Jiffy Is Awesome!!! I have been working on putting my 1968 mustang back together and finding the right glass shop has proven to be a task. I called Jiffy Auto Glass and received prompt and professional service from start to end! Keep up the good work! will definitely recommend to friends and family!

Called to get a quote on windshield replacement. I explained that I had called other shops and since our truck is a 2020, they have been quoting me for a 2018, which should be the same part. The person I spoke with from Jiffy refused to quote me for the 2018, as it might be a different part. I was just looking for pricing, and if I was to schedule it in I would verify that the parts were the same before the tech comes out. Not five minutes after getting off the phone with Jiffy, one of the other companies called me back and confirmed the 2018 and 2020 used the same exact part.It would have taken them a few minutes to call and verify that the parts were the same for the different years. I guess it was too much work for them to check. Oh well, I’ll give someone else our money. They must be doing very well to turn work away rather than take a few extra minutes of their time.

They never answer the phone. Twice they answered then hung up. Thanks.

I waited 6 weeks for my sunroof to be replaced.. Each time it the tch was supposed to come out I heard a different excuse.. the final straw was when I called Friday to confirm my appointment for Saturday 8-12 ...Saturday comes its noon I call and am told the tech will call me..I wait another hour I call and the number is disconnected..I try again Monday and I get through first Im told tech was at my house and left a business card when I told rep that was not true I was home all day waiting and she said we had wrong apt no.. then she offers to schedule it for Wednesday when I tell her if I cant guarantee it be Wednesday I will find someone else..Then she says oh wait let me read the tech notes from Saturday ..She says the glass was broken and now it has to be a dealer part so they cant do it..So basically if that was true she lies about the tech coming to the wrong apt ..This place is a joke..Nobody calls you back there is no customer service just a bunch of bs to keep pushing your appointment out... I gave them so many opportunities to tell me what was going on but instead I just got the run around...
