I would not recommend this place I got my back window installed and the guy put to much of the seal and got it all over my. Truck and I had to call them again because not even 30 went by when my window was pop out unbelievable

I am so impressed with the customer service and how quickly they responded to my request. Once I filed my claim they came to replace my windshield the very next morning. My car looks brand new again and that awful crack has now been replaced with this quality windshield.Also because my insurance worked with Auto Glass Clinic, they even cut me a check for $100.00 it was that easy and handed to me upon completion of my car. After finding out that I did not have auto glass coverage on my insurance it was a nightmare calling around and getting prices. I never knew how expensive a windshield could be. I happened upon this place in a hurry! I was so worried since I had my wrangler rental and of course, they’re so prone to chips and breaks in the windshield and I had to fly out in two days. I called and they had the windshield and took me right away! Such sweet people and fixed it immediately while I took care of work. Thank you guys so much!! Definitely would recommend!

Reply to managers response. Upon return from the autobody shop, I was told the windshield had very minimal surface rust and could be taken care of with minimum effort. I was also informed the adhesive was substandard and likely the problem of the leak. I wont address the rest of the response. All false statements and excuses for why they will not honor their work product. Like I said before, no one should have to deal with all this over a simple windsheild replacement. Plenty of other companies out there.Very poor customer service. Manager was extremely defensive and could not talk the issue through to resolution. There are many other glass replacement business out there and I would not recommend this one.

I had my windshield fixed recently, and it was as easy as it gets. They come to you and fix it while you are doing what you need to do. Then, they pack everything up, take your payment, and they are on their way. Its pretty simple. Nice that they can come to you when you are busy. Ill be using them again the next time.

I work for a refrigeration company here in Glendale AZ and have used Auto Glass Clinic recently. The technicians are friendly, courteous and they go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure our service is done and done right the first time. We recently had a chip repaired on a service truck and the tech noticed that the rubber gasket around the window wasnt securely in place. We thought it would need to be replaced. But Auto Glass Clinic repaired the seal around the windshield without mentioning it to us or charging us more. That is great customer service. He seen it wasnt in the channel and even though he wasnt there to fix it and did it anyways. I will recommend them to anyone who needs glass repairs. They are always on time and always at the max next day service.Great company!!!

AUTO GLASS CLINIC IS GREAT!! So, I usually hate taking my car in for an oil change or any type of service. I dont know much about cars or the cost of services and usually leave with a whopping bill feeling clueless.I had my A7 Audi windshield replaced. I called to make an appointment and they were so helpful, kind and most of all PATIENT (since I had a million questions to ask). Auto glass clinic reasonably quoted me, they were on time with the appointment. My windshield came out looking spotless. Very clean, prompt, knowledgeable and professional!! Perhaps the best experience Ive ever had with an auto repair company. Easy and fast setup for the repair, they were able to come out to my vehicle a single business day later. They then did me the ludicrously nice courtesy of driving to my work location for paper signing, as I couldnt be at home for the repair. No fuss or tricks regarding the $100 windshield insurance-covered repair. Being an Arizonan, Ive had my share of Loop-202 windshield cracks and have used several other auto glass repair companies. Luckily, I dont need to shop around anymore. Seriously, choose these guys.

THEY WILL AVOID ANY CONFLICT QUESTIONS, LIE TO YOU AND TELL YOU THAT ANY DAMAGES DONE TO YOUR VEHICLE IS AT YOUR FAULY CLEARLY NOT VERY PERSONAL in the state of Arizona its a one-party State meaning I can record any conversation without them knowing and I have the full conversation recorded I have an employee who I spoke too avoided any question about damages done towards your vehicle and how they are not responsible for what they do and how rudely they treat you making you feel stupid. I will place the conversation that took place on a Google drop or on YouTube so you can hear the conversation as followed please stay tuned for more updates. And overall avoid them like the plague.

GREAT SERVICE... Gibson and Victor were very accommodating and did everything to make it right... Firstly, the original OEM windshield had changed, whereby they eliminated the dark windshield tint at the top. Victor noticed this and before beginning the job advised me of this and said let me my supervisor and see what he says. He explained that he could get the glass but only from a third party vendor, (at no additional cost) and I advised that with our sun any shading helps and thats what I wanted. I then had to change service locations as the original one would not work for me the following day.... NO PROBLEM he said, just say where and when and we will be there and they were.... You wont find a harder bunch of working guys...Oh by the way they are authorized with a lot of insurance companies which makes the initial process so much quicker and easier...

So where to start!! First and foremost you will not find customer service and great prices like this company anywhere in town. I can not even express the immense gratitude I have for Gibson and his company. I contacted Gib after reading all the great reviews on yelp, and let me tell you he goes above and beyond the call of duty and exceeds a five star rating. I was stranded at home with a disabled anti theft vehicle and dead battery to add insult to injury. I called Gib basically with frogs in my throat (ok basically crying lol) to inform him I may not make it to my scheduled appt due to my car situation. This is when he immediately offered to come and help me out and offered comforting words to assure me we would figure it out. If this isnt a prince charming in the flesh I dont know what is lol.
