Steve helped us find both a refrigerator and a dishwasher. He was incredibly kind and incredibly knowledgeable. He helped us work within our budget and even did what he could to fit the products we wanted into our price range. We scheduled a date for delivery about 6 weeks after we purchased our products. Sadly, the dishwasher we wanted wasnt available at that time but they upgraded us to a better one at no extra cost! I was very pleased with Spencers and would return for any future appliances.
We have always had good experiences at Spencer’s. The latest case was their response when our Frigidaire microwave quit working. When I called, Gary quickly found our model but it was not in stock. He placed it on order gave us the exact date when his store would receive it (two weeks out) and assured us it would be installed for us the same day. And it was. That morning we got text and email confirmation of the delivery window and were updated by Jenny as the techs were on their way. Anthony and Sam changed out the old and installed the new microwave quickly and efficiently. The whole process could not have been simpler for us or better done by all the folks who helped us.

Alex did a great job figuring out a way to put in my range hood in my older home. It was going to require 2 visits and putting a hole in my elbow that would have needed patchwork but he was able to do it in 1 visit with no need to cut into the wall. He is an amazing fixer! Thanks Alex!
From purchase to delivery everything was smooth and done as scheduled. We have purchased all new kitchen appliances and W/D within the last year. You may find it cheaper elsewhere, but considering their customer service we will always go to Spencer’s
I ordered a washer July 3 I was promised 2 different Delivery days 1 in August and September but it arrived October 11. What arrived was the wrong one. I ordered a right hinged door and i received left hinged door. The sales department is not the the greatest. The Delivery guys were great.So Im not happy with the outcome of my $1600 purchase. It should have been better.
AMAZING! I bought the same stove from Home Depot and the delivery was three weeks out and then they had issues with the install. I refused the order and went and bought it at Spencers. I was in and out of the store in 15 minutes because the sales team is just that good. My install was scheduled for less than a week out and they did a fantastic job removing the old range and putting in the new one. Fast, friendly, and just plain awesome. If I could give them 6 stars for this transaction I would.

AND One day delivery on our refrigerator!! It saved a lot of food.The delivery is awesome because you can watch for the driver on a map, and they send you updates about where he is and when he will be here.Delivery: The guys were excellent, careful, professional, speedy but calm and diligent, and kind.They really represent the company well. When our freezer died we looked at a few, including at the big box stores. We walked into Spencers and were shown one that was exactly what we wanted at a better price than wed been able to find anywhere else. They delivered it today and after 5 minutes its plugged in and running. I couldnt be happier.
We needed a new washer and dryer as the washer went out during the pandemic. We had great service by our salesman in the selection, information and purchase of these appliances. Due to the pandemic, we did not receive it as soon as we had hoped, but these are unusual times. The delivery personnel was wonderful as well. They were efficient, prompt and courteous. The only place we will purchase big ticket items is Spencer’s. They treat customers well with service that we appreciated.

Nice shopping experience...less hectic than the big box stores. We knew what we wanted for an appliance and the sales rep was professional and made the transaction go smoothly. The delivery and setup crew was exactly on time, respectful of the property and very friendly.
After my refrigerator quit working I started shopping for a new one. Like other reviewers, I was surprised to see that there seems to be a limited inventory and many places were offering delivery dates 8 to 12 weeks in the future! Spencer’s had what I was looking for AND it was on sale with a huge discount. I completed the entire flawless transaction online with Sonny B. I decided to use some of that discount to also get a microwave. The one I selected was out of stock so Sonny substituted another for the same price. The delivery folks installed the fridge and hauled away the dead one. Spencer’s has a text bot that sends you the messages with a link to track the progress of the delivery via a map. Very handy and professional!
Spencers was great. The price was the best I found. They actually had the washing machine I wanted in stock! Delivery was amazing. I kept getting texts and emails when they would be arriving. A phone call too. They had trouble getting my old washing machine out of the room it was in, but didnt give it. They just changed their technique! They did it! I was really pleased with everything.
Daniel answered every question asked in a clear and concise manner. He was very knowledgeable about the equipment available on his sales floor. There was no dilly-dallying around after I made my decision. Daniel wrote up the order checking availability, selected the soonest delivery date possible and had me signed up with a receipt and out the door in under 30 minutes. Absolutely amazing!When it came time for delivery and installation I was to be even more amazed. Not sure how that is possible, but it happened.The Delgado team (Edgar and Marcelino) was PERFECT in every way! Best delivery and installation Ive ever had in 72 years of life. On time, worked together well as a team, effective and efficient use of time and energy. They knew what they had to do and did it well. These two men were AMAZING. Do yourself a HUGE favor and skip the big box stores and head into Spensors. Their staff are knowledgeable and their prices are much less than their competitors. Theyll deliver everything you need and take away your old appliances. I cant recommend them enough.

