with scabby, bleeding hemorrhoids!!

Very very disappointed with service, took time off work to be able to be home for technician and made it very clear the window of time I would be home when scheduling. Had a 4 hour window but tech called 1 hour after that time frame wanting to come and complete repairs very frustrating. They called again to reschedule and I was made to feel it was my fault even though I made it very clear when I was available. Why is it that you cannot work with the customer when they give a generous window of time ? Worse than a cable guy andI thought they were the worst

The staff there were very nice. They knew what they were talking about. They they never tried to over sell us. We told them what we needed, and they showed us what we wanted, so we did purchase from here.

Covid related: They wore masks the entire time, even the deliveryman. Kenny was very respectful about taking out my old washer and installing my new one in a mask.I have been shopping at B&B for awhile now. I prefer to purchase the used appliances as its more environmentally friendly than getting a new one. Their used appliances are always in great condition. They are very knowledgeable on all the brands and take their time discussing options. The price cant be beat either.

Have a broken washer gentleman who answered the phone was a very nice and generous man answered all my questions and save me a bunch of time and his own time as well would suggest calling them to get questions answered and going to them for a new appliance, although we didnt buy our new set from them we will definitely be visiting the store when we need a new appliance because of the help and the fact they answered all of my questions!!!

I Just recently bought a washer and dryer from B & B appliances, 3 months pass by and my washer starts leaking, we call B & B appliances to send someone out to have it fixed since we are still under warranty (warranty is good for 6 months) well the guy that came out finds nothing but he does warn us to not overstuff the washer. We listen to him we were being very careful not to overstuff the washer, Welllll 3 weeks after that we washed a load and the washer starts overflowing with tons of water and soaks our whole house! 3 rooms were filled with water. They send out the SAME guy, and AGAIN he tells us NOTHING IS WRONG. He even wanted to run the washer again and see if we were lying about the washer soaking our floor! (We rent the house so we emmediatly had to call our maintenance man to help us clean the carpets so no mold will build up) We clearly know something is wrong because we paid 100s of dollars for our maintenance man to dry the carpets. At this point we dont know what to do! The guy they sent out clearly does not know what he is doing, plus the Manager we spoke to at B&B appliances refuses to help. I feel like they do this to everyone after reading the reviews. We lost out on so much money dealing with B & B appliances!! I would encourage anyone who plans to buy from B&B appliances to just save a little extra money and buy a new washer and dryer set. Its not worth buying anything used from them.

Happy I stopped in. Just left 3 other stores, home depot being one, almost gave up and a friend told me about B&B. I was there maybe 15 min. Found a fridge and oven out the door with delivery for $1200. Couldnt be happier with the customer service that was provided. I highly recommend this place.

Everyone at B&B has been so helpful and patient with me trying to find a Stacked W/D for my apartment. They have All (James, Rhonda & James) been extremely courteous and informative in my quest to get a good product. Jeff was awesome! He didnt hover and gave me time to wonder on my own but was right there if I had questions. We ordered our fridge and he got our delivery on the truck for the next day. Very accommodating and the delivery guy was super nice and knew what he was doing.

I wouldnt suggest to anyone. The customer service is horrible. Theyre rude. And dishonest. I bought a washer back in May from here, I had 3 technicians over the last 3 months come and try to repair the draining issue. No success, so they told my husband and myself we will swap out this washer for another and deliver it early next week. I received the washer today and they already had issues with it. Its not the exact size I originally bought, nor is it in as good of condition, the technology compared to the one I bought is by far much less, and its rusted. You can clearly tell the value of it is less than what I had purchased my original washer for. I called a few hours after it was installed, they tell me more than likely the owner will not do anything because then itll be a loss in their profits. I explained that this is not comparable at all to what I had originally purchased. Rhonda went on to tell me that it is off by .2 cubic inches and she also said thats like one pair of jeans you wont even notice. She then asks if I picked it out or if I said they could. I explained that never once did they ask me nor my husband if we would like to pick out the replacement. She again says that they did their end and I should be grateful and pleased that I received same day service for the washer they replaced this morning. I asked to see the price tag for the replaced washer to compare the two. She only tells me that its an even trade. And then hung up. I mentioned at one point that Im just gonna go ahead and review them on Google, she responded Go ahead Ill respond back with my version of the story. I was trying to help out a local business during Covid. Im now going to handle this is a different manner, but I just wanted others to know what kind of business these people run. There are so many other places Id go to rather than here.

