I have been to this location 2 times for standard 5000 and 10000 miles service etc. both times I have had amazing service by all who assisted me. I apologize I only remember the name of one tech Antony and he was so professional and courteous. Again I have received great customer service from all who have assisted me there. Everyone was very professional and kind. I will continue to go there for my standard service and would highly recommend to everyone to go to Bell Toyota!!! Thank you team

Very good and friendly

Today, when I️ arrived for my service appointment, I️ was asked if I️ wanted to change my windshield I️ told your glass repairman that I was okay without switching my glass and to proceed with my oil change. When I pick up my vehicle the glass was completely shattered. I️ spoke to someone in the service department that was in charge and asked that they check cameras to see that my windshield wasn’t like that when the car arrived to location. The car had small chips wouldn’t create that large shatter. I️ have had those two small rock chips that are less than a dime in size for over six months without any issues. It is very shady business what this location is doing to get glass repairs. Also, I️ arrived at 2 for the oil change and it took a over two hours to have my vehicle service, needless to say I️ will not be taking my car here anymore and will take my business elsewhere. I️ have purchased over 3 vehicles at Bell Road Toyota and this is the way they repay us with lack of accountability, it’s a shame. We are already struggling with COVID-19 and job security to add another unnecessary express.

I want to thank Mike Ross, Zander, Jeremy, and Duane (if Ive missed anyone, my apologies) for trying to locate the clunking sound on my 2006 4 Runner. I was in an accident 1/7/2019 and the collision center did the repairs. However, there was this clunking sound in the rear of my SUV. The men that helped me were so nice and gave me a lot of good information. They went out of their way and were great. My husband and I wont take my SUV back to Larry Miller Toyota, Ill drive the extra 7 miles to go to Bell Road. Thank you all so very much.

If youre looking for an oil change go to the Toyota in Scottsdale and youll save over $20 for the same service. Plus customer service will be much better at the Scottsdale location
