I rarely ever leave reviews but I told myself that if this works I will, so here I am. I have never used a long haul transport in MY LIFE let alone it even being MY FIRST TIME buying a auction car, I was directed here from Copart and they actually saved me $600 dollars from the quote Copart wanted me to pay for shipping. I made my order on Tuesday(10/26/21) and paid for it the same day and was able to get through to someone to talk about any questions I had. I had then later that same night decided to read some reviews and honestly when I seen all these one stars my heart sank and I was questioning if I then should ask for a refund and go make the 16hour drive myself. I called the next morning and was assured to just give it a few more days so I did. The very next day now being Thursday(10/28/21) I called to confirm my address and was told that it was sent to dispatch and now needed to wait, thought with everything going on id being waiting like all the other reviewers said they had, not even 4 hours later I got a call that my order was being picked up and pretty much 48 hours later my car is here. So honestly maybe I was lucky with my location and the route it took to get here, but dont think that it will happen to you. Just work with them and they do what they can to get you what you bought. Just used this company for the first time with a purchase I made online with Manhiem. The paid for Vehicle has sat at the dealership where I purchased it for close to a month now I have called Ready Log 4-5 times and finally demanded to speak to a supervisor where I was told that he would move it up ??? I asked his extension in case I needed to contact him back and he said he didn’t have one. By the time we get the unit -if we get the unit it will be a old unit on the lot.

Have had multiple vehicles that have been quoted transport. Then received an email stating the quote was incorrect. Would not be a huge issue accept for the fact that it’s after sitting at the auction for a few weeks. Will definitely look elsewhere for transportation in the future.

I was told on 2 different occasions that my car would be picked up and come to find out on both delivery dates they didn’t even touch it yet! ITS BEEN 16 days and the next day they are “supposed to” pick up my car is tomorrow and then it will take another 4 days on top of that. They are the absolute worst service I have come across. They’ve had me on hold for over 30 minutes as of now and I’m still on hold. I would never recommend this company to anybody. And I will do what ever I can to ensure they don’t get much from here on out until they make things right or go out of business.

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS EVERY!!!!!!I had them set up a car for delivery after a week and no updates I called them to see what was going on. They could not give me answer at all of when it might be picked up. I then canceled the pickup and had someone else pick it up. I was told I would be getting my refund that was near 800 dollar sent back in 48 hours. Many many calls later and going on 2 weeks I still Have not seen my refund. You call and one department has no clue what the other department is doing. Do not use them go the central distpatch and save yourself the head.

Terrible company to do business with. They used to have account representatives that actually cared. Now they use teams that have no idea what is going on and do not seem to care. Each time I call in I am on hold for an hour. I have tried communicating via email only to be told that they cannot process requests that way even though all pertinent information is there in black and white. I have asked to have ANYONE reach out that can address issues but no one has ever called. We spend A LOT of money with this company and certainly get the heat from our customers while they do nothing to fix the issue. Ridiculous!!

How this place can even justify themselves as a business is beyond me. The most useless service I have ever attempted to use. They are literally unfit to operate as they do not have the ability to ship vehicles, expect to wait months…yes MONTHS for your vehicle. The phone operation people are about as useless as their ability to function as a busines. DO NOT USE THEM. I would give negative stars if I could.

I am a dealer using ready logistics to transport my vehicle this is 5th vehicle purchased since 9/25 only one vehicle has arrived. Sent numerous request for someone to contact me and tell me where my vehicles no one responds and I have no idea where my cars are. I will never use them again

I have and currently waiting 13 days now for my vehicle to be delivered to my dealership. When I ask questions they are so nonchalant and really do not care. I will never use y’all for my business ever again. I literally have $5200 in limbo.

Be careful they dont have enough trucks and drivers to deliver. Expect long delays. They like to take your money and then make you wait for days, or even weeks. I will never do business with them.

There is a good chance you will regret your decision to use Ready Logistics. Their time estimates are not accurate, and will not stand by their original timelines. Bad news if you have to deal with strict arbitration timeframes or have any issues with the vehicle. My advice is to stay far away.

I have been trying to get a hold of them for days no answer on email or calls or text my cars are over a week late and no answer or communication to where they are. If you guys are going to be doing large volume for manheim atleast have the man power to answer calls or communicate in the slightest bit!

Please don’t waste your time with these people. They will lie to you about the delivery time and there employees don’t know where the pick up guy is. Horrible experience won’t use again and they won’t call you back after they talk to the supposedly manager.

