I love my Target! Enough said. Lol

Store is fine, functions well, not too busy, a good portion of employees are friendly and helpful. Front end manager is amazing, hes been here forever. The area though is getting rougher and rougher. I dont know if this photo is any indication of what lifes like around here now.

I rated 4 for not forcing us to wear a mask inside of the store that’s the big thing. We passed a hand full of staffs most minded their business. No staff came up to us. It was peaceful that Sunday night. I was able to be myself, be free and most importantly live within my means. This was the best day ever. Please continue to set this example. We are not living in fear rather give people the option to wear one or not.Good location, Clean place, friendly staff, not always busy. Enjoy your shopping.

The Starbucks inside of this target is my absolute favorite. I had to run in and grab something quick for lunch today and they were well stocked and the barista, Greg, was just the best! He was kind, considerate and had a wonderful positive attitude, which I appreciate!

Some Targets are big and yet not particularly impressive. I have shopped at this Target but previously was turned off by staff. Businesses rearrange stores and my question is why? Should have spent time with staff. With limited time I feel Targets efforts have born fruit! The cosmetics department is gorgeous. Finding a large selection of peel off facemasks is limited to this Target and one other retailer. With this Target the display is beautiful! In this situation a large store has meaning.

First time in a Target and the employees were beyond friendly and helped me in any way possible. I will definitely come back to this Target for all my needs. Very friendly staff! 😊

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME IN THE ELECTRONICS DEPT. The electronics area is not well stocked. They only carry apple products. No Samsung. No Google. No Motorola. The employees here are fine and the board game section is awesome. There are some major problems with this location though.

The store was clean, the individual working the cash register was very polite and we had a wonderful conversation with them.

I picked up a new bike today and was helped out by a super friendly associate named Crystal. I looked all over online for this specific bike and appreciate her holding it for me until I was able to pick it up. Brennan was another very helpful associate; he got the bike into my small car and I appreciated his help and positive attitude. Highly recommend this location as it is clean and has employees going above and beyond!

I love target. It has everything I need extremely simple to get around and overall just addicting to spend hours into shop.

Was fast and easy to place a order online and order was ready within 15 minutes the 2 gentlemen brought it out and loaded it into my car .

I love that Target has majority of everything I need. This store is a step up and offers class with beauty. The quality of all the products are great and I never have a complaint about what I buy.

The milk over there was expired a week ago and we called up this stores customer service and the guy hung up the phone.So we went there, they refunded. The lady at the desk was sincere and apologizing.But When you buy groceries from here you should check expiration date on each item. I know I will.

Darla was great, shes always friendly. This Target is clean and the employees there are attentive.

Brady was so kind and amazing!! I bought a dresser that was too heavy for me to lift so he brought a cart and put it in my car himself. Thank you Brady!!

Order was ready within the time frame promised, and all items were in good condition. Not only that, I wanted to find some serving trays that were listed as in stock. The young gentlemen that assisted me was obviously in the middle of something, but dropped what he was doing to help me find every last tray. He went in back and looked through the clearance area and came back with ten trays for me. Im a raving fan of the above and beyond customer service in both the pick up and in store order departments!

Lines are never too long. Always very convenient!

This is definitely not the best Target in Phoenix. Always busy, often long lines to check out, and seems to always be out of certain products. A number of times we’ve stopped in for a particular grocery item, only to find it out of stock. The workers are friendly and store clean, but we’ve found the Fry’s next door is much more reliable when doing any kind of grocery shopping.

DARLA, my cashier, was WONDERFUL...she emptied her cash drawer in order to give me back change for a $100 bill, even though my sale was rather small. She was VERY polite and PROFESSIONAL. Target should GIVE THAT WOMAN A RAISE. She is a SHINING EXAMPLE of a Target Associate!!!! I dont usually answer surveys, but I HAD to tell you what a great employee you have in Darla! They do a great grocery service. Reliable and surprisingly fresh. Heres what I made with what they delivered to me.

Many things out of stock. Low inventory. As well as small selection/options. Also, panhandlers like to hang out n front of the entrance. At this location.

The cashier is the best. Upbeat and positive. So funny! I dont know her name but I wait to get in her line!

Super Target provides one stop shopping.

Waited 25 mins after asking for help at electronics. Waited another 10 just to be blown off. With Amazon and a Walmart a block away you think youd wanna help your customers.

I went to target yesterday and I was looking at their dog beds. They had these large beds stacked up all nicely and look like they were supposed to be there. The normal price tag had said $39. And the sale tag said $15. I thought that was total steal since only their mediums and large stacked options had a sale tag underneath them. I finished shopping and got to the cashier. The bed rang up as $39. I let her know I saw a sale tag on the bed and that I could go get a picture of it. She started looking through her coupons books while I went to go get a picture. When I came back the manager came over and looked and told me that I should have looked closer at the fine print and it was only for small beds(even though these tags were obviously under the large and medium beds). I told him that those beds were supposed to be there because of the original tag and he said it was my fault for not looking and that his employees put stuff where they don’t go all the time.

Really easy to pick up items that I ordered.

