I try and support local business near and around my community. Its difficult to speak negative about somewhere Ive done business with since my first car. But...I recently had a negative experience at this local shop. Got a new set of tires, which was not cheap, but I left missing a favorite tool I use at work everyday from my center console. Just want everyone to be aware of my negative experience.

Just wanted to give a great job once again to this particular Discount Tire location. I want to thank the manager, Chris, as well as Troy and Jacob Roberts. Jacob was my salesperson today. 1st time dealing with Jacob. He was professional and courteous and took care of my flat tire and rotation in a very prompt manner. I have been a loyal Discount Tire for 5 years since moving to the area from Pittsburgh. For the first 2 years, I was a customer at the location on Happy Valley and Lake Pleasant. I have been coming into this particular location on Cave Creek & Bell Rd. for the last 3 years. The staff is always courteous. They always address the issue and take care of it the correct way!!!! I have the utmost confidence in this location. Thank you once again.

This is the best Discount Tire location. They should be careful about any changes. Its been great for making appointments but now I had a pre- check-in, and Im waiting line for check-in than if I had just walked in.

Matt McGinnis, at the Bell Rd & Cave Creek location, took the time to explain things thoroughly, even offering additional assistance on another matter, not pertaining to tires or the purchase thereof. He went above and beyond.

After my cross country trip needed two new tires. 245×50×20. Had bought 2 others a year ago and wanted similar all weather brand. My closest store didnt have any in stock but referred me to the next closest store. I called and confirmed the had them then went online and purchased, set the appointment and went to the Cave Creek and Bell Rd store. Marko was most helpful on the phone and Troy checked me in curbside when I arrived. I didnt wait long, 15 minutes (recommend early arrival) then guided into the service bay and within another 15 minutes I was on my way with the two new tires and rotated back tires fully balanced, new stems and road hazard warranty. Great service and great product. Everyone was masked and distanced.

I got a flat, and I came to Discount Tire with the spare on. They patched up the original, put it back on, and put the spare back under the car.The 3 times I have come to Discount Tire at 3 different locations over the years they did not charge me anything to patch. I do wait about 45 min. each time but considering they are nice enough to do it for free, I think it is well worth it!

Service was great and the wait time wasnt long in comparison to how many people were there. Great location & definitely recommend!

Bell rd and Cave Creak location,if you want 5 star service and someone who truly care about you as costumer ask for Jacob .He listen and this gentleman is 110% genuine.Michael one of those menagers is nothing more then a robot who is programmed to open your wallet and take everything you have and what you dont have.I am very loyal discount tire costumer and people like Jacob will keep me loyal,Michael you should be retrained how to take care of costumer, takes years to gain one loyal and just 10 seconds to lose one forever.

First of all, getting a flat always sucks and it is always at the worst time. I came to discount tire as I always do because they are probably one of the best run companies in the country.Jacob and Nelson helped me get a new tire at a great price. The people all that work there are very very nice but they are a very busy store so you can at least expect to sit and wait for your car at least 2 to 3 hours so youre better off dropping your vehicle off and coming back for it

This discount tire shop is the best one to go to if you are in area I take both my vehicles there for tire service they know what they are doing and I haven’t had any problems I would like to point out that there have been times where I thought I would have to pay for new tire and ended with one for free from them and I made a mistake of going to different discount tire just recently and I don’t if staff there were in a rush or what but totally missed a screw in my tire 🤦🏽‍♂️ And said everything was good but I was still experiencing low pressure on my tire and almost was stranded on side of road not cool so I was able to go to this discount tire shop and they found it like that that’s h I like this place sorry for long story ......but short and simple this is the place to go with no issues also make sure you get that warranty it’ll help in long run if you ever get flat or screw in from dang construction going on in az phx !!!!! The walk-in service wait time depends on what time during day you go the most I ever had to wait was an hour it’s kinda hard to tell which days are busy for them but they try to get you in and out best they can only down side is getting in their parking lot 😅 hard if you coming west on bell rd easy if coming East and same if you coming south on cave creek rd, but it is what it is

Lug nut was not put back on! Sensors are not registering correctly after tire rotation.

