They closing here,sales going on,have 1 elevator,restrooms upstairs plus all sales final no returns or refund nor exchanges

Shoe department was a total mess and no one working there. Calls over the intercom for assistance were never answered.

This is by far the best automotive place I have ever used. I have been coming here for a few years and I cant remember one time that anyone has ever tried to take advantage of me. Albert and Armando are definitely the A team. The technicians there are awesome. This is a place I highly recommend to my family and friends. I wanted to share this so anyone that needs their car taken care of knows that they can come here and trust these guys will get the job done without trying to RIP you off. Customer service is the best.

We love you Sears. We gonna miss you after serving our family with tools and appliances since the 70s! Ours was closing. Fond memories of taking a snapped Craftsman wrench here and with no questions asked the store staff member walked to the tools aisle and came right back with the tool and handed it right to my Dad. Here ya go. Thank you for shopping at Sears.

Only thing is. They follow me and wife around like we are stealing. I got money and good credit. When I was there. I seen. People with back packs. Stealing but. To busy with us. And when I bought the stuff. I just shock my head nomore Ill go to sears. Ill pay my card. That it

They were closing down this store so everything was 70 percent off. However you couldnt return items if you changed your mind because it was all final sale. Got some neat stuff. Had only two cashiers for hundreds of customers

When I have some extra time after work, I often visit this place to relax, do shopping and even just to do strolling. I usually find time to visit this place when I know they are going to have a big sale which is my favorite part. Also, not to mention their nice selection of clothes, bags, and shoes. It feels like heaven for me seeing sales.

No customer service in shoe department. Even tried calling but it kept sending me to voicemail. But when you do get to find and to talk to someone (which I did. 2 ladies from different departments) they were friendly but they didnt know the department but they did tried there best. Plus you cant even talk to the store manager and when you do talk to a manager they will be nice enough to talk to you and let you know when their next shipment is coming in so you could try back then but what they should do is offer to call you and let you know if what your looking for is in.

For the homeowner that has no need for Snap On tools Craftsman tools are my favorite choice as a tradesman. I’ve never had a problem returning the two tools that broke over my 26 year career as a Plumber and Electrician. Two out of hundreds of items is quite the low count for tools used almost daily.. Helpful, friendly staff gets the extra star.

The store is closing, so employees dont care to help their customers in a timely manner. Dont even bother asking a manager for help because they dont care either. I waited over 30 minutes to check out. One guy said he waited over 45 minutes the day before and today

Poor customer service. i try to get my boots here because they are near but nobody can help in the shoe department. always looks like a disaster. on line they lose your items. nobody should be surprised why this business is failing.

I went to this store looking for some presidents day appliances sales.... I am looking at spending between 2000 and 3000 and the best I was given was a hi from 2 different salesmen! Every Hispanic person was given a can I help you with something, can I show you something! Epic fail by this store! You lost some commission!

Too bad they are closing, but if you want good deals youve got till the end of the year. 70% off all fine jewelry you cant beat that guys Christmas is around the corner I bought my gift already...hint.

Sears is going out of business. They are closing all their stores. Everything in that store is 30-75 % off. I got some good wrenches that were like 75.00 for 40.00. Everything in the store is for sale. Even the shelves and clothes holders. Every thing is for sale. They got some really great deals. But they also have some bad deals. Sears was always over priced. So even with the sale you dont get that great of a deal on some stuff. Cant beat a queen size throw for 4.00. Sears has been a good company. I worked for them for two years. Learned refrigerator repairs from them. Too bad they arent going to make it. They had great tools.

It seemed like they marked everything up 40 percent before they take the 30 to 75 percent off. No worries though. Everyone was falling for it. The place was a zoo.

Got my oil changed for 11.75! Used my sears points towards my oil change. Great customer service. Was in and out in 30-40 min.

Sears has the worst customer service ...waisted my time with lies telling me my issue would be solve only to end the cha and when called they are extremely rude! They scammed me with the deal spend $50 get 50 in reward pound once purchase is made they cancel one item so you wont qualify for the promotion! Its all a huge scam! Thats probably the main reason so many stores are closing too many unhappy customers! Also every time I made a purchase the order is always wrong!

