I have to take my car back for the 3rd time, ugh!!!!I have to take my car back, & will update this review..........Theres some issues w/car that Joes going to fix. Joe has been great, he was more then happy to take care of the issues.Dropped car off this morning. Im picking up my car late 2morrow morning.Joe wears a mask, is super nice & works w/u! His establishment is really clean & nice. When you contact him he responds back quickly, & updates you on the progress, which is super!

Best of the best. Took in my Malibu late Thursday for both front and rear bumpers as well as a hit on the side, was given an excellent quote, and told It would be ready around Wednesday. Work was finished Monday! Joe kept me up to date on the work and was very communicative and straight forward. Everything looked amazing. Definitely recommend and will be returning for future work.

Called here to get a rough estimate on a bumper cover for my car, agent told me I need to bring it in because it could have more damage underneath.... I know for a fact it does not a piece got ripped off when I side swiped a pole. I just needed a rough estimate on the bumper cover and paint matching. The guy told me its not like going to circle k to buy candy, I told him I understand that I just need a rough estimate, he repeated himself in a condescending tone and I told him not to be a jerk about it and he said I started it ....what kind of customer service is that? I will be taking my business elsewhere!

Owner called and settled difference so I would say the company can be very professional and it looks like they can do great work.

What can i say that hasn’t been said about this place!! Mr Joe is an excellent collision repair man! When i say you can’t even tell I was even rear ended, he did an awesome job on my mustang. They even helped out with the deductible big time. He works with insurance. I had to file on my own insurance because the person who rear ended didn’t have any. He’s very flexible with the time frame not only when it comes to getting the job done but also with payments (deductible), I was out of work for two weeks due to Covid and he was very understanding. He texted updates just to let me know what was going on and everything. He cares not only about his work but his customers too! I’d recommend SOUTHWEST EXPRESS COLLISION to anyone who needs anything done to their car!! Just ask for MR JOE!! It’s always going to be Quality work i promise you that!!

I backed up into another car in the parking lot. Researched and found this shop, very satisfied with my choice. They don’t have a fancy lobby/office but they do a great job at great price. Repaired my car back to its original condition and washed it. Very happy with them. Owner, Joe appears to be a very honest and competent person.