We went in to purchase a new dishwasher and were in and out in about 15 minutes. They make the process soooo easy and always have great prices.
Well so many things went wrong with this shop.I went here by looking at the high reviews only to find out the real truth!!!We aware guys these guys are sneaky.I paid for a new refrigerator and I received an open box refrigerator with dents and scratches on it.After complaining about it they sent another refrigerator which had atleast 7 visible scratches on the front.Then finally I received a workable refrigerator but only to realize that during the delivery they took off house main entrance door and left so many scratches on the main entrance door way of the house.Now i have to get that fixed and painted another 500$ gone.They sell stuff for low rate and now i know exactly why and how!!!
From the assistance of the purchase of my washer at the Spencers on Thunderbird and Tatum to the delivery and installation by Diego a week later, everything was perfect.
I moved to Scottsdale, Arizona from Colorado and stumbled upon Spencers TV & Appliance store looking for a new washer and dryer. When the 20 year old dishwasher decided to quite on me the first place I went to was Spencers and again they did not disappoint. From the Sales person, the products available, pricing, installer and the great communication I would highly recommend this place.

Our installer, Issac, was wonderful and courteous. He walked us through the mechanics of using the dishwasher and asked us if we had any other questions for him.The dishwasher looks great in our space. We haven’t used it yet however.Shopping at the store was easy and pleasant, like the “old days”!
Danny Anzaldua was right on the money....very helpful & efficient!!! Bosch dishwashers are superior & EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO OBTAIN!!!! Spencers had the 100 series & in white; like all my other appliances!!! No other appliance store had them....some you can Not obtain till 2022!!!! Wow!!! Plus, I am getting it delivered on Friday, July 23....Outstanding!!!! Very happy!!! 😁Delivery & install went Great!!! Alex installed & gets 5 stars!!!! Extremely Happy!!!!
I am so impressed with Spencer’s. My fridge crashed at the last minute- something that you aren’t ever prepared for. I went to Spencers. The salesman was very helpful, no pressure and got my order processed very quickly. I was in and out in 45 minutes.On the delivery day, I received my 2 hr window, and the guys were in the earliest part of the 2 hr window. They were in and out in 15 minutes.SO impressed with Spencer’s overall. I will be back in a heartbeat!
5 stars from beginning to end for our Spencer’s TV and Appliance experience. Bud took care of us on the sale of our new refrigerator. The price was lower than the competition and delivery was within one week when everyone else was delivering four months out. Joey and his delivery crew were friendly and professional and took the greatest care in delivering and setting up our new refrigerator. They took their time and paid extra attention to detail. It was a seamless transaction from start to finish. Spencer’s will be our go to in the future for appliance purchases.
My son picked the appliances out in Phoenix and had them delivered here to my home in Prescott Valley. Installers hauled away my old appliances and put the new ones in with no problems. Super simple process. Great people.

I will never buy another appliance at Spencer’s again. Due to limited inventory, I had to buy my refrigerator online. The salesman told me it was matte black but when it arrived, it was gray, and does not look good with my other black appliances. He was somewhat willing to exchange it but for a $500 restocking fee. This experience is playing havoc on my health. I will eventually need to replace all the appliances in the kitchen but will shop elsewhere.

