I had them repair 2 vehicle HVAC systems. I live 150 miles from their location. They came very highly recommended. they did not disappoint. They are honest very informative and thorough. I would recommend them to anyone. If i need their services again i will drive the 150 miles because I know they will fix what ever my problem is.

I waited 2 months to write this review to make sure I had no issues. My wifes 2011 T/C mini van started blowing warn air and since we have owned it Ive done all the repairs myself. Taking the van to the shop for the 1st time was scary but I read the reviews about Auto Air and Electric. Dropped the van off with MJ and in 2 hours he called and said the Highside presure port was leaking and was extremely confident this was the problem. He was more than honest saying the part was only $3.00 but the 2 and half LBS of refrigerant was the pricey part. Within 4 hrs we had are van back and to this day the only complaint my wife has is the air blows too cold. Thank you MJ and the guys at Auto Air and Electric.

Did what they said they would for less than what they quoted me. They do amazing work, are attentive to details and fixed another shops unprofessional junky work. Mike and Romero (can’t remember the third guy’s name) just did incredible work on our 2007 Toyota Camry Hybrid. Two weeks ago we needed a new battery. Because it’s a hybrid Mike had to shop around for a battery that would work. He found one in the area for a great price, much lower than the other batteries we were quoted other places.We also had a major leak in our A/C condenser. Mike and Romero had to remove the entire dash to get to the part and replace it. Most mechanics will not do dash removals because of how much labor it requires.Mike is professional and pleasant. He is a straight-shooter and shopped around for the best deals on both the parts we had replaced. Having a reliable team of mechanics is priceless so please check them out and spread the word!

What a refreshing experience! These guys are so nice. For no reason at all, the owner gave me a discounted price to see what was wrong with the car, that really cheered me up! My a/c was not running before, & my car used to overheat really bad. Now when I drive, I actually get cold sometimes! Even when outside of my car it is 115 degrees! Driving around in my little 1998 Acura feels like a dream!! I was going to give up on it & scrape together some money for a new car, but they have made it all brand new! I dont mind driving anymore! The estimate for the work I requested was in the ballpark and Mike called me to approve a slight increase on price over what estimate had been.The work was done on time and with minimal hassle and paperwork.I have been pleased each time I have used this shop. They are knowledgable and honest.(9 months later) Prompt, courteous service and advice at a fair price.This automobile service shop is a bit hard to find because it is set back off of Bell Rd. and hidden by another building (actually the one wall still standing of a building that used to be there) but it is easy to get to once you know where to look. There is a traffic signal at 23rd Ave. and Bell Rd. and while 23rd Ave. does go south from that light, there is a driveway going north from the light and thats the way you want to turn.You can call or stop by to make an appointment and usually the appointment can be as early as the next day. Whenever Mike (the owner) has given me a probable completion time, he has met that time. If they need to keep your car overnight, they bring it inside their service bay and keep it locked up and safe.Their prices are fair and reasonable (Ive checked with other shops) and they have a lot of experience with all kinds of repairs and service. (While the shops name is Auto Air and Electric, they do almost any type of needed repair. Ive had brakes replaced, transmission serviced, belts replaced, and advice on tires and other repairs. (They dont sell tires.).I highly recommend this business to you when you need repairs.

Mike & his staff are amazing! My vehicle needed extensive work, Mike was very open and honest with me. But here is the true test of an honest mechanic. After having my vehicle fixed with them, my moms vehicle needed repairs, so I recommended Mike. She drops her vehicle off, a few hours later he calls my mom and tells her that he can fix it however since her vehicle had an unknown extended warranty at the dealership, he had called and verified for her that it did. What mechanic does that, ANYONE else would have diagnosed the vehicle and called to give an estimate for repairs, not take it upon themselves because of the mileage call the dealership and verify its covered by a warranty. He also never treated me, because I am a woman, that I dont know what I am talking about, I am very mechanically inclined as I grew up in a male household and was taught a lot of things on vehicles. He never made me feel like I didnt know what I was talking about. They are amazing, trustworthy, and very fair. BY FAR THE BEST MECHANIC IN ARIZONA! I had battery die Mike came by started mt car took it to their shop fixed it. Battery was under warranty so no charge. Always do quality work stand behind their work ams great bunch of guys. I take all my cars ams trucks as well as my 2 boys family cars.