Ive used B & B Appliances twice now. The service I have received both times was excellent. Most recently, I purchased a new GE Cafe refrigerator and a laundry pair (Speed Queen washer/dryer) James helped me pick out the best washer dryer set for my needs. I saved several hundred dollars buying new out of box appliances. Thank you for the great selection and service.

I love my Maytag washer I got here! It’s the best! I’ve had it for 10years and it’s still running fabulous. I’m looking for another one just like it at B&Bs for my mother in law. I would definitely say this place is reputable.

I walked in and was immediately greeted by by James. I told him I needed the best but cheapest washer/dryer set he had in stock. 10 minutes later I walked out confident in my purchase with a delivery setup a few days later.My set was delivered and installed today by a kind a patient delivery driver that accommodated my scheduling needs and didn’t let my cat get loose.As I dry my first load of laundry, I couldn’t be more please with my purchase and the customer service of B&B Appliances.

Sloppy & MessyDo yourself a favor and do not use B&B Appliances. Their employees visited our home twice - once to assess the condition of the appliance and again to install a new appliance. Both times the employees had a complete disregard for our home, leaving a mess throughout, fingerprints everywhere, packaging left behind, debris from the appliance they pulled away from the wall left for us to clean, rug out of place, etc. I did not choose this vendor so we were forced to clean up after their mess.

Mark was extremely excellent and courteous. Came into my home with the attitude that changed my day. I will never ever shop anywhere else again for my appliances only because of great customer service and great prices. I recommend b&b appliances for every machine in your house.

What a great experience with B & B Appliances! I live closer by and have passed by the store repeatedly but has never been in. When my washer stopped working, one of my coworkers told me about her great experience with B & B and I was sold! Kyle was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! James guided us to the perfect washer and dryer for our needs plus at a fair price and they were delivered the next day by Rusty who efficiently installed and prepped them for use. B&B was awesome in the whole process of buying and installing our appliances. From the start, Kyle listened to our needs, we gave him our budget and he did not over sell it! He helped us find the best fit and knew immediately which products would work and fit in our kitchen space, he is a pro! When the delivery came, my girlfriend was sleeping as she works nights. Travis was awesome with the delivery. Not only delivering, but also installing without making any noise. He made sure to lock up when he was done and he has our thanks for that! Great experience. I highly recommend this place for your appliance purchase. We went in looking for a washer and was greeted by a very knowledgeable sales rep. There was no pressure to purchase. Very honest and upright company. We will be back to purchase our other appliances. Much better then the big box stores.

Always had excellent service; even when machines fail (sometimes) the repair or replacement was really fast. We have purchased lots of used machines over the years, fridges, stoves, and dishwashers, weve always been treated fairly.

WATCH YOUR DELIVERY CLOSELY Washer Dryer New out of Box missing rubber feet which were scraped on my tile floor, machines were not balanced nor were feet replaced before the single person installer left. I now must deal with the tile and wobbly machines, which I was told to contact the manufacturer to have fixed. For 2k, Unacceptable.

We have used B&B several times for new and used appliances, and also their service department. Pricing and service is right on. And I specially want to compliment one of their Installers who goes by the name Enrique. He’s a very competent and nice guy who recently installed a fridge and dishwasher for us. There were several Issues that arose with the installations, not of his own doing, and Enrique was able to use his smarts and work ethic to overcome them. The other installers and repair people have always been very courteous.

Excellent customer service from beginning to end of our purchase experience. James our salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. He went on and beyond to have our appliances deliver and installed the same day! These guys have been in the valley for over 40 years and no wonder why.! It’s because of their customer service, friendly installation and of course prices and warranty. If you are looking for new or use appliances you must stop here first, then go shopping around and you will end up coming back to them, that’s how good these guys are. I guarantee it.