I first left a 1 star review but I have changed it to a 5 star after being taken care of by the accounting department. My car was still not hauled like I wanted but I fully understand the shortage of drivers, haulers, etc. I will still consider Ready Logistics in the future.

They didn’t pick up my vehicle. My payment was processed on Abril 13. It’s been 16 days and nothing. I’m trying to get my money back and I have been emailing them, calling. They keep transferring me for another department and one hour after, the phone call is disconnected. So far, I have no news of them. I think I will have to take them to court to get my refund. It’s crazy because they didn’t do service. The minimum they should do is return the money. I filled a complaint against them on the Better Business Bureau.Stay away from this company! They are horrible

Worst company I ever dealt with! Do not use them. We paid the money upfront and week later we called to check on the status. They said they havent found anyone to dispatch the order and the last carrier canceled on them. They didnt even bother to communicate this with us and we have been waiting 8 days with no update.

They wont stand behind their carriers they hire. I bought a car that was delivered to me with 400 more miles on it than when i bought it and the motor was blown. Their response was the motor was blown before they got it. It took them 15 days to deliver it. It was full of beer and marijuana. i personally havent seen a car drive 400 miles with a blown motor.Spineless company that doesnt care. And of course they are owned by the same company as the auction. So they blame each other but both deny being responsible.

Request a vehicle shipment, and vehicle doesnt ever get picked up. Call the customer service and get all kinds of run around answers of why the vehicle has not been picked up. When asked to speak with a manager, they will not send you to a manager, just say they emailed the manager to call you. No manager ever calls back to discuss the issues. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, find or have another Transport company transport your vehicle, if you ever want to get the vehicle in your possession.

I’ve used this company for the “convenience” it’s suppose to bring. I’ve given them specific instructions on delivery and it hardly ever gets done. Hold times to speak to a representative are extensive (currently on hold now for 1 hr and 23mins and counting. That’s how I have time to leave this comment.) I get cars shipped from Dallas/San Antonio to Houston and it takes daaayyyss to get picked up and delivered when it’s a easy delivery. I have my own broker who I use for other transports so I know how quick and easy the process SHOULD be. If they were not contracted with my flooring company I would never use them.

After 3 weeks vehicles never get picked up so I have to go with other carriers. WORST service in the entire industry!

As a Car Dealer in Tucson, we have used numerous chipping companies. This is by far the worst company we have ever used. Their prices are usually above their competitors, they can never pick up a vehicle on time (takes at least a week), and can never get them dropped during their estimated time. Customer service never has a clue what’s going on or why. They can’t tell you where the car is at or when it will be delivered. The normal answer you get is, “let me call the carrier and find out.” This always leads to the next, “we couldn’t get a hold of them.” Please use anyone else but ready logistics.

Find a different shipper they stuck me twice once in 2018 from FLA & recently in 2021 Ohio to IN. Left me hang for 10 days with no truck dispatched. Had to find different shipper to send vehicle. Every time I called they had no answers even though the took my payment. Now the wont refund me

Horrible Customer Service. Removed my car from the auction and was missing for 3 days. Turns out they took it for all that time and brung it back for what reason i dont know. After 2 Weeks of no news i called them and they tell me the will no longer pick it up at my original quoted price and want more for them to do anything. Unprofessional, No courtesy. Will Be Calling Road Runner or Central Dispatch. Stay Away it is always an issue no matter what.

I work for a dealership and twice I tried to use them to get vehicles. Both times they missed their guaranteed delivery window of 6-8 days they quoted me. The most recent incident I called and was informed the vehicle should have been picked up the previous day, but was assured they would have it picked up that day and delivered by the next day (today). I called today to get an estimated delivery time only to be informed that the carrier canceled and they would have someone pick it up tomorrow. After explaining to them I had a customer who was expecting the vehicle the representative told me she understands if we need to use another logistics company. How bad do you have to be for your employees best response to be use someone else? But I will give her credit, at least her response was genuine and actually helpful as I eventually called another logistics company who dispatched someone while I was on the phone. I then spoke to a supervisor whos response was even less helpful as she explained it was hard for carriers in March due to Covid - which doesnt help me in October. She continued to assure me that a quote of 1 week to get a car was very good, despite the fact they didnt actually meet the quote for the second time in a row. She gave the excuse that the carrier broke down and they had to reassign it, which I understand things like that happen. However, it doesnt explain why they didnt meet their delivery time for the first order, why this car wasnt picked up the first day it was scheduled to be picked up, or why I was able to call a different logistics company who didnt wait a week to dispatch out a call. I have never seen a company that did less to meet the expectations they give to customers.TL;DR - take this companys own recommendations and use someone else.

