Our go to Einstein’s even though there is one closer to the house. Their Farmhouse bagels are 👌🏼 delicious. They get eaten too quickly for a photo. The mango iced tea hits the spot on a hot summer morning. During the pandemic they maintained the social distancing protocol which we highly appreciated. Love this location and crew.

Morning to all that may read this. If you want some awesome coffee and a great bagel with the best employees in town then you should be heading here. Yes it maybe busy but thats whats special about it. Anthony the manager at this location it one of the hardest and nicest people around and his crew is the best and they ralley together to give you the best service they can. Its hard to find awesome people like this especially these days. Ashley A. always goes over and above for the customers and not just me I see them doing it to everyone that walks in the door. Staff didnt seem to care to much about thy guests. They would notice you standing there but wouldnt acknowledge you. Not even a simple well be right with you. Love the bagels, just not the staff.

It does not seem to matter the location, although my experience today was at the Camalback one.The service is slow and the quality subpar.Every single time I go to an Einsteins, they get my cream cheese wrong and something in my order wrong, in addition to the extremely long wait.Today I ordered 3 bagels toasted with Herb Garlic Smear. They dont have a list of smears on the menu board and the server did not seem to know what they had.I am very allergic to fish and was not able to eat these bagels as they gave me smoked salmon smear. Seriously folks, how hard is it to put the right cream cheese on a bagel and toast it?My order was placed at 8:28am and I received it at 9am .Staff was not friendly and their workflow needs a lot of adjustment. Ive seen other customers in line dissatisfied with how they were being treated as well. I have no idea how this place can stay in business.Im officially through with Einstein bagels as it used to be a great place but has fallen off in quality and customer service.

This morning I went to Einstein bagels and it was a very upsetting experience. The lady was very rude she looked like she didn’t even want to help me. I asked her for one of the salted bagels because I couldn’t remember the Asiago bagel name. She responded with “pretzel is the only salted we have.” None of the 12 bagels were cut and we got no cutlery, in addition to this the raisin bagels weren’t put in a separate baggie like they usually are. Just a sad way to start the morning.

The young lady helping us this morning was phenomenal, and I think she was the most pleasant person Ive ever encountered in customer service.There were no cinnamon sugar bagels in the display case and she rushed to see how long it would be until more were ready and hustled to get us more.She rattled off all the shmear flavors and suggested excellent pairings when we inquired.She was genuine and helpful.The bagels were toasted perfectly crisp and soft and fresh on the inside. The Honey almond shmear is divine and the honey wheat bagel was surprisingly good. Cinnamon sugar bagels are always a good idea and toast up so yummy, caramelizing the sugar.Thank you for a lovely morning experience.

A little understaffed the morning I went, so wait times were a tad high. They also didnt have the Vanilla Hazelnut coffee I was craving on deck. Not sure if its seasonal or not or even a Coastal thing as the few I have visited on the East Coast always had that flavor readily available.

This location cant do a dang thing correctly. I LOVE EINSTEINS. The location on Bell and 7th was my home store for 2 years until I had to move. They had their rough days but ultimately good lacation.This location on the other hand is always messing up and will never apologize. I get a frozen caramel macchiato with extra caramel and an extra shot for the last 3 years. They would never put the extra shot and barely any extra caramel (I PAID FOR THE EXTRA) And they would argue they did. Either their expresso is weaker than EVERY OTHER location or they are liars. And never any whip cream.On to the transition to the one egg two egg, I was never informed they went to fresh cracked eggs, so I was confused when she asked one egg or two eggs, and she just stated, It comes with one egg or twos, two is 50 cent extra. I stares at here and was like I always get one I guess.And see pictures below this is the monstrosity I paid $7 for. I could have made made this myself for idk a buck fifty.I called back and the manager was a little short with me but said i can come back and get a refund and i told her i wouldnt be off til 7pm she said just hold on to the receipt. So it was my Friday and I get off at 7pm (after closing time). I came back Monday to redeem my sandwich made correctly or a refund and the girl told me I needed to return the sandwich. I said its in the trash. I was not going to drive 30 miles to get a refund for a $6 sandwich on my day off. I told the manager the situation two days prior and she said it was fine so refund or replace.The gir argued with me for idk how long but I seemed like 10 minutes.No one there was willing to honor it. Terry at the 7th and Bell location has always held her employees accountable for errors. This location should learn that too.I work in customer service for a lot of rich spoiled people, Im not the type to get upset over somethING so minor, if it were handled in a professional way, which it wasnt. Like I said EVERY SINGLE TIME I come here they mess up my order and like to lie and make me seem irrational.

This Einstein Bros on Camelback & 16th St is my favorite and, if I get there early enough, the Florentine bagels are still in stock and fresh and delicious!! Everything is great there and they hooked a Girl up for my birthday!

Near my favorite Biltmore-Arcadia area, most shops, even MCD, do not have restrooms for customers. With all the homeless in the area, and Covid-19, I was told this places additional burden of cleaning more often. Well, Einstein not only has clean restroom, but the light breakfast sandwiches, fresh squeezed OJ, hot tasty coffee. Go figure.

I ordered for pick up and somehow the system put my name on the wrong order so I waited far too long for the order only to get the wrong things.