I’ve shopped there for all of my investment properties. They always have them in stock at unbelievable price. Usually when I walk in there, I ask for James Osnato and he took care of my orders like a true professional. He remembers what I have ordered in the past and gets my next order set up without me saying anything else. He makes my life much easier so I can focus on the operation of my business. If anybody said they are looking for new appliances, I’ll say James Osnato at B&B Appliances.

I have mixed feelings about B&B Appliances. Our property management sent them out to look at our dishwasher, fridge and microwave. The ice maker container was cracked and the fridge (side by side) was leaking water into the overflow drain and dripping to the bottom of the freezer then and out of the door. My husband tried to explain to the tech that he had flushed the drain with hot water a few times before and the tech was very condescending, almost rude. The tech explained that ”fridges don’t work that way” then I see him doing the same thing? Whatever. He agreed to order the ice container.....so we moved onto the micro. I told him that it would take up to 10 min most times to heat something like a can of soup or reheat a meal, sometimes stopping completely and giving an ’F-7’ code. He put in a tepid glass of water and said ”it heats just fine, there is no code microwaves don’t give a code, I’ve never seen it before” again very condescending! Moved onto the dishwasher, sometimes my dishes smell and some of the dish racks prongs were broken off. I told him we cleaned out the D/W numerous times, ran cleaning agents but the dishes still smelled really bad, so much so that I had to start adding bleach to the cycle. He hem-hawed around and came to the conclusion that the smell may be from the dish racks......?The property management replaced the dishwasher and micro. They sent Enrique from B&B out to install the dishwasher. He was extremely friendly, personable and so professional, an absolutely fantastic tech!Then the first tech they sent out returned to install the ice container. I don’t know if it’s just his personality; but he was extremely rude! Zero customer service skills. I welcomed him in, asked how his day was....no response. I asked if he wanted a bottle of water, no response. It was the most uncomfortable experience, I just wanted this man out of my home. Horrible tech!

James did his research, knew his stock and efficiently completed my transaction without a hitch. Its a pleasure doing business with an honest company and salesman.

The technician Jesse that came to my house was very professional with the work he did and by wearing a mask and gloves and very polite, I highly recommend B&Appliance.

From my first call to set up my appointment with B & B Appliances Owner, Mike was upbeat and ready to answer my questions and eager to make my needs met with an ice marker that was not behaving properly.My repair representative Jessie arrived in full PPE ready to take on my troubled ice maker. He apologized for not having the part needed to complete the work on the first appointment. I shared no worries as to how in the world could they have all the parts to service everyone that sometimes parts need to be ordered.Within a weeks time, Jessie was back being consistent back in full PPE and removed the troubled ice marker installing a new unit. Jessie waited on site making sure the unit started to perform before heading out.When a company is upbeat, professional, and full of the right stuff I just knew they are the future company for any more appliances that are not good trouble and need a professional fix!Thank You B & B Appliances

This is the nicest discount appliance store around, the staff are friendly and not pushy and for the most part left you alone which is what I really liked. The appliances are not completely destroyed like other discount appliance stores and they have a lot to look at.

Great place to do business...made it very easy. Price included delivery, installation and haul away of old appliances. Prompt & courteous delivery by Mark who also installed and checked to make sure everything was working properly. Mark was also very careful of my freshly painted walls and left no mess behind. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend.

A friend and I went in to look for a washer and drier and James was exceptionally helpful, honest and made the whole experience better then I could ever imagine. We came out with a great deal on the set and even got a fridge!

This place deserves 10 stars. They beat Home Depot by at least $900. Bought a new refrigerator and dishwasher for $1,094.09. That included everything delivery, hookup and haul off of the used appliances. Home Depot was over $2000.00 for the same stuff, they even charge for the electric cord for the refrigerator.At B &B ask for Jeff. They all smile here and treat you like family. The best!!At Home Depot they dont know how to smile. I felt like I was invisible. On Cactus and Cave Creek. They lost a good customer.Thank you B & B!I AmOne happy customer!