I have used them many of times before moving vehicles. Recently had a Rolls Royce needing moved quickly on a 500 mile destination. Bid came in at 660 and was booked within a couple days. The estimated date for pick up had past and I inquired only to find out the carrier had dropped the load. Wasnt informed or updated in portal. At this point my customer was extremely discouraged not getting the vehicle. A total of 15 days had gone by with restless calling. I even upped the bid to 900!!! Still nothing! No communication, No help, No Fs Given. I was finally able to get the vehicle shipped, I had to become my own broker. Saved money and learned a lesson. I would be embarrassed.

I ordered the vehicle purchased from Copart. Three days later car gets picked up from the lot but not delivered to the customer yet. Today marks one week! Where are you holding the car at?? no communication at all. Customer service is trash. Avoid this company at all cost.

Used them for dealership we have in Virginia. They have come through for me most everytime over a 3 year period. I have to give them a break because covid has slowed down everything. They are STILL getting the job done for me although it sometimes takes a little longer these days. The dealer portal makes it easy to book. I just had one delivered from NY, only one day late from promised delivery quote. Great price to ship.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We had them ship a car for us from Houston to Littleton and there was zero communication, lots of phone calls and being on hold for 45 minutes at a time. They say their policy is 24 and 1, meaning they give you an ETA 24 hours out then 1 hour out. This is absolutely not the case. I have been put into contact with 3 different dispatchers for the same driver, none return my call or messages, and never call you with an update. Please please please read all other reviews so that you dont make the same mistake all these other people, along with myself, did. Still waiting to get my vehicle...

This company is a Joke. I had them pick up a truck for my company out of state, when the shipper had the selling dealer ship bring the truck around and he loaded it he realized he wouldn’t be able to get another vehicle on his trailer so he unloaded my truck and left it running on the side of the road and took off WITH OUT SAYING ANYTHING! I never wanna see the words “Pending dispatch” again!

I have dealt with Ready Logistics twice and both times were absolutely horrible. The first time I dealt with them I would call to inquire about the status of my vehicle and each time they would say its being picked up today. I was told that for 5 days and I finally called someone else to pick up the vehicle.I tried to use them again and it was even worse. Each time I called I was placed on hold repeatedly and then told that someone would contact me as soon as they pick the vehicle up. I ended up doing it myself. I will never even try using them again

Shipped a car from Colorado to South Caroline good price and car was in great condition when it arrived. As good as Montway which I have used numerous times but less expensive. Time to arrive is not critical for me but price is.

Sorry to hear about some of the low praise results below. They make me wonder if they arent competitor reviews. Moving on lets discuss my experience which was nothing but fantastic. Car moved 2,200 miles in three days. Picked up from dealer on Friday 12/9 and delivered 12/11 now you cant ask for better than that anywhere. The transit company assigned was first rate, new equipment that was spotless, and the vehicle barely had dust on it. No scratches, no dings, no damage what so ever and no weird mileage issues. This is what you get when you transit your vehicle with a reputable company. Cost was better than expected and the communication from Ready Logistics was direct and complete. Ive contracted out hundreds of vehicle relocation jobs and this was by far the best, fastest, and most reasonable company to deal with. Dont bother reading the below comments they dont do justice to the service this company provides. Since they are part of Cox Automotive youd have to look really hard to find anyone with better credentials, and believe me Ive looked.

Ready Logistics @readylogistics is H-O-R-R-I-B-L-E! ZERO communication, they take as long as they want, well over a week or more before or IF they ship your vehicles. They do not communicate this information with you. YOU have to call THEM to find out what is going on with your vehicles. Then they try to sell you another service that protects your floor plan days in inventory in the event they take 3 months (verbatim) to ship your vehicles. Good luck getting a hold of a local rep. That will never happen. They are $300 to $400 per vehicle more expensive than the rest of the world and you have no idea when your vehicles will arrive. We were promised a multi vehicle discount. Instead we got a multi vehicle increase! Their drivers are a complete disaster and you will not get your vehicle in the condition you purchased it. Our first experience will be our last. Stick with Central Dispatch. One million times more efficient, professional, and cost effective.

Would give ZERO stars is able. I bought 4 cars in Columbus Ohio. They were to be shipped to Dayton Ohio 69.3 miles away. Promised next day delivery. No show! Called and was told, Oh, we are so sorry, they will definitely be there tomorrow. NOPE! Near days end 2 show up. I call AGAIN. Other 2 wont be here for ANOTHER DAY! First time doing business here and THE LAST! Dealers....dont waste your time or money here! Your turn to lot time will go up by a week!