Went to target after a long day at work to pick up some cosmetics and groceries. Everything was mostly easy to find (except the face cream I wanted but a nearby employee was able to assist me and she knew Exactly where it was) after about 30 minutes of filling my cart I noticed I was a bit short on time and needed to get home to make dinner so I quickly went to pay (absolutely no line in self checkout) and grabbed my bags and rushed out to my car. After unpacking and unwinding at home I noticed I forgot one of my bags and called the store. The longest wait was waiting for the automated system to finish talking before I could be transfered accordingly. I was greeted by friendly woman named Hailey and after explaining to her that I left my bag and named said items she said that they had already put it in their book and she put away the cold items so they wouldnt spoil and explained exactly how to go about getting my items back the next time Im there (which wouldnt be till the next day.) I Love shopping here and honestly its worth the little extra you pay in some items. Arcadiaa Target cant be beat!

I like the variety and quality of grocery & household products available (and I love Targets Good & Gather grocery items!). I shop in the store, but for the past year have used Delivery and/or Drive Up, and found these both to provide safe, very fast and accurate service.

I went into this store today to purchase a charger for my cell phone but didnt know anything about them. Angel in the tech section of the store was abundantly helpful and explained the different types in language that I could understand. I was so relieved to have his assistance, which he provided in a professional and friendly manner.

Its very important to know that while one store has the nasties people, the same store at a different location is entirely different. This has been my experience. Target at 16th st. And CAMELBACK some of the girls 👧 at the customer service, counter were very nasty 😳 at 44st and Thomas they were totally 👌 different, pleasant, helpful, professional, ect. Moral of the story, try and try again, not everyone will act the same way. And your faith 🙏 in humanity returns. By the way I ended buying other things I needed and others that I wanted to give myself for being patient, and being 🔐 locked in for so long due to the actual situation. I visited this Target on 7/29/2020 to pick up pull-ups for my special needs son. I was able to find everything I was looking for besides Borax. The store recently got re-arranged and I am getting used to it, maybe I overlooked it. The check out was smooth with social distancing. Pleasant visit to Target.

Love this target! Very friendly staff!

All summer, their AC’s don’t run high enough to keep you from sweating. Thought it was just me, but no. Also, go into their hours explicitly, because they might have senior hours and it’s not readily viewable until the exact time. I checked at 7 AM, google maps said they were open at 8 AM-10PM. At 8:30, when I arrived at the door, all of a sudden, senior hours are listed, so be extra diligent by tapping more hours/info or be prepared to wait in the cold outside. And since I’m here, this store’s manager or lead is frequently rude as he stands at the lines and monitors flow. I avoid him at all costs cause his vibe is trash, but now I might just avoid this store entirely. We’ll see.

The store is clean and has lots of items. The lay, Darla, helped me checkout is nice and sweet.

Usually, you have what I want if I go to the right location.. I just have to remember what store has what before I go.

I had to shop today for items for a friend in a rehab recovering from a horrific automobile crash. I was in the Mens department and had a question regarding size. Melissa came to help me. It was like having my own personal shopper. We went from one item to the next on my list until I had all 7 items in my basket. She then checked me out. I was home so quickly that my wife asked if I wasnt going shopping. That is my idea of customer service and we need much more of it.

I would rather shop at target for all my house hold needs but I find their grocery section too small in quantity available especially the meat and fruit section

Michael and his fellow coworker in the electronics department went above and beyond helping my fiancé and I with our new television. When we thought the tv we originally wanted was gone and tv after tv was gone, Michael came in clutch and got us our tv for the price of the one we were originally looking at. THANK YOU!!!!

Great store, clean friendly staff but parking lot can be a nightmare.

This has to be one of the best Starbucks in the valley. It is super clean and everyone is very friendly there. We are regularly helped by Kristen, she is awesome and makes us feel like part of the family!

My reason for my rating is how much I enjoy visiting Target Stores. It seems as though most Target Stores have the same atmosphere, which I love. The stores are bright and inviting. My visit at this store was quick thanks to helpful staff at the Cosmetic section of the store and the Cashier at the checkout line. I was able to find a majority of the items I came to the store for. I also picked up a few extra items as well.

Terrible phone service, after you listen to a very very long message that you cant get out of as it hangs up. Once you listen to the message finally get a person that transfers you and hangs up 3 times, if you can get through you will wait for awhile and then they cant tell you if its in stock, the best thing to do is come in.. Nice

Great customer service here.. we were at fault and forgot to give the cashier our 15% off coupon when we checked out. So we decided to go to the adventures of customer service.. this however was a different experience then we expected. Monica the manager for returns helped us through getting the 15% in ten or fifteen mins. Everything was very quick and hassle free. First time experiencing this for me! Hats off to Monica and target for this pleasant experience!

Loss prevention followed my family around the whole time and even walked up on my wife as we were approaching the register. Bald white guy with glasses about 58-59. Not everyone of color comes in to steal. Its not worth the consequences for me or my family so with that being said I wont be shopping there anymore what a joke and to think my wife spent years working for them

I had a very nice neighbor pickup my order and she said it was very easy, no problem. The only issue I have is that it would be more convenient for Target to carry out to the car with the order at this time as I am in my 70s then I wouldnt have to impose anyone to pickup for me.

