I called to get a quote for embroidery on my business shirts. The person that picked up phone seemed to be bothered by my call. Immediately told me to email for a quote. Would not tell me minimums or maximums for embroidery service. Horrible customer service, will never do business with this company.

Im not a client of super embroidery. Im one of their vendors and I have to say that everybody in here is so nice and its a pleasure to come in.

I’ve never had embroidery done before and Adriana was incredibly helpful explaining to me how it works and getting my order exactly how I wanted it. It’s a big facility that seems to have a lot of capacity, but she still took the time to get my relatively small order of mixed garments I brought in right. Absolutely will go back again for all embroidery in the future!

I needed a place to sew some patches on to shirts. I called and spoke to someone who said her name was Tamera. I told her what I needed as far as the patches. She couldnt give me a price over the phone but asked me to come down to bring a sample of what was needed. I didnt have a problem with this. The next day I made the 30 mile journey to Super Embroidery. I went into their office and told them that I had spoken to someone on the phone who told me to come down. Some rude woman behind the counter told me that nobody told me to come down and that they do not do that kind of work. Wow...I must have been hallucinating when I told Tamera what I needed and went all the way down there. Unprofessional. Rude. Apparently they cant answer a simple question over the phone about the work they can do. Complete waste of my time.

Our experience was amazing! Anna and her team were helpful and friendly. We needed shirts done quickly and they made it happen!.Thank you so much for making AZ CPR Instructors look good! We will keep coming back.

Had this idea in mind of screenprinting on my denim jeans to pay homage to the diversity in creative vision, ethnicities, and upbringing of my creative ties and myself. The concept being called the “brotherhood of the traveling pants.” Thanks to Super Embroidery and Screenprinting, they allowed this idea to come alive and bring more sentimental value/meaning to my art by getting the pants done within my 4 day vacation in Arizona. I recently had a bad experience with super Embroidery Mainly a misunderstanding.Anna was very Professional and takes pride in her business. I appreciate the way she handles business. I said I would never come back but When the situation was taken care of. Once I picked up re done merchandise I dropped off more pieces for embroidery and screen printing.Thank you again Anna Your the best. Barbara Is great also once I dropped off my second set of pieces she was very patient with me.

Ive been using Super Embroidery for all my screenprinting and embroidery needs for more than 7 years. I was still a little green in the promotional business when I first started using Super. I remember that first order like it was yesterday -- Anna spent about an hour on the phone with me explaining everything I needed to know (artwork, screens, vellums, stitch count....) to get my business off the ground. She was so patient and kind. I was SHOCKED when I found out that Anna was the OWNER!!Annas attitude and work ethic is clearly seen in everything and everyone at Super Embroidery. I have never had a bad experience there. Her entire staff is friendly and helpful. AND the workmanship is superb. All of my printing and embroidery is done in a reasonable amount of time (and sometimes even quicker than reasonable when Ive needed something done asap) and at a reasonable price.Thank you, Super Embroidery, for the excellent service!

I had two hats embroidered here and they were fantastic to work with. Even though it was a small job, they were very attentive and helpful and got it done very quickly. Highly recommended!

I honestly believe my business, Greene & Associates would not have the reputation it has if it wasnt for Super Embroidery and Screenprinting. I have worked with them for over 20 years and they have handled every job as if it was their most important job ever. Barb, Stan, Cathy and the rest of the team have saved me on many an occasion and they always say yes.I receive a lot of offers from other screeners but I will never leave them! Once you try them, you will never go anyplace again for your embroidery and screen printing needs.

Super Embroidery and Screenprinting recently supplied my geology club with an order of T-shirts. The colors are vibrant and the the chapter logo looks great! These shirts will allow my chapter to raise funds to participate in fieldtrips and other activities. As chapter president, I couldnt be more thrilled with the service, quality, and expediency Super Embroidery and Screenprinting provides! I have used Super Embroidery to print my shirts before and had an excellent experience. Their print quality was perfect and flawless. However when I returned again, I had a different experience. The print quality on the shirts were terrible. The colors in the images were bleeding through. At this point, I was upset. After arguing with the front desk pencil pushers that admitted they do not have any art/design background whatsoever for an hour, they finally gave me a refund and stated that it was my poor designs that caused the images to bleed and print poorly on the shirts. Needless to say, I will never recommend Super Embroidery or have any of my shirts printed by them again.

I have been working with Super Embroidery for over seven years. Their operation is a well oiled machine that produces quality time and time again. Every department and every staff member is a pleasure to do business with especially Barb and Stan!!!

I must say, this company has been nothing but fantastic to work with since my first call to them over 4 months ago. They are very responsive and always get the work done on or before schedule. Id recommend them to everyone!
