If I could give 0 stars I would. The staff are rude and ignorant. They tried to charge me $74 For a used radiator, that i pulled myself. And instead of accepting the $40 I was offering them, they wanted me to walk their radiator to their core bin where they can Scrap it for $5 Or $10. Oh and btw I paid $71 For the radiator BRAND NEW.Then they had the nerve to tell me not to come back. Are you stupid enough to think that after I waited in your checkout line for 40 minutes, and you tried to extremely overcharge me, I would even think of coming back.No way!!

I have been coming here since 2018. Customer service has improved drastically. All part prices include a warranty, which is great. Competitors like pull-n-save usually tack the warranty on top of the part price without asking, which makes it feel like they are trying to extract as much money from you as possible. No, I dont need a warranty on a plastic engine cover. On top of that, U-Pull-&-Pays parts prices are generally cheaper than the competition.The junkyard is massive and lists their inventory online. Some have photos. It would be nice if all of their inventory did, but thats a small gripe.Lastly, I never feel unwelcomed or like the employees are annoyed with my presence. At a few other yards I have visited, the staff will drive a car around the yard, blaring a the horn for 10 minutes, signalling that they are closing soon. Sorta makes you feel like an animal being herded out of the yard. U-pull-&-Pay politely notifies you over their speaker system, like you would expect fellow humans to treat you. Junkyard customer service is usually overlooked because well, its a junkyard, not a Ferrari dealership. This is not the case at u-pull-&-Pay. They are always friendly and helpful. I will bringing my business to the location in order to maintain my old beauties. Thanks guys!

The inventory was ample but the woman who you pay when we left was rude the entire time. She must have forgot where her check comes from. I spent about $500 over two days. I wont go back after dealing With her. Theres other options in the area who appreciate their customers.

Me and my brother went there and got some rims for his Impala... We found all four rims, plus the caps for the rims with the Chevy emblems on them... Made my bros ride look sharper,and the price was right....

Its pretty self explanatory, great selection of vehicles and easy to get to parts, and they even have manual tire changers to remove tires from wheels. The selection is well staged and organized. Its easy to get to them and making the transaction. They have big carts for you to carry any part you need to your vehicle. And of course the prices are more than fair, and the staff are very helpful, very surprised due to the nature of the business. My reason for giving 4 stars is due to the bathrooms (port a johns) not clean at all, the place is enormous, there was a lot of walking so the need was there, and I cant see why they have to charge for a second person. Other than that this place is great if youre in the market to remove your own parts.

Going back yeah i went back and did i get a surprise when I came in I went to the counter and to return a computer and I just gotten it the day before about 3:00 p.m. and I was told I can go right in and exchange it I have my receipt and it said everything was fine so I went and got the computer the replacement one went to the counter and the guy tells me that I have to pay more money for the same thing I bought yesterday and I proceed to show him my receipt and he proceeded to tell me that I still needed to pay him more money that the price has changed from yesterday today so I started filming it and he got visibly upset and tell me what you think would you go back.

If you need auto parts at great low price this is the best. Only thing you have to find it and pull it yourself bit what better way to know what your doing when you go to put it into your car. Thats how i learned to work on cars working at auto salvage all threw high school. Cant beat these prices.

It was awesome. It also was my first time here. Came with my husband to get a tailgate and glass for our Isuzu Rodeo. The employees were very friendly. I recommend this location to anyone who needs parts! 🙂

Great auto parts lot.Prices so good a replacing a window is cheaper than buying a new key! I might even pick up a spare quarter round to keep in the trunk!

Try and charge you for warranty on each part without even asking also they charge a core charge which makes no sense from a junkyard most prices are pretty fair but some are the same as a new part.

Yard is a mess. You can barley walk down the isle let alone try to move transmission out. Its seems people have pulled the parts just to hide them all over the yard. You might be able to find smaller parts but if your shopping for something substantial Id look elsewhere. And just a heads up if your disabled they might not let you in. Something about being a liability.

Super cheap to get in, and they have an inventory of whats in the lot. Bring your own tools, and they provide carts for pulling the bigger stuff.$2.00 at the door, and I walked out with a 45$ part for $20. Bring water during the summer.

Smallish inventory, but they have some older model cars with good parts left. They follow most of the usual guidelines for junkyards, but the prices are higher than other yards in the area.

Bait and switch artists as far as prices go they are smart added and condescending if you bring to mention the difference between the listed on line price and the actual price penny pinchers is a much better bet at least theyre honest and respectful u pull-&-pay👎👎👎👎👎

Great selection of vehicles. They provide carts so you can place the parts you pull on them and get them to your vehicle, pretty cool. $2 entrance fee. Reasonably priced parts.

Call center staff and information is atrocious. Seriously horrible, worst company Ive ever called. Only giving two stars because a few of their employees who work at the yard were pleasant.

