Amazing, Simply Amazing!!!Bought a sweet BMW 435i M Sport from Alex last week. Flew in from Atlanta on a Sunday night and Alex came in to close the deal ( On a Sunday Night ) because he knew we had a road trip ahead of us. The car was immaculate inside and out and even more amazing there was not a single issue on a 2,000 mile road trip from Phoenix to Atlanta, and we had time to play with all of the gadgets like the Heads Up windshield display, automatic wipers, the digital oil dipstick, even those darn seat belt handovers worked ( Google it ). What I am trying to say is that you cant even buy a new BMW from a dealer without expecting some issues but Alex is phenomenal and a BMW guy, he made sure that all of the BMW accessories worked, even the annoying ones were working. That being said, the alignment, brakes, tires, etc. everything was 110%. I would give 10 Stars if I could.Ill never waste my time with anyone else. This was 5 stars from start to finish. I saw a vehicle on line Saturday morning with great mileage and very good price - we called to make an appointment (COVID protocols), I spoke with Andrei and we agreed on a time. Upon arrival the car was out, clean and ready to look at. He pointed out the features (very knowledgeable) and let me take a test drive. When I returned he asked a few questions about the drive, pointed out a few more items and asked I was interested - no pressure, almost as if we were just having a conversation. I said yes, and in about 30 min I was driving off the lot. I worked with Andrei through the whole process, I wasnt passed from the salesperson, to the manager to the finance person to the registration/cashier. We looked, drove and bought within an hour. About 2 months ago, I traveled from California to Phoenix to purchase a 2013 Subaru Forester from Prestige Auto Brokers. Alex, the owner, was extremely helpful. He walked me through every step of the process and made sure that everything was worked out for me before I purchased my plane ticket. He promised that the car would be held for me until I arrived despite the numerous other inquiries about the vehicle. There were no hidden fees, and no push to add on extras like a warranty etc. The price I was told over the phone/via email was the price I paid when I left with the car. Alex is a truly honest salesperson, which is something I do not say lightly, as such a person is hard to find. He has continued to help me through the process of registering the vehicle out of state, which can be a little tricky in CA. 2 months later, my vehicle runs perfectly and has no issues after driving to Yosemite from Las Vegas and many trips through the mountains where I live. Overall, I highly recommend doing business with Prestige Auto Brokers. Im so happy with my experience that if I were to need another vehicle in the future, I would likely travel back to Phoenix to purchase through Alex.

The brand new brakes on the truck had various problems and the front drivers wheel broke 6 out of 8 studs holding the wheel on from normal day to day driving. I dont think I would trust the mechanic work from these guys and definitely would not buy from them again. Buyer beware.

If buying from this store please be careful, had a buddy’s wife buy a 20,000 luxury car and had it break down within 20 mins of driving it and was stuck on the side of the road, the car had a cooling fan go out and was overheating. When trying too see if they could repair the damage they sent a tow truck too pick it up and did not order the part til almost 5 days later and did not reconcile the problems they faced. Again be careful they were nice but not helpful. Also intercooler on the car was damaged and was not mentioned at all.

We recently bought a car from Dusty and are 100% pleased with our decision to buy from Prestige. Weve been burned by a dealership before, so we went to the lot feeling pretty wary of everything. Dusty didnt try to pressure us at all. When some mechanical popped up on the car that we werent expecting, Dusty got it taken care of and the car drives even better than before. They were really patient with us when it took longer for our bank to work out loan details since it was small lot. I would 100% buy another car from them or recommend them to my friends.

On January 14, 2021 I purchased a 2014 Ford Expedition Limited that had only 34000 miles on it. I live out of state, 1700 miles away. I had the pleasure of working with Alex. I bought a 2012 Volvo in august 2020. The car had around 89k miles. I bought the car because I was in desperate need of a car. Less than a month the car broke down on me. After having a mechanic look at the car I was told it would be 1500 dollars to replace a fuel pump and other performances the car needed. I had the car serviced. Then the car broke down again with the same issue. I later found out that a temporary part that didnt even belong to the car was put on, causing the issue. I lost 10k on this car. I got rid of it by the end of 2020. I was extremelyRipped off. A waste of time, and money. I cant believe you sell people cars like this.

I could not be happier with the vehicle thus far and I plan to keep it for many years to come.There have been some nitpicky things Ive found on the car since purchase, such as the driver side puddle lamp bulb being burnt out, as well as the oil in the car being on the lower side for my comfort levels, both able to be rectified in no time and for very very little money. These are some very microscopic issues and it wouldnt cause me to halt for a moment to purchase through them once again.I wish them great luck with their further business ventures and I hope they get as much business as they can possibly handle!

We bought a 2004 blk ford 350 dually. Helmand was very easy to work with. Do pressure at all. Ive had so many bad experiences with vehicles in Phoenix I asked to have my own mechanic look at it. He had no hesitation when he said yes. That was an excellent sign to me. My mechanic didnt find much only little obvious issues you would expect from an 04 but it was in fantastic shape for its age. In fact friends ask if its a new truck. I would buy from Helmand again and I would not hesitant to refer a friend. Also I waited 3 weeks to write this review to be sure everything is good with the truck. We love it!

Update 11-26-2019 to 5 stars:The owner Alex contacted me directly..explained Helmand no longer works for the company and had me take the car over to help with a few things that should have been covered, like oil change and some alert lights that did not want to go off and they even detailed the car. Although the transaction was quick and painless, in a month after getting the car, Ive had to spend close to $1000 changing or fixing on the car, some things that were told to me were new when they did the inspection. License plate took a full month to arrive...they kept saying they had already sent it...did they not think that the package would have the date on it?? There was no follow up call or email to see how everything was doing. Emails I sent, half were ignored and the only time I called, he didnt answer with his name or where he was from...I had to ask if it was Helmand and he answered back who is this. How very unprofessional knowing youll have clients calling you. I will not be recommending Prestige Auto Brokers to anyone.
