This Store has went above and beyond for me. From Brad driving all the to Gilbert to pickup my purchase to Ken who made sure the transaction went correctly and smooth. You have to try this location, they are the true definition of customer service.

If one Bed Bath & Beyond does not have enough I may go to an other. Today, being in the area, I looked for special types of hangers purchases at other locations. My guess is the logistical situation is hurting Bed Bath & Beyond.I felt the overall selection was not on a par with other stores an fewer staff. The only spoken contact was as I walked out without purchasing. You would think there might have been some staff chatter if the store has almost no floor traffic, customers. Admittedly there was only a few visable staff in the entire store.

Just love on entrance always clean and my favorite lotion. This lotion has this dark green color and first smell to me relaxing. Now after a long day a shower 🚿 or bath 🛁 to sink into. Plus the lotion as combo priceless!

September 3rd 202111amIm a vendor / Delivery guy. I bring you product. I do the Best I can to make everyone happy. Unfortunately I gave receiving one box out of 45. Well the older gentlemen with the name Chad or Brad who is not the receiver. Hes a Mostly Bald white guy. He didnt like that at all and decides to aggressively throw it in my direction. Using profane words during. I dont know whats in that box he opened. I dont know the guy either. And given the fact that the box wasnt his I would imagine one could show respect to a neighboring company and not toss their things.

I went to this location on 7/21 needing to buy gifts off a weeding registry and Danielle was very helpful. I approached her for assistance and she was eager to help me! She is a matter of minutes ordered my chosen gifts, rang the transaction and updated the wedding registry all with a wonderful attitude. I was very impressed!

I love this store! They have such a great selection of everything for your home inside and out! They also carry a lot if candy...I found a neck massager with heat, I looked at 3 different places! They had many different styles and the price was awesome! Go now and check it out!

Good experience. Found a very reasonable, lightweight bathroom scale. Right on! The store was empty, dont know how they stay in business, government assistance? The parking lot bordered on, a bad dream that continues. Thank you Bed Bath & Beyond, hopefully will obtain many years of accurate weigh in readings. We will see what the future brings.

Bed bath and beyond. Sounds like I can shop here for all my bed and bath needs. They had just a small corner of comforters, not much selection. My daughter was disappointed and we just ended up getting what we needed from Amazon. Giving 2 stars because the store was clean and organized. There was only 1 cashier and a long line as we were walking out.

Could not find bedskirt anywhere else. Went to 4 different stores, then came here . This was my first time in store. Very satisfied.

The lady cashier was rude when I asked for the restroom key. She rattled it off quickly with 6 numbers. I asked her to please Wright the number down. She huffed and puffed and reluctantly wrote the number on a piece of paper. I explained that was alot of numbers to remember and she said, well that is how we roll in this store. When I checked out, spending $80+ I made sure I did not go to her for check out!!! Some people dont have the brain God gave them!!

This particular location seems to be focusing on the Beyond, as their Bed and Bath departments are sparsely filled with lots of empty space, whereas the kitchenware section is literally overflowing with items.

Spot the dot deals were great. They were 75 percent off the lowest tag. But the store seems empty and no life. Good deals.

Typical Bed Bath & Beyond. Seemed to have some stocking or product availability issues, but during Pandemic Holiday season, thats not unusual. Not too crowded during the weekday early afternoon, and was able to maintain safe distance from others. Staff masked and so were the other patrons I encountered on my visits.

I had bought my self a soda springs. It broke almost instantly. It took almost month and one half to return. Did so and love them no questions. Received a new one. No box no receipt. THANK YOU!

Kinda bare because it’s so close to Christmas but still good deals and clearance is always where you can find good things. Workers are helpful and will even check for things in the back to confirm they no longer have the item in stock.

Waited in customer service line for 25 mins for a simple return, and the line just getting longer and longer. Doesn’t seem to have good management, and the employees didn’t seem to know what they were doing. Myself and 2 other customers walked out without being served. It sadly reminds me of Linens & Things right before the went bankrupt.