Great store. Its large, yet clean and heavily staffed. If I have a question about where a product is, there is always someone right around the corner. Everyone has always been super friendly. The check out lines may be long, but they move quickly. Great store, just always busy.

Went in for cat litter because only place that says on website 1 left! Went in an Ofcourse was not there.. spoke to someone and gave us an answer of: “ Hmm it says 4 are available and 2 on hand”Weird because there’s none in slot“There’s none in the back either” Well there not 4 out here either would you please go back and look.. the guy wouldn’t go look because it says there was none back there.. Poor customer service he wouldn’t even take the time to go back and just check. Rude.So we walk to find customer service to file a complaint and another worker asked to assist us but gave us completely different answers from the dude. They should really update their systems if things are not there. All I wanted to do was fine a complaint but they didn’t seem to even help with that so google review and yelp can help! Each time I’ve gone there always seems to disappoint me and unfortunately the only one close to me..

My Target has the best customer service. The store is always clean & organized. The best deals in town, especially if you use it with your Target Cartwheel. I do all my shopping here. They have your everyday essentials, the $1 section, groceries. Everything I need, one stop shopping!

The way this location treated me was absolutely atrocious! I will never bring any of my business here again! I went to Arcadia High School for 4 Years & lived behind said school for quite some time. I’m still just in utter shock and dismay at how some of the staff treated me.

I had an issue with a purchase I made and Mia from customer service spent about 30 minutes with me while I held up their line and it was so sweet of her and the whole team to accommodate me. I felt a huge relief afterwards. It was super great!! :D

The store I visited has recently been remodeled and looks great. It feels very boutiquish in each specific department.

The store was very clean, arranged to encourage social distancing, employees were well-informed and very pleasant.

I showed up at 8am to grab a prescription from the pharmacy before going to work, and was told it’s only 65 and over until 9am. I’m not shopping, I’m not buying anything, I just want to get my prescription before work so I don’t have to come back in 8 hours. Ridiculous.

Easy going feeling. A lot of great deals and check out was smooth. Not to many customer service professionals asking what I needed but the store is kept up well enough that I could find what I was looking for. A great area and the people who shop here are friendly.

I had the worst experience ever in this location this old Mexican lady was so mean to my child she doesn’t deserve to work there I will never spend my money here zero stars

I love Target, any Target! I go to this one frequently. I know where most items are which is nice because most Targets are laid out this way. This one has a great selects for health and beauty products. Their electronics section has a good variety too.

Overall I thought the store looked well kept(unlike some stores..?? W-+×rt) and ran smoothly. Also I dont believe in knocking a department store on their restroom maintenance. The fact that a customer restroom is available to use instead of for employees only and parents with infants is a nice convenience provided by the store.

Returned a couple items and exchanged it for new ones and the guy behind the counter charged me for something that I wanted but he never put it in my bag.. Happened not even an hour ago, I’ve been calling and calling to see if it’s behind the counter still because it’s on my reciept that I bought it but it is not here, and NO ONE is answering the phone.

I bought 2 15 lb bags of dry cat food to get 50% off the second bag. I had 2 $2 off coupons, one for each bag but I feel I was charged a dollar too much. Why?

Was looking at a chair which was advertised in the newspaper the day before. An associate was very helpful and the chair was not available. He directed me to go to customer service desk and said they would order and have it delivered to my home at no extra cost. Thought this was great and thought about also ordering a desk which I had seen. Better than loading and unloading. Customer service is the worst than any encounter. They basically said they didnt order anything and I could order it. I asked if this was advertised and the store didnt have it, most stores would bend over backwards to satisfy the customer. They did offer a rain check. I declined to spend approved $300. In this store and will not be going to Target anytime soon.

Managers are extremely unprofessional. I got told to leave the store because my service dog could scare the senior shoppers. I got yelled at to sit in a corner by a manager for absolutely no reason. Managers here are absolute trash and not helpful at all.

Target continues to disappoint with its customer service. I don’t know what the deal is, but Target store after target store will go several days to a week without restocking foot items when they have it in inventory. When you ask one of the employees to grab it from the back, they will provide you an excuse to not do it, including that they “don’t have any”, when both the app, and another employee said that they do. I’m sorry, but 45 bags of rice don’t suddenly go missing. This is the third poor review I’ve left at different target stores. Get it together target. Raise your standards for customer service and stock your floors. Not that hard.

I love going to target. It is so much better than Walmart. Target is so cozy and big, each cashier doesnt let 5 or more people wait in their line. They will get somebody else on another terminal and help you. They have such fast and amazing service.

Cute clothes at affordable prices, plus everything else you need. This Target meets the standard for Target with a good selection and great customer service. Ive had short wait times for checking out. The store has always been clean and well stocked when Ive been there.

Target generally has anything that I am looking for and the quality and price that I want.

Problem with getting credit for a returned item. Randy and Kim from the Arcadia store in Phoenix finally made it happen. I was treated with genuine care and concern.