This is Adriber I will always provide the best and honest reviews. Great customer service was warm welcome. Every deportment I went associates were quick to acknowledge me and offer assistance. Every Hispanic, white, native American and Africa American were very polite. The only suggestion is to have the store more organized in the shoe and tools section. I think this Sears can also re-modified it store. Since the appearance is kind of rundown. But the service and sales that day was good especially electronics. As always Im the firm believer of quality over quantity. This is my review and remember always look for adriber for the best and honest review.

The cells were great Bob me Levis never had them before and will my points already had I think I paid $25 for a pair of Levis great deal

Theyre fairly well stocked but its very hard to find a live employee to get some assistance even at the registers.

I had a very satisfactory at the sears watch repair yesterday 9-14-2017. Recommend it to anyone in need of repairs.

Personifies why Sears is on its last leg. Service was sub par. The return policy for online purchases, returned at stores, is completely uncompetitive.

So last week i went in to buy a shirt and saw sale sings everywhere. Bought a shirt and the sale was not in the system and had to tell the cashier about the discount. Came in today bought 3 item all mark on sale. Guess what sale was not in system again. I suspect someone at store thinks customers are stupid and can not read English. Will not be going back.

Gosh I love Sears and they are going out of business soon...so sad. Need to get my watches and pocket watch serviced before they are no more. Sears is still the best middle of the road department store for clothes and appliances and tools (no kmart/no broadway southwest/no montgomery wards/no Dillards) - what are we going to do for good clothes and shoes we need to try on? Walmarts clothes and shoes are junk and Macys/jc penny too expensive. Sears was and is awesome for all your needs. Pray we still have Bealls outlets & kohls in next 5 years and now without Sears Home Depot really has no competition on tools and appliances...hold on to those old Craftsman tools.

Terrible experience! We were told the grill was in store in Phoenix so we drove 26miles to pick it up. We got there, they couldnt find it. Then they said we could have floor model for 10% off, then they said they found one,then they said they couldnt find it, then they said they couldnt sell the floor model but we could pick one up Friday from the store! We left and will NEVER buy ANYTHING from Sears again! Its very evident why they are going out of business, theyre trying really hard to!

Very bad service cashier has no customer service training obviously.purchase time was ridiculous. I worked for mervyns 10 years customer service was was very important.plus the time to check out.

I could not find any store help for 30 minutes. One cashier in Mens Dept. Its hot in the store at 11:30 am. Didnt feel AC at all. Horrible. Racks empty. I wont be goin back.

Wow they think everyone in the tool section is a thief. I took some hand tools in to warranty and also buy a couple tools I needed. Customer service is horrible. They were more interested in playing with the cell phone.

They need a better check out system to deal with high volume.

Store manager was very rude. It is understandable that work can be frustrating at times but it is unnecessary to let it out on the customers. I would expect a store manager to have more common sense.

Upset cause there going out of business..but this is the age of technology, internet..but when im shopping for like apparel i want to feel textures and when buying jewelry i want to see it in person...thats just me

WORST customer service ever. Dont ever try to get help here at Desert Sky Mall Location because you either wont get it or if you do its poor. Especially dont ever call trying to find out something, you will get transferred, never answered, ask to leave a message and no return call. Go to Arrowhead.. Not much further of drive and must better customer service there. Do take a class Desert Sky Sears you need it.

Nothing! My husband and I were in the store for about 20 minutes. We were looking for a suit. No customer service, no acknowledgement. The area was a disaster. No zoning on the cloths. Look like a tornado hit it and no one was taking ownership of the department.

The escalator going up was out and I have arthritis in my knees. Shopping is bad as in items in the store.

Close out sale is a mess and mad house. Somethings are on sale but appliance is still 2,000 and 1699 and 800 for stove and fridges.

The worst experience in all the 30 plus years that I have buying in Sears, 30 minutes waiting to pay on an almost desert store, no personal attending the customers, really bad.

Just had to walk out with no purchase after waiting quite awhile for someone to come help us with a purchase of a lawn mower and weed trimmer. Then to top it off I called customer service to give feedback and was told most of the time they dont call clearly shows how much they care about customer service.

Very messy store. Long lines. Friendly employees.

I came here to buy a mattress and left with nothing. I waited for someone to help after the man called for help. I waited more then 45 minutes and still nothing. Not the best sears I been to.