We had our Air Conditioned fixed in our truck and they did a good job but we had to bring it back in and Mike checked it out and replaced a valve which he did not charge us as he felt it should have been done in the beginning. So Mike backs up his work 100%. He also supports military people.

Auto Air & Electric saved our vacation! We were traveling down from Utah for some spring baseball and a wedding, when we crossed the AZ border we decided to turn on the AC and to our horror it was not cold! Driving toward Phoenix, with windows down we started calling shops to see about getting it fixed (the forecast for that week was 90+). We spoke with Mike at Auto Air & Electric and they were the only shop who asked more questions instead of just quoting us ~$1400 for AC compressor replacement...we were sold. But, the absolute best part was Auto Air & Electric had our car back to us by noon the next day and literally saved the day! I would highly recommend Auto Air & Electric because of value (the repair costs were more than fair), the speed of work, the quality of work, and most of all the integrity of the employees!

I went in today because my check engine light was on and I needed to pass emissions. The guys checked out my vehicle and sent me to have the emissions test anyway. I past the emissions test. And saved a lot of money.I have used these guys for years and they have always treated me with the utmost integrity. These guys are great. They are great. I have an old, low mileage Buick, and the heater/ac controller went out. Took it to the dealer, and they said that since they no longer made this part, that they couldnt fix it. Took it to Auto Air & Electric, and they suggested that I look on line for the part, and that they would install it. Well I found the needed part, and the rest is history. And they did not charge me an arm and a leg like the dealer would have. Highly recommend this place for service and value.

Awesome place and service. Took car in for ac work done. Found the problem and had it fixed asap. Price was more than fair and had a free ac retest if ac failed within a short period of time. Well, it did. Not the shops fault as I had a rock hit the condenser and punched a hole into it. Took back and this morning its fixed and ready to go in a timely manner. I still say better service than many other places wanted to charge me such more for standard tests. My cars will keep going there until I move out of phc metro area.

I take all five of my cars to Mike’s shop. He is reasonably priced and always does excellent work. He guarantees his work so you don’t have to worry about problems down the road. I like the fact that he doesn’t just specialize in air conditioning and electrical problems but almost all areas of auto repair. I’ve even taken my mom’s car to his shop and she can be a bit ornery.

My minivan had an electrical issue that was causing a dead battery every couple of days. I took it to two other places; the first misdiagnosed the problem, the second sent me here. Mike was great to work with. I dropped off my car, got a call the next day telling me they found the problem, and the day after that I got it back, fixed. That was three months ago and its been fine ever since.

Mike, Greg and their team at AAE are the only mechanics that I will ever use. My company has over 60 vehicles and we have dealt with shops all across the valley and this is by far the most honest, professional and knowledgeable shop I have ever come across. I was fed up with the chain shops always pushing batteries, light bulbs, wiper blades, air cleaners, transmission flushes, coolant flushes and brake fluid flushes! Every brake job ended up needed new rotors, calipers and pads. Mike is honest and reliable. He tells us what must be fixed to keep the truck safe and on the road. He gives us recommendations on what other services that would be beneficial now and what we are looking at in the near future. I used to to do all of my own repairs and maintenance on my personal vehicles because I never trusted mechanics. NOT ANYMORE!! In fact my truck is with Mike right now! Mike was very honest and up front. I saw them to replace my compressor because my AC had stopped working. Within 24 hours I had cold blowing air. However the compressor did have a malfunction and locked up and I had to return a few months later but was all covered under warranty.

Took my car there with A/C problems and was told it was the connection to the PCM. The car was there for about a day, I get called that diagnostics are being done and that the connection to the PCM could be at fault, and also that my car needed fuel, I give the ok. Next day when i pick it up on a Friday night i get to the car to find out its way past empty on fuel, yet I was charged $20 for fuel, so it should of been at about a half tank or close. Im assuming the car was driven across the entire city or something, or if it was sitting idle all day while they did diagnostics theres no way it got empty just like that, oh and one more thing...they never fixed the A/C issue with the PCM because it started doing the same problem the next day. Never again.

As a lift driver I depend on my vehicle to make extra money last Friday would my AC blower went out I took my vehicle to Mike and he got immediately on it and had my vehicle up and running in 3 and a 1/2 hours I was extremely pleased and the charges were very reasonable for but they did for my vehicle I would recommend this shop to anyone