Its ok i just wish they would not have to look in your bag befor you go in and as i was there these two younger guys stole some of my tools as they walked by as i was working on a suv . yes i told them but they had left befor they could get to them .

Called to confirm some prices and availability of a vehicle just to be hung up on by an employee daniel i believe which is the same girl who keeps giving me issues when i shop their just know you lost a loyal customer to PULL N SAVE for not knowing how to manage employees. Word of advice customers are #1. No wonder all good employees are down at PULL N SAVE.

Id probably live here if they didnt make me leave at the end of the day.

It was the first time I had ever been there and the selection of cars and parts were unbelievable . I found exactly what I needed in a few minutes and the prices were extremely fair. Cheap even. Some clown at Discount Tires tried the sell me the same thing for $128 and told me I wouldnt find it anywhere else . Im referring to a spare tire, a donut. Not only did they have it they had dozens brand new laying around everywhere. I paid $13 and took me just a few minutes in and out. The reason Im not rating it 5 stars is because I thought their customer service was really bad. All 4 of the people that spoke with that worked there were rude, unfriendly, and really unhelpful. They acted like I was interupting them . I despise rudeness in people. I upside of that it was great but customer service is very important to me and they failed miserably. I think the owner should make all of them take classes in hospitality

Its a relaxing environment just walking around looking at. Cars guts removing parts seeing how they are put together engine parts a behind-the-scenes look and then theres the pleasure of using your tools to remove with you need sometime it is a struggle between you and the car but for the most part you win and then sometimes theres the agony of defeat for me as a man its a good male experience

First off the cashiers are as rude as they come. They have no customer service skills at all. Plus they make up prices as they go. They just know u need the part so they take advantage of that.

Fantastic place if youre lucky. Make sure to check if they have your car online, make sure to ask them for a printout of your cars location, and for the love of god bring as many tools as you can carry.Unless the car is new on the lot, a lot of the most sought after parts will be missing. But for niche parts, loose screws, etc. there is no better place. The prices are pretty good too, but they arent very clear so if your list is small be sure to ask.

Called earlier to ask for price check on a part was on the phone for 30 min for them to tell me all there agents where busy smh what bs I was on hold from someone there to be skipped or sent to a robot real professional.

For the mechanic and everybody from beginner to master these places are a gold mine of value and usefulness to the serious mechanic.

Wish they had a more upto date online parts picker, was not able to find a few items when I arrived that showed available online.

This place is great for selection, they are better than their competitors at having fresh vehicles to pick through. Some of the staff is somewhat unpleasant but you dont go there to make friends, right?

Only $2.00 entry fee to walk the totalled and gnarled auto parts junk yard. Paid $30.00 for a part that was quoted as $1,600.00 retail. THIS PLACE ISNT PRETTY BUT YOU WILL SAVE MONEY. Call ahead or check inventory first before you step onto the lot. Pretty good prices. Bring your tools. Very picked over. Staff is friendly.

I have to rely on this place for part numbers and thank God these guys are patient. I am restoring a 94 Lebaron. Parts are obsolete or discontinued. Makes it difficult for sure. Kudos to the parts dept.

Very friendly and courteous staff, and well organized lot. I was able to see online they had several Dodge Intrepids prior to heading there. Once there, they offered to look up the car and even gave me a print out of the row the vehicles were in. I got lucky because out of the 5 cars that had interchangeable parts only 1 had the part I needed, but certainly not anything they can control since they only know what cars are on the lot, not which parts are left in the cars. (For the few dollar entry fee, if they show to have the car youre looking for, its certainly worth a trip down to check). After laying in a puddle of water and vehicle fluids to pull a valve body they have a wash center to clean up at which I appreciate. This isnt the first time Ive visited this location and certainly wont be the last.

All the social distancing had stuff backed up, but I found what I wanted eventually once I figured out the row numbers. In this case it was great, this part is discontinued at the dealer and I got it for about four bucks and some dirt on me.

Bad service expensive prices and they force you to pay more or to take used products, this place is not recommended.

They will have the vehicle your looking for but no knowledge of whats left of them. So basically your paying them for nothing to go look.

There prices have gone up about quite a bit in the past year. I use to go to this yard a lot and now It has changed its prices since then. My yard of choice is the pick and pull as it has 3 yards that a 2.00 entry fee is for all 3 yards. Why pay 2.00 for one yard when you can visit 3 yards for 2.00. Bring back the 1.00 yard fee and I will be there every weekend!!!!!!!!!!!

I went earlier today and I have to say that I am SUPER disappointed in the management, I had a question and asked for manager and I spoke to Casey and she was extremely rude and just had a nasty attitude. I also noticed the way she spoke to her staff and I truly just felt bad for the workers there, she seemed to have horrible leadership skills. Other than that, my visit was just fine. I have never left a review but her attitude was just ridiculous.