We made the mistake of trusting Spencers again. We purchased a refrigerator/freezer from them a few years ago, the ice maker stopped functioning after about 3 years. Appliance came with a one year warranty, we added on the 2 year extended warranty. The problem occurred before the end of our 3 year warranty. Spencers would not honor the warranty we purchased from them claiming the their 2 year warranty was on top of the manufacturers guarantee, not a 2 years extension. What a rip off!!! Ice machine was never repaired as the cost to fix would be the same as buying a new unit.Last summer our washing machine was on its last legs. We unfortunately decided to give Spencers another chance. BIG MISTAKE. We decide to buy a new washer and dryer. We received our washing machine promptly, but it took 9 months to get our dryer. ZERO communication from Spencers. ZERO. They had our money but they could care less if we ever got our dryer. BUYER BEWARE. Spencers has HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, they will not help their customers after they put your money in their bank account. Our household if officially done purchasing appliances from these crooks.

I have been a customer since 2007. As always Spencer’s delivered the best product, price and service! Their delivery process is SPOT on. Communication is excellent and delivery people are always professional, courteous and clean. They don’t leave unless you are satisfied.
We had an excellent experience with Jason at the Spencer’s location In Phoenix. He was knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and not at all a pushy for a sale like we experienced at other companies. We will certainly use Spencers and Jason again!
They did a fine job. The one guy smelled like a cigarette. When they tested the dishwasher, he left the detergent packet in it. He also left and told me if I have any questions to call the store.

Brand new dishwasher was installed today (Friday), and does not work. Water does not drain out of bottom and now the motor just sits and runs continually. Had to unplug it. Service cant come until Monday. Now this non-morning person has to get up at 7:00 a.m. again on Monday to wait for a phone call to find out when they are coming to look at it. All of this around having to work on Monday. Very frustrating.
Everything was fine on our purchase of refrigerator, (and dishwasher), few months ago.Till we came home to water under refrigerator.It seems the water line had got bent and split when fridge was pushed into place, installing it.Slowly leaking.We were out of town, had no idea.Called last night.Still waiting for repair person.Concerned about my wood floors that are buckling now.We did pay extra for warranty.We put fans blowing to dry it. Turned the water line off.We did push it back in place trying to save the wood floors in front. Floor is buckling there too.Need to get this fixed soon please.Not feeling good about this. Ive called 3 times. No response back yet.At least call and give me a time of arrival, please.**Just got a call...between 2:30-4:30.***2 gentlemen came. Water line fixed. Not sure about the wood floor????They didnt have an answer.

I would highly recommend, as I have used the company for countless years. They never disappoint. Also, the prices were better than the typical big box stores and the shipping costs were better. Best customer service I have ever had from sales to installation.
Sales department was fine, delivery was quick and good when we purchased in October 2020. HOWEVER, when the upright freezer failed within 4 months of purchase (end of January 2021) taking thousands of dollars of frozen food with it, it was the beginning of a long fruitless series of phone calls with Spencer’s. Apparently they have a third party service arrangement and they dont communicate much. It took 6 calls over 5 days (not exaggerating at all) to get someone out to evaluate the freezer.We finally had a tech, Brad, come to repair the freezer on Feb 5th. He discovered it was a complete mechanical failure and that he had to order parts.He comes back March 10 with the wrong parts and says it will be longer to get the last part. Ok, I call the number they give me and 30 minutes later I find out that the winter storms have held up the part and she promises that she will call me when the part arrives.Having heard nothing, fast forward to today (32 days after the previous call, 10 weeks since the freezer went out!) I called Spencers to get an update and the fellow that answered asked me who I had called for service. I was confused...I said YOUR service people. You gave me the number! He said blandly that they use several people now and didn’t I get a card or something??? I dug around and finally found something that told me the company name. He said “good, now you call and ask them. Have a nice day!”When we first started shopping at Spencers, where we have bought numerous appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher and freestanding freezer all in the last year) they took responsibility for all aspects of service. Now, it seems that they don’t. I don’t recommend them.In summary, my freezer is still broken 2.5 months after its failure and 6 months out from its purchase in October 2020!! Spencer’s did not stand by a product that was bought
Kitchen Aid refrigerator was delivered by two men carrying the unit. There was no machinery contacting my floors. They brought it in perfectly with only 1 inch clearance. They installed, provided a briefing for use and made certain all was as it should be before they left.Best appliance purchasing experience we ever had in 50 + years of homeownership.

