Sorry that I have to update my review, but Ive reached out to Dorena twice since first doing business with her last year for some stuff we needed for my store and have struggled to get a hold of her recently. She took 5 days to respond to an email I sent her in February and when she finally responded she said she was out of the office. I emailed her again on July 28th and didnt get a response. I gave her 48 hours to respond and then decided to call on the 30th and was told she was out of the office. A male worker took my number and said she would have her call me Monday. Still havent heard anything and as of today, almost 6 days later, Ive not got a response back. I was super excited after having a good first experience with Fast Signs, but I will have to find another business for our printing needs. Super disappointed because Ive had a project thats been on the back-burner for months that weve been unable to get completed.
