Steve sold us our coach and I can tell you from first hand experience he not only cares about you through the process but he really is available long after the sale! As far as the sale it self it was about a 2 month process due to me and my wife Angela doing our home work. When it comes to these units hell tell you everything you need to know and more. He is extremely knowledgeable about Prevost buses and the systems that are pretty standard on most of the luxury coaches.