It all started with the salesman he was great no pressure, told him exactly what I wanted he took me right to it, no pressure to buy a more expensive one. Made sure I had a speedy delivery and install.The two gentlemen that delivered my dishwasher were amazing, they removed the old one gave me time to clean the space where the new one was to be installed. They made sure the dishwasher Wade completely level and that it worked properly. They were clean as well didnt leave a mess at all.The whole experience was amazing Im a Spencers customer from now on

When the previous owners of our home were less than forthcoming about the condition of the included washer & dryer, what was said to be functional was actually finicky for the washer & firestarter for the dryer. We also needed a refrigerator too! We raced over to Spencers & looked for a W/D set that fit in our unexpected expenses moving budget, as well as a fridge that fit in the spot. Everyone was professional, friendly & they bent over backwards to get us what we needed quickly in spite of COVID delays & a warehouse fire that set them back 5 days!! Our delivery people, John Carlos & Alberto, were so fast, efficient and personable! And they told us everything we needed to do to finish draining the old water lines properly & get the ice maker up and running. I love these people and would happily shop here again! (Though I hope I dont have to anytime soon!)

Great experience shopping and Gary at the Tatum location is very accommodating. Definitely return. Only reason for 4 stars is the delivery team told me that the pedestals are on back order and they could not deliver. Sent Gary an email and we will have them delivered in a couple days. Updated to reflect prompt return the following Monday of the Pedestals.

We had worst experience ever in spencers appliances. There were delays in delivery and the salesperson did not notify us on that. When called Edward Berk acted so irresponsible . They scheduled a delivery and finally delivered it in another address and the receipt shows that I had received and signed in there.Sales person from another store was able to contact the driver for the delivery but not the salesperson in this store.We have no clue where to complain about all this inconvenience. Overall we had very bad experience with spencers and quite not sure if they’re discriminatory.Had to give one star to make sure this gets posted.
Appliance shopping at Spencer’s Paradise Valley store was a pleasant experience. Jeff was very helpful suggesting options for refrigerator, stove & dishwasher to meet our needs and the space available in our small kitchen, even with the current supply limitations. Delivery occurred as scheduled and the crew did a speedy, thorough job of installation and clean up.
I enjoyed the discussion when purchasing the washer and dryer. The salesperson knew all of the products and was easily able to tell me the differences between the units. It was a pleasant afternoon. Had to replace the dryer at our condo. Its a high capacity electric dyer and shared by four(4) of us. I came across Spencers on the internet and stopped by.Salesman David Kotila help out and guided me to a new Electrolux dryer. He quickly scheduled the delivery and setup along with the disposal of the old dryer. Its running awesome and all of us are happy with it. Thanks Spensers!
Like the Scottsdale store, they clearly have too much business.i moved our business from Scottsdale because they would not provide sales documentation [could not afford the postage/no envelope supply] - and this location promised to do better. not so! [no paper at all]guess ill have to find a third location - or just do a purely internet purchase for the next appliance need [we received more paper for an internet store furniture purchase than from Spencers]
We can trade in our unused brand new appliances and buy another appliances from their store

The microwave oven we ordered from spencers was on sale. They were out of stock and told us it would be a couple of weeks, the couple of weeks turned into six weeks and when I called to find out the status I was told that they had been in the warehouse for quite some time that nobody bothered to call and tell us. On our invoice it says that we would pick the microwave up at the Tatum and Thunderbird store and no one there contacted us either. Then I was told it was at the Thunderbird store on September 2 when I went up there to pick it up I was informed that it was not there and then I would have to wait two more days but they were delivered to my home for free. The delivery people that brought it were very professional and pleasant.
