This store is AMAZING! I was in a situation where I needed a washer and dryer immediately. Not only did they have a huge selection to chose from they had exactly what I was looking for at a price right within my budget. As if everything wasnt already going in my favor....I had it in my house.. installed and was washing clothes by that night! From start to finish their customer service was exceptional and I will FOREVER be a customer of theirs!

My parents bought an $800 fridge at this place. I was told this was a return from Home Depot because there was a small dent on the door. When I inquired about the doors of the fridge not being aligned, I was told they would send someone to fix it. They came (not during the window they promised, but much later), worked on it and could not fix it. My parents were told they would check with their boss as to what to do next. Its been 4 days and still no call. We tried calling, but no one answers. The door of their fridge still is not aligned. You can see the gap. At this point, I wish they could get their money back.

We have purchased a few different appliances from them over the last few years. Purchased a black set (dishwasher, fridge and stove) for a rental property and the dishwasher was DOA. We did not know this until the tenant tried to use it and it wouldn’t even turn on. Because it is past their 30 day warranty they won’t do anything about it, even though it should have been tested and in working condition prior to them selling it to us. VERY disappointed and will not be back. Their lack of help and customer service is sad. It took numerous calls to them to even get an answer on if they would trade it out or come fix it.

I bought a washer and dryer set several months ago from this store. The experience was great, the prices were great, and delivery was quick and professional. I did not think I could be more impressed than I was with the original purchase but I was wrong. The heating element went out in the dryer. I called them and not only did they tell me to bring it on over for a repair, they had the part and did not charge me a dime to fix it!If you need a great deal on appliances from a dependable business, this is the place to go!

Came here after Spencer’s was not open to any negotiation on the laundry set we were looking at. Ended up getting a great deal and delivery tomorrow. The lady who helped us out was very nice.

They’ll sell you a lemon and tell you they’ll fix it if there is problems within sixty day but never answer the phone or call back.

We bought a refrigerator (Over the phone) and Once delivered realized it was completely scratched down the front from top to bottom... so they exchanged it. Then we had the 2nd for like 40 days and the compressor went out on our tenants. We had someone come diagnose the issue and they told us the compressor had already been fixed or tampered with previously and there was nothing to do to fix it, only replace it. The repair for our $600 used refrigerator - $600. This company won’t refund, (I asked For an exception and no one got back to me) and I’m not going through another exchange with them and risking yet another bad appliance for my tenants. So we had to buy a new fridge and throw this one in the garbage. Lessons learned - 1. don’t buy used appliances with only a 30 day exchange policy and 2. Avoid this company.

We bought and financed a fridge in the beginning of December and the fridge lasted a month they brought out another fridge and the second fridge died. Called them they are not willing to help they were very rude and would not call us back when they said they would. Thumbs down this place sucks!! Expensive and the stuff does not work!
