Great place to get cheap appliances

I went to J&J Appliances looking for a new fridge.Out of all stores I went to they had the best prices. There selection was great, and the team was helpful.I was really impressed it took me about 10 minutes to decide to buy from them. They delivered on time and the delivery guy Eddie was awesome. He had to take out all the doors of the fridge and Re-assemble it all back together, and he did it with a smile. The fridge runs great and I would buy from J&J agaiVince

Got a great deal on a brand new refrigerator that just had some cosmetic blemishes. Ryan is the gentleman we dealt with and he was great. On delivery oh, there was a guy named Eddie that went out of his way to make sure that everything was the way it was supposed to be. I really had a great experience with these guys and I would totally recommend them again if youre looking for new appliances that have cosmetic blemishes. You can really save a lot of money.

My washer agitator literally blew up. Went over there completely just expecting to get a new washer even though the dryer was really old as well. They said they were only selling the washer and dryer is a set and I thought well, OK how much? He was charging me just as much as it would’ve been just for the washer. So, I decided to get both and not have any further issues. I could not be happier with it. Figuring out how to work the thing is a different story but I think I’m getting there. 😂. The same person delivered the washer and dryer that sold it to me. Super nice.

Came across a beautiful refrigerator on OfferUp that was listed by Ryan and asked him a few questions which he very promptly answered. Shortly thereafter decided it was the fridge we wanted! He graciously discounted the product due to a defect, without prompting. Delivery was quick and professional and even took away our old broken fridge! Two thumbs up!

We bought a Samsung fridge from here on July 28th the price was advertised for $795 on offer up. When got to the store where we were greeted by the sales rep.. He let us know the appliances where all scratch and dent only not used. We already new what we wanted the $795 fridge french doors and counter depth. We are happy with our purchase and he even dinged *pun*the price down to $750 saved some scratch *pun*. Great customer services and prices. I recommend new home buyers go here first before spending on new.

I had a great experience at JJ Appliances store. I was at their 2nd and also their Newest location as well. It was super clean inside and very nicely organized as well. They had a great selection of Refrigerators, and they also had a few Ovens/Ranges, and some Washers and Dryers as well. In the back of the show room, they had a big delivery dock where they bring in all of their appliances from various stores. They discount their appliances right around 75% OFF!!! It is a Scratch & Dent Company and they also deal with returns from customers as well. The appliances that they bring into their 2 stores aren’t extremely damaged at all. They all work great. All they have wrong with them is that they have either a scratch or 2, or maybe a couple of dents is all. There were others in the very back of the show room that I don’t think were for sale, but they were being fixed and they were also installing new parts onto some appliances as well. They are very straightforward right off the bat which is perfect and not shady at all in any way. We just got a very very nice Samsung Refrigerator for about 75% OFF! The original price on it was $4,000+ but we were able to walk out the door and only paying just a grand total of right under $1,100. That included the sales tax, the delivery and also the installation as well. And it also came with a 6 month warranty too. He also helped us with ways to get extended warranties for it as well which is awesome because usually companies like these usually don’t do that stuff at all. He actually cares about his customers genuinely. They’ve been in business for over 12 years now I believe. Their first location has been there for 11 years now, and their newest and 2nd location has now been there for just 1 year now. It seems like they are doing very well and I recommend them to anybody. Go to them instead of the major retailers and getting ripped off paying a fortune for your appliance. Just about all of their appliances are Samsung too. I was happy with the customer service we received and he was very polite and the delivery guy was also great as well. He was extremely quick and careful and professional too. He was here and out of here in less than 15 minutes. I was very impressed. He didn’t ask for any help either which I was also impressed because I know how much these refrigerators weigh. He handled it like it was no problem. I appreciate everyone who helped me at JJ Appliances and keep up the great work guys. I’m glad I went with them instead of some other company. I ended up being lucky and chose a great company all around. 5 stars all the way. Thanks again guys!!!!

Would def recommend this place for appliances. Can save a lot of money if youre ok with minor scratch and dent appliances that are brand new. Delivery driver was professional and friendly. Would do business with again.

Beware he puts fake brand names!!! You wont get your products and even if you will pick them up at the store when it seems to work, you will get surprises like torn electric wires inside the stove, broken ice maker, buttons, hoses. Scratched interior and exterior, he even lied on the brand, and I ended up staying with a fridge that has no name or serial number - then it cant be fixed, so you had to buy a new one! Fake whirlpool symbols to refrigerator and dishwasher and other combinations he did. Youll have to pay upfront, so you cant regret.The guy (owner) from JJ Appliances Phoenix AZ has no intention but to scam the customer since the products never been fixed... I bought a stove, microwave, refrigerate, and dishwasher, all of them was different than the one I paid. He exchanged me wrong items one after another while delivering appliances with no care rubbing on the vehicle body, telling stories for weeks and at the end, he brings you products that may look ok on the outside, but the inside wires are jammed bad ice maker and have no serial numbers.Its my first time writing a bad review, BUT JJ appliances DESERVE TO HAVE ZERO CUSTOMERS!