Paid for a vehicle to picked up in Florida from dealership. and out of no where the driver says hes not going to deliver the vehicle to us any more and refused to deliver the vehicle. how do you simply tell someone your not going to provide the service they paid for just because your driver had a bad day and choose not to pick up the vehicle. unacceptable

I bought 2 vehicles from 2 different auctions and placed a order for transport. I was told they would picked up on that Friday and delivered Tuesday. They were not picked up at all and today is Tuesday and they dont even have a driver scheduled to pick them up. I was told someone who works directly with the carriers would call me today and now its after business hours and I didnt receive a call. I will never use them again.

We purchased a vehicle on the Nissan dealer auction on 1/22, it still has not shown on 3/5. We are in Virginia and the vehicle was in Connecticut. This is the gold standard of horrible. A ten year old may ship vehicles better than them. I advised them to not be so cheap when they post on central.We are a dealer, I can ship a car myself with Central Dispatch in a couple days, when they can take months

Had paid for them to deliver my new vehicle. When I received the vehicle it had a major scratch all on driver side. Videos and pictures from dealership show no such scratches. Took them over 4 weeks to investigate to only tell me that it was not their fault. All evidence points to them. Bill of laden shows now indication of scratch upon pick at dealership. Do not use. Avoid at all cost. Horrible experience.

The customer service we have received has been at a steady downfall. Told 2-4 days for cars to be delivered and it takes over 2 weeks before they show up. And when you call to see what is going on, the managers basically say oh well to you. When you pay a company like this a premium for shipping, you expect better service and your cars to be delivered in a timely manner. We will never use again.

Today this broker listed the vehicle to transport on central dispatch for 10$? As the truckers community do not haul vehicles for companies like they are. No more cheap rates!!!

I hired Ready Logistics to move a new truck for me, from southern United States, to Colorado. It took 3+ weeks, there NO updates nor communications in any way, unless i called them. Five days ahead of delivery, when i was told it will be there tomorrow then 4 days later the independent truck driver called to say it would be here tomorrow and it was. Although in the interim, i had called 3 times, and had a STRONG feeling i was being lied to each time, and each excuse was different.I wish i could give them a -5 star !!! because they dont even deserve the ONE.

In a time when people only write bad reviews I wanted to take the time to write a positive review. Being part of a major dealer group I ship a lot of cars. I needed a company that could ship nationwide. Ready is one of the few companies that can handle the entire country. They do a great job. When there is an issue they take care of it and make it right.

Had SUV shipped from OK to NY . Transparent process, delivered as promised. Had issues with car dealer in OK that delayed transport and they scheduled a new date without issues or any charges. No damage to vehicle. Customer service was on point. Based on my experience would recommend and use again .

I recently used Ready Logistics to ship 5 longer-than-normal GMC Sierras from New Jersey to an out-of-the-way place in Florida. Needed it expedited. After a few of the typical wrinkles with a move like this, they got them there safely and on time. This is why you use Ready Logistics to get these done. This is by far the worst run company i have ever seen they blame different departments for they failures as a company. After a week of no communication i reached out was put on hold for 45 minutes then hung up on called back and there phone system said they were closed 1 full hour before the site says they close they never got a trucker assigned in a week and when i talked about the reviews they tried to get me to do there survey instead. Stay away do not use this company they have all these 1 STAR REVIEWS for a reason. I was told 4-6 days. It has been 2 weeks and has not been dispatched yet. This is the second time, on to roadrunner for my future business.

If you are reading this review please save yourself the time and go with another company I used this company to deliver my car through co-part I read the reviews but still decided to go on with it worst mistake they will take forever to deliver your car and if you want to speak to someone on the phone be prepared to spend at least 3 hours on hold and run around all they will do is transfer you from one person to another every time I called they would tell me they had a carrier on the way to pick it up they never delivered my car I evently had to cancel and go pick it up myself and it took them 2 months to get me my refund back and thats because I called them everyday bugging them about it or I dont think I would have got my money back.

I called around to many other providers and all of them have hidden costs except for Ready Logistics and its owned by Manheim which is also a great company to do business with which makes it a grand experience!!! Poor, Poor, Poor service. Contracted to deliver expedition 500 miles. Damages when received and they would not take responsibility. Wish I had read poor online reviews before I contracted with them. As I write this, I have been hold for 18 minutes to talk to someone (again) in claims department. Never again!