Great selection but to expensive for me

Weve been shopping at Bed Bath & Beyond for years, and I like the store and their products. Recently, I placed an order through their website for some consumables. The order was never delivered. I know that this sometimes does happen. The problem is that it has proven to be impossible to get in contact with them to get it resolved. I called and was informed the wait time was 2.5 hours (this is comparable to the IRS...). I tried the on-line chat function, and that wait time was 6.5 hours. I tried to email and got a response that they are not reading their emails at this time! Word to the wise...skip the internet and stick to the brick and mortar stores and save yourself lots of grief!

They got some really neat holiday urinals and cool products.Even chocolate turkeys!!

They are always out of stock of the items I am trying to purchase. Waste of a trip. Staff is also very unhelpful. I had two associates swear that the coupons can be used on everything, only to have them deny them for every item I wanted to buy. Not worth the hassle when there are so many other options for shopping.

Who doesnt love Bed Bath & Beyond?!! I could spend hours in the store and thousands of dollars! Their kitchen department is my favorite. I love there gadgets and selection. They have price points for everyone. Also, they carry reputable brands. I also love their bedding department. They carry a great selection of sizes and thread counts.

They always greet all customers with polite ways. The shelves are organized and clean. They have coupons on emails and text and mails often so it always motivates me to come back lol thank you for the great service!

First time I’ve been to this store in a while and I wasn’t impressed. Tonight while I was piecing together several items to complete a new look for my bedroom I was actually pushed out the door, it seems the associates were more concerned with going home for the night than selling the merchandise that keeps them employed. It’s no wonder this company isn’t doing very, thank goodness I was able to grab the SKU numbers which allowed me to purchase my items online which will be delivered tomorrow at a fraction of the price. Jokes on you bed bath and beyond... suggestion to management diversify, upgrade your merchandise and improve the consumer experience or be undercut by your competitions.

Store is packed! Lots of stuff to look at....too much IMO. Sales staff are friendly and helpful, but you need to be specific. I asked for an apron with pockets. Guy said they had one. I got there and found many aprons with pockets. Its best to look at the item to make sure it is what you want.

I like the Beyond part. We called ahead to get a roaster pan for Thanksgiving. The pan was less than 50.00. It was held for us. We only had to wait while they went to their holding room to get it. You can always have a 10 or 20% coupon at the ready. The only drawback is the parking lot is ground level only and not enough for this very popular location.

This place has some great stuff for the home, but their products are a bit overpriced for the most part. Here and there theres really affordable deals. On other items it feels like you have to upper middle class (making enough money to not care so much) to purchase some of their home improvement items... considering how often I find the same items in Marshalls or online for like half the price. The people who work there are extremely caring and helpful and make the shopping experience an amazing one. So from 3 stars for the overpriced items and 5 stars for the great customer service come the average 4 stars as my rating!

Great BB&B, very clean and with huge selection. Major props for customer service go to Eve and her manager for helping me exchange an electric item that failed one week after 90 day return/exchange period. This was a very nice showing of goodwill and customer care. A+.

Found what we were looking for but, when we needed assistance to locate an item, help was few and far between. Walked almost around the whole store to locate an associate while my daughter walked to the front to tell cashier we needed assistance in the bath section. Suggestion: Add a ring bell for assistance button. No customer should have to hunt down a sales associate.

I bought a Nespresso machine for a Christmas present. My fiance opened it up to set it up and it was missing pieces so he could not have any coffee Christmas morning. When I went to return it I did not get any bonus for the problems nor an apology. They were not empathetic what so ever and made it seem as though I was at fault or a problem. Will not shop here again. $240 you would think people would be polite, lost my buisness.

I thought I ordered and paid for a duvet insert online and could pick up in the store using Affirm. Staff looked at me as if I didnt belong in this area when I tried to explain this to them. Some of these products are junk! But Ive also gotten some good stuff too! I love my noise machine.

They did not have a variety of curtains and it was very expensive not worth it at all.

The gentleman helping me was very polite and was able to find the air fryer I was looking for. He also helped me find a coupon online, saved me about $20. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes.

We bought a brand new bed set here for like 80 bucks and weve had it for a month and it already started coming apart the threads are breaking definitely not worth buying. Paying that much for something youd expect it to last longer but no it only lasted a month we now have to sleep with our sheet upside down so that we dont feel all of the broken threads poking at us

Came in for a big purchase of new knives and some various kitchen organization stuff. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Prices are a little higher than some stores but the convenience can be worth it.