Went to Discount today to have one new tire mounted and balanced which I had the tire and rim in my trunk. This is a ten minute job, but I was told to leave the tire and rim with them for a couple of hours and it should be done. I been in the automotive business for 30 years, and if anyone just wanted a single tire mounted and or balanced, I or my employees would immediately do this small job for any customer right away! This is very poor customer service and will never give this place my business when I need a new set of tires. If I could give them less of a star I would.

Don’t waste your time, go to Costco. I’ve been a customer for near 30 years, price and service just not worth it. Requiring people to one have an appointment for a rotation when they purchased a service agreement and warranty is just BS and second wait outside in 110 plus heat is a good way to loose business. I won’t be back, Costco will be my primary tire provider from now on, plus they have an air conditioned facility we can enjoy while waiting for service. If not convenient really what does Discount have?

My experience at Cave Creek and bell discount tires. That is one of the better stores that they have in The Valley. I wont go to any other store. The people there are a lot nicer than most.

Entrance is hard to find if youre on Bell Rd eastbound. (No left turns in to parking lot.) Must turn left at the light and then turn in past the gas station and enter through a vacant lot in the rear of Discount tire shop.

The tires were ready as promised and my vehicle was ready in a quick time.

Went to a different discount tire location first... they lied about my tire tread (right after I had it checked elsewhere) and tried to get me to buy new tires. I come to this one and the man who helped me was fantastic, checked the tread accurately (matched up with the other numbers I had) and got me out under my warranty without paying a dime and with incredible speed and friendliness. Jordan Wright. Give this man a raise. This is the reason I use Discount Tire.

Yoooooo! This place is amazing !!!! Went in with low tire pressure, the guys took a look at it. Turns out I had a nail in one. They fixed it at NO cost plus added a new tire sensor.If Anyone needs any tire serviced/buy new come here you will be in good hands.

I had an appointment at 3 pm, the greeter was at my car within the 10 mins shown on the sign. He was considerate and polite we proceeded inside so I could pay for the tires I just bought. Everyone who assisted me was kind, helpful and even funny! I did get to wait inside wearing my mask, I did have to pull my own car in and out. Great experience!!😊

Great and quick service

Yesterday I had a bad flat and got stuck in the middle of the 60. It was awful but I dropped my car off at this discount tire last night. I went into this discount tire, of which I have never been too. I was helped by Mike, who was professional and had a nice demeanor. He helped me and was out of there within a hour. Definitely recommend this discount tire.

On 7/20/20, I had to get two tires for my 2017 Toyota Corolla and after getting the tires, I was on my way to Frys and the left front plastic wheel cover came off. I was able to get it and tried to put it back on with no luck, one of the prongs had broken. I went back to the Discount Tires store and explained what had happened. They also tried to put it back on with no luck. They said that they would replace it and wanted to know if it was original, I said yes. Later that day I got a call from Discount Tires saying that they couldnt find a replacement online and that I could try Auto Zone or other parts stores or replace all of the covers. I said that it would be easier to replace all than to try and find just one and I would pay the difference between one and a complete set. Discount Tires called me on Tuesday and told me that they had the covers. I went over and they replaced the covers. I asked what the cost would be and was told that they would take care of it. That is why I go to Discount Tires whenever I need new tires.

DONT USE THIS PLACE BAD SERVICE ordered some tires at 9:30am and was told they will be in at 2pm so i called at 2pm and they said not till 4pm so showed up at 4pm and still not there.They have very inexperienced people working there that dont know how to do their job really disappointing always have a long wait even when only two cars in bays dont waist your time going to this Discount tire

Dropping my son at school I ran over something that lodged in my tire and was releasing air. I hobbled my car to the nearest Discount sure I would spend over $100 getting the tire fixed.The guys at Discount were so professional, organized, and quick! I left with a repaired tire free of charge!So thankful.