I have been dealing with Jan Gillium and she is fantastic to work with. I had a last minute deal to put together and Jan made it all happen in one day! She is very professional and efficient at moving cars. She also has communicated with me every step of the way. I would definitely use Ready Logistics again and more specifically Jan Gillium!

This is the only shipping company that we use at our dealership. We ship a few a month across the country. Always easy to work with and price is always right.

I have taken Ready Logistics with me over the last 15 years as a dealer and nothing but superb service. Most complaints on here I would guess from the people not using the covered service on high end cars. I have used both covered and uncovered with stellar results. Glad to have them on my team. Even when there are issues, they resolved them quickly.

Used this shipper twice this year with two vehicles I bought off of copart. The first time around, there was a ton of miscommunication and delays. The second round, delays again and the driver never called me or emailed me to tell me when he was coming and just showed up while I wasnt home. Luckily my mother was and was able to handle it. The driver barely spoke any English and couldnt even understand it and almost left without giving her the title and receipt to the car. They were on the higher end of all the quotes I got as well. Needless to say, I will NOT be using them ever again.

Ready Logistics is the biggest yet worst company ever! Ready Logistics customer service is good but the third party shippers they contact are bad. There is no communication between the dealer and shipping transportation drivers at all. They dont pick the cars up, they dont deliver them on time, they damage the cars, and even lose them! Ready Logistics needs to have better service

Ive used Ready Transport on 2 separate occasions and not only did the driver show up exactly (if not a few hours earlier) than scheduled, they delivered on time on the one and the other notified that hed be running a few days late. Nothing terrible, no one can expect 100% efficiency when your hauling cross country (which I did to Arizona and California). So far thumbs up. But have to say sorry for those who were not happy with the service, its 3rd party and some things are beyond ones control

I believe that we were understaffed before and that might be why u could not get through on the phones. I guarantee now you will reach someone that will go above and beyond to assist you. Imagine driving 3 hours to pick up 5 units and only 2 was there. This is how they operate. They tell you the unit runs with keys and when you get there it needs a forklift no keys, cant drive. Its ridiculous. The staff lies just to get the car delivered when it shouldnt even be on central dispatch or their own website. The rates are too low and the delivery is too far. Then they want you to bid on loads. This aint the auction.

If youre buying a car from an auction DO NOT I repeat DO NOT have Ready Logistics ship your vehicle the services is poor and they are not ready to ship a car.

I personally found the service to be absolutely awful. First it takes 3 weeks to actually get a shipper. Then I get charged $100 storage fees by Manheim when it was their fault they couldn’t get a shipper in time. Once the shipper arrive he gave only 30 minutes head ups when we were told it would be a 2 hours heads up, he then threatened to charge extra fees. Awful.

The worst experience ever. Order placed a week ago and not even dispatched until today!! Called 2 days ago and it was supposed to be picked up that same day . Called today and Marcie said we cannot give you an estimate as to when it will be dispatched. After asking could it be a week, month or a year and she said yes!!! I am sure they deal with thousands of providers and could get an estimated time of pickup and delivery!! Really creating a bad name for COX Automotive. I would never do business with Ready Logistics again

Absolute worst.. they just subcontract the work and wave their hands in the air when your shipments is still sitting in your lot... your better off posting your shipment on uship and doing the leg work your self. they dont guarantee delivery dates

Ready Transport was never were able to find a truck from upstate New York to Columbus, OH. I waited over a week and a half to give them the opportunity. I called another broker and they found one within 48 hours and I had the vehicle within 72 hours from my first phone call. I think Ready under bid the project as they were $200 lower than everyone else.

Manhiem goes through ready logistics, also known as COX automotive. They’re provider Kim’s auto transport caused $9,000 of damage to my Porsche Panamera.Everthing has been denied even with a video of the driver saying he crashed the car ! We are Pursuing this company legally in addition to Kim’s auto transport . Do not become a victim to this Company non of the drivers are insured .

STAY AWAY FROM THEM. THEY WILL NOT SHIP YOUR CAR. THEY ARE TERRIBLE!!!

Should be zero stars, first time last time customer. Made the mistake of thinking that since Manheims stamp was on it the experience would be a pleasant one boy was I wrong hard to conceive that someone would let such a damaging process continue, wish I had read the reviews for ready logisticss. Terrible communication, never on time. Have to call multiple times to confirm shipping. Much cheaper to use my local people and at least I dont get the run around.
