They set an appointment with me, only to cancel it a couple days later, the day before the set appointment because they could not find the glass back window for my truck (or their supplier could not find it). Although, I was able to find it with a quick eBay search. I was lead to believe they had the glass on hand already.

Tiffany was the representative that made me contact them. She was so sweet and really made me feel comfortable with their services and abilities. My insurance company uses a third party vendor to handle all windshield related issues that also happens to be an auto glass repair company that shall remain nameless. i never dealt with this issue before so i nearly walked into the trap of thinking i had to use that company instead of the one i wanted, reliable glass. i got them to okay reliable glass and from there it was fantastic.Kayla at reliable glass set me up. she walked me through everything. she made sure my insurance worked for me. the appointment was made based on mutual availability, not just telling me and making me work it out on my end. Kayla walked me through the actual replacement process and told me what to expect day of. she also made sure i had the company number and her name if i needed anything.day of i received a call for a my eta from the tech, Curtis C. and he showed up when he said he would. gets even better. he was so professional and pleasant both in appearance and demeanor. did the work in the estimated time frame and left my car clean. i mean not one fingerprint! everything seems fine and i am a happy customer that would definitely recommend reliable glass.

They live up to their name. Reliable. I called after my rear window was shattered from a storm. Kayla answered all my questions and was a delight to speak with. She set the repair for the next day, told me they would call in the morning to give me a 2 hour window for the technician to arrive. The next morning, Chris, the technician for Reliable, call at 8:30 and said he would be there between 9-11. He came when he said he would, did the repair in the time he said it would. Had a rock hit my windshield. All services taken care of with windshield replacement. They are approved by StateFarm insurance so they set up the conference call to approve replacement. All I had to do was sign the paperwork. It was that easy. Technicians call before arrival. They are neat clean and friendly. Office staff Was very accommodating. I started to go with another company but decided not to when the man was extremely rude about timing. I called Reliable Glass and they matched the price and then some. Im embarrassed I cant remember the techs name but he was stand up all the way. I fixed cracked windows for a few months many years ago but never replaced them like I had done to my little ford ranger. Went well. Still not certain why he had to cut my molding though. I had to notice that it was trimmed with a knife jaggedly. I was told he did it to prevent wind noise. I let it slide at the time but in retrospect I wonder why he didnt tell me about it. Most likely it was gouged and then trimmed off. If it was one of my other cars I would have had it replaced with a new gasket. Just wish I would have been told rather than me noticing it. He sure was clear on all my defects like a cracked dash before he started though.