Poor service. Was not greeted upon arrival. Not friendly or helpful at all. It was like I was bothering the workers by walking in at 2:30pm. I asked for a breakfast bagel sandwich and the worker proceeded to look to see if she had eggs warmed up which to my perspective seems like eggs that have been sitting for who knows how many hours. Then I asked what bagel options I have and she said “anything”... well I looked into the case and looked back at her and said... you know you only have three options. She snapped back that is all she had... I looked at her with surprise in her attitude. After a quick thought, I told her no thanks and left. Not getting my business today and I’ll be thinking twice before coming back to this location with such an unfriendly and unhelpful employee. Obviously this person needs customer service training.

I love the bagels and cream cheese from Einstein Bros. Bagels. I typically go on Mondays when you can get 13 bagels for $7 or they have a deal which also includes the 2 tubs of cream cheese as well. They also have great pastries and their catering in spot on!! The people who work the 16th and Camelback location treat you like family and I love them dearly!

Most uncoordinated, slowest service. Dining area is a mess with left behind bagels. Particularly disgruntled staff.

Generally speaking I have chosen einsteins for the selection and quality, but today was a disappointment, the place was busy so I can understand the pressure and be more forgiving however when nearly every customer needed some adjustments or something was left out of the order, or in my case the sandwiches, meaning all were not actually toasted or put together properly it is a failure somewhere in the system. I hope this can be corrected because it is unusual to experience with this band.

I’ve always had good breakfast sandwiches and bagels from here. Can’t complain. Convenient place to stop by for some quick breakfast food.

Bagels were good but the staff seemed uninterested in being there. They messed up our order.

I stopped in to buy a surprise, unplanned, business meeting for 12. The staff was very helpful and got me out and on my way in only a few minutes. Fantastic experience!

Food was good as always, as was the coffee but why in the world they let me buy half a dozen bagels and 2 shmears for about $3 MORE than their special for the Baker’s Dozen? I have NO CLUE. I feel like that was very poor service. I even questioned the cashier after looking at my receipt and she gave me some sorry excuse instead of doing the right thing. Very disappointed in the poor service.

Great curbside service!

Sometimes I feel a bit rushed when I go here. It can get pretty noisy. The one on baseline and Gilbert is set up horribly. People waiting in line have to leave in and out of the dining area where people are sitting...not a lot of room on the inside. Having said that, the food is great, the fruit cups are fresh and their sweet cream coffee is amazing. A bit pricey but worth it every now and then

The bagels and sandwiches are great but the store layout sucks. If you are busy, then waiting in line or for food is the claustrophobic stuff of nightmares. If you’re slow the for some reason everything changes: I waited at the “order here” sign for 5 minutes before an employee told me that he can take my order at the register (were they all just waiting for me to figure it out?). Your order first and pay after experience really blows, but it’s even more confusing if you keep changing it when you get slow.If your bagels weren’t so good, I would avoid coming here like the plague.

We come here a lot and its always great! The company itself is a little pricey for bagel sandwiches, but if you sign up for their reward emails, you will find some pretty great coupons coming your way!

Great bagels, and coffee.$6.49 for a egg croissant, is def.too much..$4.99- is what it should be...1 thin, thin piece of cheese,2 eggs and a croissant, wouldnt cost $1- to make!

Qualifier: I am not a big bagel fan and only come here if I am invited. That being said, staff was nice, but I did not care for having to wait in line to get a key for the bathroom (you dont want to wait if you have to go) and there werent many places to seat more than two people.

Food is good, service is good. Restroom was a horror. NEEDS attention before something grows out of mess and devours the next customer using it.

Okay ONLY because it is an Einsteins - but not my fav location. It is practically across the street from me. Staff is ok. They can be a bit unaware at times. So into doing routine matters they can be oblivious to waiting customers at times.Busy visible location - often run out of more popular bagels early in the day (11a) not just on Mondays! Not in any hurry to make more of requested flavors.Two of my favs never seem to have enough toppings (cinnamon sugar & asiago cheese) Cinn/Sugar does not begin to cover top of bagels & Asiago Cheese is ALWAYS burnt/dark brown.Not my fav location, but so close it would most impractical to drive somewhere else.

They have a large selection of bagels and toppings. As well as plenty of breakfast options. Try the Chai Tea Latte! Only downside is the bathroom is by key only, however, this likely leads to a cleaner bathroom!

My colleagues are so spoiled. Im here every weekend to provide fuel for work. We all love it cant help it so so so good and fast. In and out in 5 minutes.

Horrible customer service today. Went in for the promotion of $8 bakers dozen and was not told the box is already made and picked out for you. I told the cashier I wanted the $8 special and she ask d if I wanted to pick them. Then when I checked out was told it was regular price for me chosing the bagels. When I told the cashier she should have told me she hands me the bagels and gives me a dirty look and walks away.

Their food is OK, but the service is horrible! I brushed it off the first time because they were busy, but the second and third time there was no excuse. Ive gotten burnt food, Ive sat waiting for my food not knowing it was ready because they neglected to notify me it was ready, theyve skipped me (and the gentleman behind me) in line because they didnt have proper communication who was taking orders and using the register, their service is consistently awful. I shouldnt recommend anyone going here!