My appt was at 1045. They text me ready for pickup at 1127. Paid my bill and was out the door round trip 2 tires 45 minutes. So... if you dont like good fast service, dont go.

These guys are 110% legit.Had Big O Tires told me I needed to replace all 4 of my tires. Thought I’d hear what Discount Tire thought since they always treat me right.Chris properly told me there was a much better/affordable option.10/10!

Today I had my first experience with discount tires. Went in needing four new tires for my vehicle. They had them at the store the same day and put on the next. James and Troy are phenomenal and I can’t say enough good things about the store.

Purchased four tires online. They called me immediately when they were delivered to the store. (About 4 hours after I ordered them) Touch free service, they never got into my car. I drove it right into the stall. Took a total of 40 minutes and I was on my way! Everyone was very polite and on task!

They are always so kind here and they fill my tires with air, even if I dont have a tip! They are fast, efficient and very, very friendly and accommodating at both the Phoenix location AND the N. Scottsdale location. I could shop at Costco, but I prefer Discount Tire!

He was not afraid to do the work, or help his crew with my truck. He made me feel as though my vehicle was his top priority! Jerry made sure I was happy with the service and gave me a great deal on my tires! Also while looking into the shop you could see how very clean and professional the shop was ran and maintained! Jerry and Discount have a customer for life! I have many vehicles and trailers, and I know have a friend!

Stopped by to check my air pressure and when I told the attendant that I was driving to San Diego tomorrow, he volunteered to check my spare. I usually mention that Im going on a road trip and most of the time they dont bother about asking about the spare tire. I very much appreciated that extra care, even more so since it was hot as hell!

Had a flat tire and all it needed was a valve replacement. I get there and they say that they cant tell if its a valve replacement until they take the tire completely off the rim and if its not they have to charge me for a brand new tire they didnt even give me an option for a used tire. I asked if they could get me air just so I could get to a different shop and they wouldnt even do that.nwouldnt even help me put my donut tire on.So now Im driving away on a completely flat tire.

Discount Tire is what youd expect from a tire shop chain, but in a good way. Ive taken two separate vehicles to this location now, and the guys that work there are great. They explain things well, service your vehicle as quickly as they can, and handle less than endearing customers with patience and collectedness.There was a slight incident with a couple and their vehicle when I was just in there, but the employees handled it very calmly and well. The employees were completely in the right, but managed cool heads and got the... lets say interesting... customers out of the shop without having what could have been a much bigger scene.So, good on these guys, I will return when I need more tires!

Traveling in the Phoenix area and picked up a nail in our travel trailer tire. Spotted this Discount Tire shop and on a whim, stopped in to see if they could fix it. The lot was pretty full, so I didnt have high hopes of getting anything done. The staff was friendly and took care of us right away. Shop was neat and very professional. They efficiently worked through the other customers ahead of us and fixed our tire quickly.I was NOT a previous customer, this was not a tire they sold me, and the repair was still free of charge. Amazing!

The technicians were professional and friendly. They are Covid-aware and have adapted to ensure no one sits in your car. You are asked to drive the car into their mechanical shop and out of there. It took them 15 minutes or less to swap out my spare with a brand new tire.

After monitoring my tire pressure for a week, I knew something was wrong since air wasnt staying in. I decided to go get it checked out at this Discount Tire location. Low and behold, I had a screw in my tire! The guys didnt make me feel like a loser for not finding it myself :) They were super friendly and helpful! Patching my tire was a free service. Thats crazy to me. What type of service is free these days? I will be back to this location when I can be a paying customer!

This location was a struggle to work with. Chris told me my wheels would be in by the 29th or 30th and ended up taking an extra 2 weeks. Then I drive off and realize the old wheels aren’t in my truck. I pulled back up and the guy who installed them rolled his eyes when I told him they weren’t in the truck. Didn’t apologize for the mistake.
